Hands down best fast food restaurant let alone BK I have EVER been to! I try not to eat these types of food that much, but after our local Mc, and Wendy's have fallen short, we decided to give BK a shot. Not only have we been going more consistently, but the staff is always incredibly, like incredibly nice. I order on the app so you just pull up to the drive thru speaker and mention your name then pull right on up. I will say it does take them a minute or 2 to get your order together, but the food is always hot, tastes yummy, and the app deals are pretty great too! The manager is very kind and as humans if/when mistakes happen, they rectify immediately and make sure you're satisfied before heading out. Very respectful and great team here. Food is always hit or miss to be expected BUT when I'm in the drive threw line waiting to say I have a mobile order 7cars back and when I get my food my fries were cold not room temp but cold so I tell the girl in no where near a rude tone I said I don't want these cold fries so I give them to her say I will come around so I do and go inside repeat my issue in again normal tone and the manager with the arm in the splint proceed his rude ass comment and says to me Ok settle down ( bro I'm not he chick to talk to like that so I ask what you say to him as he seems to act like he can't hear me and ask another manager to handle the situation which is legit just handing me over a warm medium fry dude ok so she's a Nice lady and has a kid give me a warm large I thanked her for her help and kindness man but the dude that's tall and awkward with the sling is a rude SOB read more

So I placed an order online to be picked up at lunchtime. I went in and told the girl(unfortunately didn't get her name)that I didn't say I was here in the app, but I'm here. She looks at the board and says, I think they're making it now. Well after standing there for 5 minutes, I went back up to ask her to check on my order. Gave my name and order to her. She looked like a deer caught in headlights! They weren't making my order at all! I apparently placed my lunch order on the app too early, it never went through. I will happily drive out of my way to go to this Burger King! I have never had such great customer service at a fast food place. I originally used the drive thru while picking up a door dash and after the friendly and professional experience I went back after I was done doing deliveries to order food! The food was delicious and came out fast. Even with 10 minutes to close they made fresh nuggets. So many employees just don't care anymore. Messing up orders and being rude but that was not the case here which was why the employee Daniel provided such an efficient and memorable service. read more

Honestly, I cant eat the food at any Burger King, except sometimes the salads. But this location has coke, clean tables and bathrooms, and the most terrific people you'd ever want. I stopped here to pick up something quick to eat before a long afternoon of traveling. I went inside and there was no one there when we got there but a couple of people came in after we ordered. The staff member who took our order and provided it to us was very kind. I got chicken fries with French fires and my husband got a burger and fries off of the dollar menu. Our food came up pretty quickly and we were very satisfied. It is burger king so obviously we aren't getting the best food in the world but we weren't unhappy. Everything was cooked correctly and it filled us up for next to nothing price wise. Overall, we are a good experience here and we were happy. read more

I went here tonight after a long day of moving into the area. I pulled up already knowing my order and the woman working was extremely rude. When I asked for a second order of the chicken fries she goes "mm mm mm anything ELSE?!" Yes! And order 2 extra sweet and sour sauces. And pulled up. There were 2 other cars ahead of me as well so it's not like I was the only one to order this late. Made me feel less bad for going so late. I get up there hand her my card (she didn't even give me a total OR a receipt) she hands me my food and says "everything's in there" well I double checked and I got 4 ranches when I asked for only 2 and NO sweet and sour. So I pulled back around and to the window. Don't know if this woman knows that the windows are NOT SOUND PROOF !! Because she proceeds to say "THIS IS F*CKING ANNOYING!" Oh yea it is when I order 2 extra sauces and didn't get them. So I told her she didn't give me the sauces and then tried to tell me I HAD TO PAY FOR THEM! AGAIN! NO!? I explained she didn't give me the ones that came with my 2 orders of chicken fries or the 2 extra. She scoffed handed me my bag and I drove off. Oh! The Tuesday night crew was incredibly kind. We came in 5 minutes before closing time and they treated us like we were one of the first customers of the day. Yelp is what you do when a business makes it difficult for you to give them feedback and Burger King Corporate doesn't make it easy. No email address for customers. Only the media merits such a convenience. Customers must call between 8 and 5 eastern m-f. I'm sure if I remembered to call during those hours, I'd probably encounter some voicemail maze. Anyway, my complaint: why must I be asked to get away from the drivethru window when there is clearly no one behind me and my order is slow in coming? The person at the drivethru explains that they are rated on how long I am sitting at the window and not how long I am actually waiting and could please just go over there. I can understand getting out of the way when another customer needs to reach the window. And I later did. But I should not be asked to move just to fool their internal measurement system. Nor should I be given all of the huffy attitude when I decline to move. As she continued to cajole me into moving, I finally pulled the "May I speak to the manager" trick and she went in and visibly complained to some managerial type, who grunted something back. Request ignored. No one was going to come to listen to the customer. So, as I waited, I envisioned people spitting on my vegi-burger and heaping extra carcinogens on to it. Its not that I mind the extra carcinogens or the extra special sauce; I just don't think its fair to the other customers that I get more than I paid just because I broke up the boredom. Everytime we've come through the drive-thru they are nothing but rude. Going in and ordering isn't as bad, usually it is much better but, the rude staff members I've encounterd through the drive-thru is what is making me give them 2 stars. Granted, the food is very good but, I could go to a different location to get the same quality food and a better customer service experience. read more

I am giving this Burger King 5 stars because of the amazing customer service that my husband and I received. Susan took our order, and she was extremely polite and went above and beyond to serve us. We ordered two chicken club sandwiches, one of which was a medium meal. She gave us a small drink cup for free in addition to the medium drink. The food was brought out to us. We felt so welcomed, and the food was hot and fresh. We will definitely stop by here again if we are in the area! read more

The most bomb ass Burger King I've ever been to. I go to the drive through from time to time on my lunch break for a quick bite...I don't think I've ever had to stop at the window to pick up the food.
