We recently built a house in the Northland. Fountain Glass provided and installed all three shower doors and bathroom mirrors. Both fit and finish are impressive. Deciding we needed a full-length mirror in our walk-in closet after we'd moved in we contacted Fountain Glass. They sent out a person to take measurements and give us advice as to height, width, and placement. Today, Ray came out to install it and it's beautiful. Sadly, I don't recall the first tech's name but we found both him and Ray competent, punctual, considerate, professional and friendly. We absolutely recommend Fountain Glass for any relevant needs. I love the glass that was put up for my shower BUT when the installers was putting in the glass they chipped my new marble wall. The construction company as well as myself took before and after photos each day. I sent the pictures to Fountain Glass and they replied that their installers didn't do it and was not going to have it repaired. Talk about not taking responsibility for your work. I will share my experience with Fountain glass, unfortunately for me it was not pleasant. I made an appointment several weeks in advance because it is difficult for me to take off work, which I explained when making the appointment. Originally, I was going to take a half off work and was informed that I need to take a whole day because it would take longer than a half day to complete, so that is what I did. I was called informed at 9:38 AM on June 2, 2023, that they would be unable to come out because my glass was not ready. I was upset because if someone had notified me the day before I could have gone to work. Eventually after several back and forth calls the installers were set to come out. During this period of back and forth calling I asked for a call from the manager which I have never receive, even to this day. Once the installers arrived at my residence, they informed me that the shower door selected for the guest would not work well as currently designed. Also, they informed that the glass shelves that were fabricated for the master bathroom which were too long, and they were would have them cut to the correct size and they would return to install them. After informing Fountain Glass that I would be going with another company to install the shower doors for my guest bathroom. I received a message stating that they were unable to complete the glass shelves; a bit ironic, I think. I inquired what was the purpose of having someone from their company come to my home to measure if 2 of the 3 jobs the fountain glass bided on stating that they could accomplish. They could not actually complete. I reached out to Fountain Glass about my experience, and they feel like they did a great job and noting was wrong. This was my experience take from it what you will. My only hope is if you choose Fountain Glass that you have a better experience than I had. read more

i unfortunately didn't know about Fountain Glass when i started my remodeling project. I went to one company and the price was outrageous. I then purchased a very nice standard shower door from Costco. Unfortunately, we learned that the shower pan wasn't level and one of the panes would not work. I was referred to FG after i got a quote from another company. They were amazingly. They out did the other company in every way. They were less expensive, very accommodating and got the order done in less than half the time of the other company. I will never get my glass needs from anyone else, and just placed another order today. To say that FG goes above and beyond for service is an understatement. read more

Ordered glass for our dining table from here and their price was great. After installation and delivery (which was $85), our total came out to about $227.00. This price beat a lot of online prices and prices in the area. They did a really good job! Scot was great at immediately responding to e-mails and updating me on any changes. If I could rate this a negative number 10 I would! I dropped off a mirror/shelf to have the broken mirror replaced. When I inspected it at pick up the metal frame was scratched and there was black glue oozing out around the perimeter of the mirror. The backing was put in backwards which affects how it hangs and there black glue smeared. This was what I would consider a pretty simple job. Very sloppy and unacceptable to anyone's standards. When I complained they refunded me only for the glass not my mirror saying they aren't liable for any damages. So think twice before doing business with a company that doesn't take FULL responsibility for poor workmanship!! read more

I've worked with Fountain Glass twice in the past 4 years. Both experiences were excellent. The first project was replacing a mirror in a 100-year-old knock-down armoire. They matched the cracked mirror exactly and were able to bevel the edges around the mirror's many curves. Their quote was a fraction of two other bids I had received and I am so impressed with the quality of the mirror. Last week, they installed a shower door in my remodeled bath. Once again, their bid was cheaper than the other two I received and the process from quote to install was seamless. The end result is beautiful. Ray installed the door on Friday and was training another associate on the install. I can tell Ray cares about the work he does and recognizes the importance of training other employees well. They cleaned up after they finished installing and were cautious to not scratch the new tile or refinished tub. After these two wonderful experiences with Fountain Glass, I won't bother going anywhere else! read more

We had two large windows replaced in a 10 year old home. Looks beautiful! The installation is what I am reviewing. After the initial install we had water pouring into our house through both windows. After many calls the subcontractors came out and told us they had forgot to caulk and that's why it was leaking. They "fixed" the problem, however 6 months later we noticed the trim boards are peeling up and we were having leaking again from one window. My husband, being pretty handy, assessed the situation and found large amounts of wood rot under the window. It appears that they either installed the window on top of rotted wood (which they never told us about) or it happened after the fact from improper installation. My husband spent all weekend fixing it because it was going to rain and we did not want to wait another couple weeks for the contacters to come back out. When I contacted Fountain Glass about this they said "that is not usually something that the subcontractors do".... I know they have beautiful quality glass, but the installation left little to be desired, therefore we won't be using this company again and I would not recommend them to anyone who needs installation. read more
