Went to McDonald's for breakfast and realized I was missing 2 bagels. Walked inside and told them and the manager gave me horrible attitude about it saying she put them in the bag when I looked in the bag and saw my McGriddle i ordered. While I was waiting heard her complaining to the workers saying she needs a break basically yelling it so everyone could hear. Won't be coming here again read more

I have never had an issue at this location until tonight. The young kid taking orders has no clue what he is doing. I made a simple order 2 med big mac meals. I get home, and there is no cheese on both meals. I called, and the manager assured me she put them on and remembered my order. sorry, but I don't think any of them have a brain. you can tell them you're order 15 times and they would still get it wrong. Either missing items, or completley missing. they didn't give me the cheeseburger I ordered, so I went back through the drive through to get it and they gave me a mcchiken instead. today I ordered a cheesburger, and they literally didn't even put the actual burger in between the buns..like really? obviously these people can't hear or see. done ordering from them. read more

This mcds is by far the worst of them all. Idk how they are still in business other than the owner has no idea how the employees act or treat customers along with each other. This place has zero accuracy, as I typically have to bring my food back several times before it's correct. I have had to call the 1800 toll free number several times to have my order replaced. Mcds is my children's favorite a f just about only place they like to eat and we aren't even able to do so without a million and five different things incorrect. I once had a fourth dollar order with each and EVERY single thing had something wrong with it... Right down to the drinks not having ice in them. read more

Ordering and receiving food is fast, and they accommodate menu changes on many of their items. The facility is relatively clean (minus some stained booths). There different seating options available, from chairs and tables to stools and counters. The drive through could be faster though, especially around dinner time. read more

I know I shouldn't have high expectations for a place such as this, but I do expect at least a mediocre experience and that is far from what we received. Upon arriving here we noticed a group of young female employees fixing the hair bun of one of the girls behind the counter near food. Once they finished that, one came over to the register and instead of asking to take our order, she proceeds to ring up the food order for an employee that was still working. Another female employee came over and explained how to ring it up as a "promo" so he would receive everything for free. FINALLY the girl at the register takes our order... During this time another female employee enters behind the counter and has her cell phone right out in the open. At that time, the girl who explained how to ring up the employee order as a promo, decides to tell the girl with her cell phone that she could do the rest of the work for the night because she didn't feel like doing anymore work. By no means do I think we should have witnessed all of this while waiting for our order. Seems a bit ridiculous if you ask me. You have decent employees out there fighting to make more money in order to support their families, then you have these young ladies (if it's even appropriate to call them ladies) out there making a bad name for those who care. What a joke! I can guarantee you we will not be retuning to this McDonalds any time soon. Coming from someone with a retail background and a high level of education, I would recommend these managers take control of their employees!
