For some reason, this pregnancy has made Arby's roast beef sandwiches and curly fries taste EXTRA yummy. I love love love them! This location definitely delivered. Not delivered as in delivery... let's not get crazy. My food was hot, fresh, and delicious. As usual, I was disappointed by the Arby's sauce in the packet. If you didn't know, the Arby's sauce inside the restaurant is different (and more tasty) than what's in the packets. Full of young staff that do not know customer service. Ordered a shake , the guy said no shake mix when I can clearly see the customer in the dining room with a strawberry shake. This location has a very beautifully designed dining area with a cozy fireplace for winter months! It's simply lovely. I always prefer to eat in the dining area rather than go through the drive through. But the drive through is definitely convenient and speedy. Service is efficient and professional. Food is served hot and fresh. They have the typical RVA Arby's menu which is greatly expanded from ordinary Arby's that you find everywhere else. I'm surprised that I'm just now "checking in" to this Arby's since I've been here dozens of times! This fast food restaurant is my go to on Wednesdays when I pick up food for my mom! Arby's is somewhat more expensive than your McDonalds and Wendy's but for good reason. It's better quality and better for you! They have great healthy choices and the caliber of food is in a higher level. We love the rotisserie chicken, nicely seasoned and juicy. I usually order the snack pack, which comes with the delicious zucchini bread and I order a side of steamed broccoli to go with it! The sandwiches are meaty and plentiful. My mom loves the Reuben. You cannot, of course, go wrong with their signature Roast Beef Sandwiches. The salads are thoughtful and creative for a fast food place. And if you are hankering for the typical fried fare, they have those scrumptious curly fries! Food was good but service was awful, pulled up to the window to pay and get my food and the woman serving me was quite rude, when i was paying she rushed me to get my money and after handing me my food she shut the window and I hadn't received my drink, i waited and then she just started staring at me, she then opened the window and didn't say anything just stared i proceeded to tell her I needed my drink and sauces and she hands be the drink and the closed the window again. I understand hard days i work in the service/customer service industry too, but I left shocked because of the treatment. read more

Stopped here for lunch on a road trip. Firstly we were super impressed with how clean the restrooms were. We were worried when we saw they were on the outside of the restaurant but they were perfectly clean and stocked!! Also the food was great and the staff were very friendly. it's convenient because I live nearby so I've been going there for years unfortunately. But everytime I go there it's hit or miss. they only have the curly fries at this location and the menu is very limited and they're always out of something every single time they may be out of french fries they may be out of desert or may be out of broccoli. They may even be out of the beef sometimes. They keep the same staff and I would say that they are pretty clean but this is a last resort and you can't be too picky to come here read more

This Arby's is like a time machine to 1985. I can't remember the last time I've seen carpet in a fast food place. Honestly this place is incredibly over priced for what you get. The staff has an emotional affect of a rock. I'd honestly feel more comfortable and welcome if I ordered from a computer screen. This whole geographical area needs an overhaul so let's take the wrecking ball to this Arby's. Oh lastly, the customer bathrooms are outside. That is incredibly weird. Consistently clean, good service. If they get busy, you will have a bit of a wait. Today one employee taking orders at one register (and a drive thru employee) with one customer ahead of me - took about 10 minutes to get my meal. Again not a busy day. Menu isn't displayed well and food is high for what you get - but that's a trend nowadays. Food was fresh and about as warm as most fast food is by the time you open it up at table. This Arby's is awesome! Not your typical Arby's. The menu is crazy wonderful. This was our favorite meal in Richmond! Pulled pork sandwiches, zucchini bread muffins, Louisiana-style sweet tea. I normally wouldn't take the time to rate a chain because they are pretty much the same and it's hard to mess up fast food. This place did. I went Friday during my lunch to pick up chicken tenders in a combo. Aside from having to wait prob 20 mins in the drive through, the food was cold and stale when I got it. I didn't even eat it when I got to my office. The fries and tenders had been sitting under a heat lamp for who knows how long. The person at the window didn't put the lid on my beverage and it spilled in my car, and they didn't put sauce in the bag when I had asked for them. It was a really awful experience I hope management recognizes they shouldn't serve hours old stale food to their patrons- especially with arbys prices. read more

Is this under new management? Different people working there and the food quality is not up to par and it used to be a great place to get lunch. I got a deluxe baked potato today and ruined my work outfit. To say it was dripping in grease ("butter?") would be an understatement. It had soaked through the bag before I noticed and the potato was basically a clot of sour cream floating in oil with a tiny bit of potato attached. I used to love this place but they keep getting orders wrong. Last week's shake was not mixed properly and the chocolate was separate on the bottom, with some mystery substance the consistancy of cake bits throughout. My last 4 orders have been sub-par so i think I am done. Miss the bbq too. read more
