Cool. we are watching a movie upstairs, no big, i'll get a text or something when on the way. NO, crickets from that point on. 9:30 comes and goes, nothing, i check my phone, NO text, nothing. close to 10pm now i decide to just check out side incase they are lost (it happens). THERE IS MY FOOD, sitting on my front steps, for god knows how long. No door bell rung, no text made. Couldn't call and complain, because they were closed. When i called today to complain/request refund, I'm told the owner- Tony, was the delivery guy, he had other deliveries to make. he Knocked...so they will refund the tip. THE TIP!? no. there is a working doorbell, it's a camera, it lights up when you walk onto the porch. you were able to text me that you were changing the ETA...why not that it was delivered. but you knocked. ok, cool, my food was cold, there were bugs on my porch flying around the boxes. YUCK! NO - several times i had to call to try and talk with "Tony" today, to no avail, finally i get a call back from Maria, they person i had spoken with each time, she said they would replace the food. There's meat, cumin rice, pickled onions, slaw, tabbouleh, hummus, salad... But of everything. And honestly, we should have just eaten in.
