Everything was average from the service to the food. We went through the drive thru & the order taker didn't sound happy. She just sounded like she wanted to go home & that we were bothering her. We ordered a few roast beef sandwiches. The food was not hot or cold. It was more like room temperature. We had to warm them up when we got to our hotel. Overall, it wasn't the worse experience. It just wasn't the best. I won't say we won't be back. I will just say that their customer service & food needs work.

I have no beef with Arby's! As far as fast food goes, Arby's is one of the better choices IMO. The menu is varied, roast beef, rotisserie chicken, sandwiches, salads... they have what you're craving! Typically, I go for the herb chicken snack pack which comes with a zucchini muffin that will melt in your mouth! Delish! Then my sides, steamed broccoli and creamy mashed potatoes! A meal that's like one you'd cook at home! The other sides are great choices as well, crisp corn, mac n' cheese, baked potatoes (regular or sweet) lima beans, spinach, fried apples and more. If I'm feeling in the mood for something fried, I go with the lightly spiced curly fries. I've gotta have the Classic Roast Beef to go with them and they taste way better than the fast food burger chain meals! I've also ordered the Reuben sandwich which was top notch, but get the sauce on the side to avoid it getting too soggy. The Martha's Vineyard salad is my fav when I'm going for a healthier choice. In season, some locations offer a hearty Brunswick stew! But when I really want to indulge, I get the Jamocha shake! So thick, rich and refreshing! Not only is the food good here, but if you choose to eat inside, it's clean and nicely appointed. Arby's has a restaurant feel rather than a fast food vibe. The drive thru is usually pretty fast too. Yes, Arby's is more costly than a lot of fast food joints, but the quality and quantity of the food make it worth the money.

Food is great and so are the managers so I try to keep an open mind and so I went again and where is my chocolate drizzle??

As funny as it sounds, this is top notch, fast food. Everything is made better than anything McDonald's, Sonic, etc. have to offer. And they have healthy sides like sautéed spinach, broccoli, and FRESH salad. They have a pretty diverse menu and some of the sandwiches are huge! Definitely over a half pound. With that said, Arby's is definitely a little pricier. But for the most part, you get what you pay for. Lastly, I like that they always have new creative limited time sandwiches. Staff is always very friendly and they've never gave me an incorrect order.

I would like to say that I've lived down the road from this place for 7 years and I have slept on…read morethis place hard and if you're reading this, you probably have too. I asked the owners how long they've been here (assuming it was only a few years). This unassuming store has been here for 25 years. I went here on a whim and let me tell you, I will be a frequent customer. This is a hidden gem of a grocery store. Some of the things that caught my eye were: * Imported European butter (high quality butter). * Tons of imported, cured meats * Perogies, meat dumplings, mashed potato dumplings, etc. * A fantastic selection of tasty mustards * Pickled & fermented items such as sauerkraut, pickled vegetables, pepper spreads * A wide variety of tasty jams * Fresh farmer cheeses * Imported Cheeses * Homemade desserts * Homemade, old world, artisan bread * Much more Another person left a comment exclaiming that items here are pricey. I want to share my thoughts and why I think it's 5 stars and not pricey. So, first, I love the salami here. I bought a few kind of Salami but the German Salami is very nice. Now that being said, as of today it's like $20/lb. But, few important things to note. 1) it's Imported from Europe. 2) The richness & complexity of flavor is so much better than your $7.99/lb grocery store chain salami. The flavors are complex and wonderful. It's truly something where you keep wanting more. This is ideal for a charcuterie board or something where you want people to really notice the bold flavors. It is worth the price. Secondly, their homemade desserts are out of this world. I guarantee you that you have had few desserts that are this good. They are unlike the processed junk we get even at nice grocery store bakeries. One bite and you're in heaven. So much so we went back immediately the next day to get more. Third, they are making their own variety of bread loaves. I wish I had gotten a picture but they are as beautiful as they are delicious. This isn't old world bread. Artisan bread. You aren't getting this elsewhere. Overall, the quality of everything is just very good. It's a taste of eastern Europe. It's a treat and a delight. You should do in and try it. You won't be disappointed. Sure, many of the products may be unfamiliar or even written in a language you might not understand. But the staff is friendly and we're glad to answer my questions. As I am sure they will be glad to answer yours. And, honestly, go in and ask them what they recommend. Try thier favorite foods and favorite desserts. I tried their black currant dressert (black currants are not widely available in the US but are delightful) and I never would have if I didn't ask for a recommendation. At minimum, go in and get 1/4lb of cured meats, some dessert, some bread, and why not some mashed potato dumplings (perogies)... You won't be disappointed.

When Imopened the package at home I realized that is was only half of what I ordered. I returned. We spoke briefly over the counter. I told the nice man who remembered me, my name and my order. My Steve and I didn't know there were so many ways to prepare chicken salad. There are. And the cute thing is all the menu items have names. The fruit salad chicken salads are called fruity Fran and Fancy Nancy. The traditional scoop with just celery and seasoning is called Traditional Carol. For people who aren't chicken salad fans like my Steve there are options like egg salad and a turkey club. My favorite is the Lemon Lauren chicken salad. And the sides are not be believed. My husband loves the Mac and cheese while I enjoy the grape salad green salad and pasta salad. We like the cheerful mint green walls and old time black and white photos. As a creative person I appreciate people who take an old idea and turn it into something new.

I could not think of other popular chain stores, as they are monotonous, all taste one taste, that is salt. I stopped by the nearest Chicken Salad Chick with a lots os skepticism, but left with fulfillment. It is a place for multi- tasting in one plate. A scoop, some salad, loaded with crackers, and sweet grape salad, and amazing dessert on the house which is much more than cookie. Servers were very energetic and funny. The bartender Luke was on his game and got me water and coffee quickly there after. The place was busy but everything seemed to work like a well oiled machine. The house coffee is solid and they did have a cold coffee option. The spicy bloody mary with the bacon was one of my favorites - definitely a more homemade vibe which was what I prefer. I also got their current jello shot (lemon and lavender) which was refreshing and big for $3. The menu had a bunch of items that caught my eye - breakfast burrito, pancake stacks, eggs benedict, etc. I went with the breakfast burrito with a side of sweet potato has. The burrito was great - filling but not super large, though I would have loved a tiny bit more jalapenos personally. Even without a meat, it was tasty and well balanced, especially with the side sriracha sour cream. I definitely need to come back to try the chicken salad or grilled cheese or some pancakes because everything looked fantastic. Service was quick, food was great, prices were solid. They have outdoor seating, bar seating, and friendly folks working. I'll definitely be back.
