Our shower floor doesn't drain because the floor is uneven. kitchen cabinets weren't finished. They flooded our dry basement and ruined it. A few months after it was completed, my wife and I were on the back deck and bats started flying past our heads. I went in and got my spotlight and sure enought, there was a gaping hole in the corner where the roof meets the wall and there was insulation on the roof and a bat staring out the hole at me. I immediately reached out to Luke, whom I had been dealing with throughout the entirety of the process and sent him a picture of the problem area. He informed me he is no longer with them but he reached out to the owner who offered to come out and put a piece of flashing there for $200. We already paid thousands of $ for a new roof and gutters and this should have been done correctly the first time. To offer to come finish the job they'd already been paid for and charge me for it was an insult. Not to mention he didn't even address the bat issue which was clearly a direct result of them not doing their job correctly. Once I heard the owner's response, it was clear to me how they do business so I just figured I'd deal with it on my own. After trying a couple things on my end, the issue persisted so we called a company to come take care of it. Well, it's costing me $1300. I reached back out and informed the owner of the situation and as expected, he's not taking responsibility so I'm out an additional $1300 PLUS I now have to remove and replace all the insulation in my attic. In addition to all that, The gutter guys showed up on a random day and time in a rust bucket truck and not in uniform which was really odd. I had no idea they were even coming that day and no one called prior to their arrival. The roofers also knocked out my internet. I work from home and it took almost a week to get it fixed. I'm a business owner myself so I don't take leaving negative reviews lightly but the lack of care and resolution to a problem that is so obvioulsly directly related to their crew's negligence, I felt implored to warn people about the way they treat customers after being paid in full. If I were you, I would call someone else and avoid being treated the way we were.

I have a home in south Johnson County. They were able to pier my foundation, fill in the cracks with epoxy, fix cracks in my brick exterior and drywall interior as well as fixing a leaky window well in the basement. King Piers was able to get us on their schedule within a week. King Piers was more expensive and I didn't feel as comfortable with the man who did the estimate, however, the guy who physically did the work was kind and knowledgeable. My husband spoke with him multiple times throughout the process and said he seemed really experienced and confident but he wasn't arrogant. There was a miscommunication on our end, I misunderstood the scope of work. I was out of town and having to FaceTime in to see what was happening. As soon as my husband even dared to question the process the owners son got really annoyed, rude and, somewhat aggressive. As soon as he deemed us a potential problem he didn't listen to what we were saying and just kept repeating himself "Did you read the estimate? Do you want me to call my dad?" So...take that for what you will. They started very loud work very early, we had multiple complaints from neighbors frustrated that the concrete was being dug/drilled so early. The posts are seemingly solid, our floor is level, and the addition to the back of our home that was sliding is seemingly secure. Though they were more expensive than the other estimate, I didn't feel that the price was outrageous. Did they technically get the job done? Yep. Would I recommend them? Maybe?

His team of about seven painters worked long hours on day two (8:30 am to 8:30 pm) so any inconvenience for me was short-lived (pressure washing on half of day one, wood rot replacement, scraping, caulking and and most of the body paint during all of day two and the rest of the body paint, trim, front door, touchups and cleanup on two thirds of day three). They did a great job with plenty of paint coverage. I also liked how they worked around the unpredictable spring weather. Craig made sure I was very happy, including good communications, a cheerful attitude and a final walk-thru to address any minor issues. Excellent!!!
