I've never been a big Arby's fan because I don't eat roast beef and well, that's what most of their items generally had on them. Or maybe that's the myth, I don't know. I had tried one of the Arby's near my work and enjoyed one of their new turkey sandwiches and while on a trip over the pass, my girlfriend and I thought we would try our luck at this one, in North Bend. I always think reviews of fast food joints are a joke, well, I just think that for the amount of people flowing through, it's going to be hard to have a "wow" kind of experience and probably pretty easy to have a "bummer" experience. This visit would fall somewhere in between. Well, I give it three stars. We were able to order our food fairly quickly, I think there were two people in front of us, food was up pretty quick and we were eating within 5-8 minutes. The food was good. I wish we had known there were onions on both of our meals, but since there was only two rings of the onion, it was super easy to pull out. I suppose if I were a fan of onions, that might seem a little lacking. Anyways, the sandwich I got was great. The wrap my girlfriend got was great. We both got curly fries and they were crispy, hot and tasted well. Overall, a fairly normal experience, which is alright with me. I was very impressed with this Arbys. The food was well made and quickly served by the very friendly staff. They took my name for the order - the only thing they got wrong was I told them it was 'for here' and they put it in a bag to go which was somewhat inconvenient because it's difficult to get all of the toppings and ketchup while holding the bag of food. Anyway the décor is a little outdated, but it was a beautiful sunny day and the friendliness of the staff outshined the old building. It was nice and clean. This is the most ghetto Arby's I have been to. There is a broken booth with the back laying over on the seat. The ceiling tiles are all stained and two are missing completely. Some of the ceiling trim is all torn up and appears to have some serious water damage. We could not find a clean table for our family of four despite there being many open tables. There was ice all over the floor when we walked in. I'm afraid to think what the kitchen looks like if this is what the guest dining area looks like. read more

Your standard Arby's with a clean bathroom. Stopped by after an afternoon of hiking nearby and picked up a beef n cheddar and some curly fries. Spent a day in the snow sun with my dog and boyfriend up at Snoqualmie. On the way back, we stopped off in North Bend to grab a quick bite to eat. He suggested Arby's. Now I love me some Arby's and this specific store did not disappoint. I had the biggest Arby's sandwich and it was delicious. I was full after eating just one! I've ate here twice in the last few days traveling. The first stop we ordered in the restaurant and took our food to go, the cashier handed me my food without asking if I would like any sauces, when she just asked the person in front of me if they would like sauce. This place ranks near the bottom of Arby's experiences for everyone and so I don't think I will be returning and I recommend the same to you. The most severe problem is it is consistently under staffed. Which is in essence the business baking more money by wasting their customers time. They currently have a sign on the drive through saying that you may experience a wait time of 15 minutes. 15 minutes! For a drive through! And this is normal enough to put up a sign! Started out with a 3-4 minute wait in the drive through without anyone acknowledging me. Then again, that may have been my clue that service is sucky. Then I said hello and someone told me one moment please. I ordered my food but had to repeat things multiple times. When I got to the window, I got my food but the jalapeno poppers were mozzarella sticks. You'd think there would have been a red flag when I asked for the berry dipping sauce before she walked away. My Jamoca shake had the orange cream on top and the sandwich was very sloppy. I had to pull over and wait for my poppers. Then the manager never came out as I was told she would after 10 min. Then when I went inside after finally getting my food and her not coming out I was told by the manager that they were short staffed and couldn't help the inconvenience. I looked around and there seemed to be plenty of staff b/c they were on the phones and talking to each other. The manger and the drive through seemed to be the only ones moving around working. After everything the manager was like what do you want in return, what do you want me to do to make this better? I came here with my family on 5/26/16 around 7:00 pm. When we went up to the counter to order, the cashier was pretty unpleasant, didn't smile, wasn't friendly. We ordered and she seemed to be confused, taking our order was quite a challenge for her. We had to clarify our order several times. Also, there were a few customers behind us that decided to leave because they were tired of waiting. Once we sat down with our food, we noticed how filthy the restaurant was. Pieces of food, wrappers etc. all over the floor throughout the restaurant, tables were sticky and had obviously not been wiped down recently. Then, I went to go use the restroom and there were pieces of paper towels all over the floor. In the stall there was toilet paper on the floor and the toilet seat was dirty and the toilet wasn't attached to the floor properly. My experience at this particular site was not a good one. I started my Yelp account today so I could share my experience. Would NOT recommend this Arbys. read more
