The owners were wonderful! I introduced myself and asked to know about the history of the restaurant and how it came about. After that, I went right into the menu. Cajun food in upstate?!?! The shelves are stocked with all sorts of pasta, sauces, etc. I almost wanted to spend the rest of my day in here, even if it was just taking a seat and looking out the window. I decided to try the State St sandwich. It was so fresh and delicious. I can tell they put a lot of care into their preparation. You can call to order ahead if you're on a time crunch.
