This experience was awful. We waited in the line for about 20 minutes. And they almost gave us a root beer instead of a Dr Pepper, which is not hard to mix up. Also, my McChicken was very Smashed up and they put the wrong stuff on it. And my child did not get the barbecue sauce and they're throwing a tantrum in my car it's this location's fault. Also, why is my child's lemonade, bubbly and I took a little sip and it taste like lemonade with vodka in it. And the lady was very nice and that's why I'm giving it a one star I would be giving it to zero if I could. I will not be returning here thank you very much read more

Literally been sitting in line over 40 minutes now. Time for a new staff and management McDonald's.

You could improve everything! Service, cleanliness and food quality! The dining area was filthy. The soda overfill tray was disgusting with filthy liquid that had chunks of white stuff (possible mold) in it. Service was slow and disorganized. Crew was yelling at each other and customers were yelling at crew. read more

Wow! This place is awful. I've never been to one that's this bad. Where to even start....Theres 20 people waiting for food. They give out orders out of order. My friend ordered after I, we ordered the same thing and she got hers first.... Literally like 6 orders got their food before me... The dining room has someone whose job is to walk around and clean the whole time but apparently no one to clean the bathrooms. I went to the bathroom and the entire giant two wheeled, toilet paper machine was out of toilet paper. I had to ask my friend to go to the front and get some. This has got to be the most dysfunctional McDonald's I've ever been to. read more

As I entered the building on crutches, my crutches slipped away from me and I lost my balance. The floors were covered in a film of grease from using the same mop on restaurant flooring that had been used on kitchen floors in the back of restaurant. All public access flooring was slippery and dangerous. I made my way slowly to the womens room where floors were not only slippery but filthy. The toilets both had black mold in them and flys all over the seats. The sides of toilet were gross as well. I was so disgusted that it made me sic to my stomach. Needless to say there was no way I was eating in a place this poorly taken care of. I would think there is some sort of violation in having the building unsafe and filthy. read more

Stopped here on our way home from Water Safari during the three hour trek back to Rochester. It was around 8pm, good location right off the thruway. Even though it was late, and not busy, this place was a MESS. Clearly, cleanliness is not a priority here. All the tables were filthy, the garbage cans were full, and one of the garbages had coffee or soda leaking out the bottom, with at least a 1 foot radius around the garbage can. There were flies everywhere. This location has the kiosks to order your food instead of ordering from the cashier. Sometimes this is great, but other times, like when I have my kids, it's not. There wasn't even anyone up front to take our order so I begrudgingly ordered for 4 people from the kiosk. Took awhile to get our food (for a McDonald's!) and the Mcchicken my husband and I had each ordered was so dry and you could just tell it was expired and old. Will not be returning! I'll remember to avoid this exit next time. read more

I totally know better than to come here but I was starving and it was just off the thruway. Never ever again... did not receive my drink so back into store I go (ordered online) they apologized, no worries I get it. I head down the road and fries are cold and no salt. This is the second time I have been here and it has been a horrible experience. I told the person I was with not to come here. We placed our order, there was no one else in the line. We drove up to pay. The young woman was in the both at the far end looking at something not paying any attention. We waited and waited. By this time more and more traffic was piling up. We did not know if they were taking the money there or not. he just ignored us. So we drove to the next window. The same woman with no personal customer service skills I encountered last time was there. We told her and gave her the money. Then she took the money placed it beside the cast then proceeded to give us some BS. So we asked for the money back so we could leave and she ended up short changing us. Stay away from this place. I couldn't even eat my food. I don't expect much when going to McDonald's but there was a server coughing all over the food and drink area. She then was scratching her ears while wearing her gloves. Never washed her hands or used hand sanitizer after either occurrence. Disgusting. She needed a mask and easy access to clean her hands before going anywhere near food!!! So we drive over to purchase our dinner and I was practically accused of not being able to count to four. We ordered 4 big macs 2 with out lettuce. The worker handed me a bag, after many experiences I pulled out the burgers and there only 2 in the bag. I ask where are the 2 with out lettuce. The worker said all 4 are in the bag. Just a quick note on this McDonalds.(Which is in Canastota, NY, and not Syracuse.) Something real bad has been happening there lately. The last two times I have been there, the place has been filthy. The floors areal dirty , the trash has been overflowing, both in the main restaurant and the men's room. Yesterday when I arrived the counter was covered with disassembled food equipment between the cast registers. The line at the drive thru was around the building and not moving, and I waited at the counter for more than 5 minutes and they saw me and never took my order. I finally just left. I really didn't want to eat their food anyway after viewing the condition of the place. This place never used to look like this and I am not sure what is going on there, I think that I will go somewhere else, at least in the near future. read more

Never get my order right. Always has something wrong with it. I ordered a Big Mac with no pickles and onions. The sand which still has pickles and onions. My coke tastes like it is watered down and nasty. The only thing they got right was my friends and ranch. read more

I then called the place and he answered the phone and continued being rude. I do not think that Kevin should be a manager if he continues being rude to customers.
