You see, there was a digital sign behind the counter right next to the ordering board advertising 2 filet of fish for $5. Upon viewing my receipt, I was charged $9.19 because the manager stated it's for participating stores only. It seems that maybe you shouldn't advertise IN THE STORE if your store doesn't participate in the promotion.
