When we arrived, we waited 20 more minutes in line with 3 employees working. No one even asked "is there anyone here that had a mobile order" as it just sat there getting all soggy (which it was). The cook (who appeared to be the manager) said "Hey guys" 10 minutes in and we said "We had a mobile order" and she ignored us. We used to love the subs there but were totally ignored and will not be back. I'm in the restaurant business myself and I have a bit more of a friendly attitude towards guests. Sub rolls have shrunken to nothing and the wrap was not a $10+ wrap either. If I had known that I was going to get bad service, I definitely wouldn't have pre-tipped on the app. Won't be back.
