my grandson Will Micheal said that his chicken slider was "this is so buns". please add more than just bread in his slider next time but my granddaughter Ainsley Mae loved her milkshake but she said her French fries "were buns too" I don't know how French fries could be "buns" because there's only supposed to be potatoes in them but please actually make her fries potato instead of bread also my other granddaughter Olivia Ann choked on something in her food and when she took it out it was an ant. It's been a loooong time since my last review. Part of the prolonged interval may be attributed to our present crisis. Some might be the result of disinterest or apathy. But I think the bulk can be chalked up to plain old ambivalence. Yelp doesn't seem as urgent or important as before. Be that as it may, I've decided to plunge back into the water. As some may know, I'm still recovering from a life changing event. I haven't resumed driving and hence rely on others for transportation. For various reasons I've become quite the fast food aficionado. I've decided that rather than comparing apples to oranges as I may have done previously, perhaps they merit their very own category. If so, I find this location of Arby's to be a cut above. If you're willing to overlook the fact that the food encountered often bears little resemblance to what you might see in ads, it is none-the-less usually hot and tasty. I have sampled a pretty wide swath of their offerings. Uniformly they are of pretty high quality and flavor. Service whether dining in, drive through or curbside is generally prompt and cheerful. Cleanliness is par for the course. Free parking is ample and shared by a number of other nearby businesses. read more

Not very busy, but line moves. Shake and ice cream machine is routinely broken here. They forgot sauces and straws for the drinks. Would not recommend. Couldn't get a jamocha shake on my birthday. Food is typical for Arby's, but no sauce should be a crime. read more

This is not my go to Arby's but it is the closest one to my work so this ends up being the one I frequent more than others. I have never been inside this location so this review is of the service and quality of the drive thru experience. Restaurant: This restaurant is located in a very busy part of Saint Louis Park and has an awful parking lot. This building is on its own but shares it parking lot with a bunch of other buildings. You feel like a new sardine being added to the can when you drive in and have to squeeze your car into an already filled to the brim lot. Everyone there is looking for lunch and will t-bone you to get the best parking spot or to get into the line for drive thru first. It makes coming here not fun and makes me second guess if I should even risk my life in order to get to this Arby's. Once you finally make it to the line you get trapped in to ordering and you are not able to leave if anything happens. Besides that the menu is clean and easy to read and it's a quick loop around the building to get your food from the pick up window. One of the biggest design flaws is at where you exit the drive thru. You exit back behind the building with a stop sign and no way to see if any cars are coming your way from any direction. It's nerve-wracking to be trying to check to see if your whole order is there and to not be hit by any cars. Once you make it out you have to jump back into the can of sardines and try to force your way out of the hellscape that is this parking lot. Food: The food here is pretty good and usually pretty fresh. This isn't the best Arby's I have been at, but it is definitely not the worse one either. The sandwiches are probably the best thing they do here. The bread was nice and soft. The roast beef was tender, tasty, and the sandwiches were definitely full! On the other hand the mozzarella sticks were hard, cold, and not very good. I ordered them at lunch time so you think that's when the food would be at its best so it was a let down. In the end it's typical Arby's food made in the typical Arby's fashion. I come here probably about once a month for a treat and they usually don't disappoint. Overall: If you have been to an Arby's you know what to expect. The restaurant looks the same as all the others, no surprises on the menu, and the food tastes like what you would expect. The parking lot, location, and the food not always being well prepared can make this experience lack luster and might make you reconsider going somewhere else. You shouldn't be disappointed coming here, just don't be expecting something amazing to come from it. read more

I decided to drive thru and get some Arbys roast beef. The experience was ok. First, I wish they had a menu set up before you get to the microphone to order. Always feel like you have to run or you can't find what you are looking for because you eyes are moving around so fast trying to see if they have what you want. I thought I'd try the mozzarella sticks. They were ok. A bit cold and stiff I was never offered any sauces with my sandwich and I order a drink with NO ice and got a drink with ice. I also understand that you may be short handed but slow and stead gets the job done. Trying to go too fast being room for errors. read more

Well I'm giving this review because it is a good place but when I am when I got my food it was perfect I got my slider with my mozzarella sticks and it was all perfect with my dad his sandwich was half off it in the cheese on Louis so he couldn't put it back on and his curly fries were missed placed by accident so just try to order something small here don't do a huge thing around furniture maybe mess it up I read more

I've always found the service here fast and reliable. My food always comes out hot and fresh, I can't ask for much more. The interior is well maintained and looks good. I much prefer coming in to order than waiting for the drive through. It always seems so much faster and the line for the drive through can be quite long. read more

The people are what makes this a 5-star review. The staff is always friendly and they remembered my name after the first time I ever ate here. They are patient if you don't know what you want to order and are enthusiastic about their menu if you ask for suggestions. Coming here from the south, I have never eaten at an Arby's so I was skeptical when they talked about how fresh their food tastes. One of the workers joked that he had been "sober from McDonald's for over a year now" and told me I'd never want to eat McDonalds again after I tried Arby's food. He was right. 2 out of 3 times that I ordered a chicken sandwich here there was a 4-5 minute wait, so I wouldn't recommend ordering that if you're in a I-gotta-get-back-to-work-in-ten-minutes type of rush, but the chicken here is so delicious that it's definitely worth the wait otherwise. Also, they have a wide selection of sauces available in the lobby that you can serve yourself as much of as you'd like, which is pretty epic for honey mustard enthusiasts like myself who are used to being charged $0.50 extra with a side of a bad attitude for extra sauces elsewhere. The curly fries are crunchy and hot and taste so good that I have never dared to venture to try the alternative side, potato cakes. The lobby is nice and clean. This location is incredibly talented at giving you the wrong food. It also doubles as a workout program for your car. You drive there, order what you want, they put random items in your bag, you get home and find misc items you didnt order with the inability to locate the items you actually ordered, and then you drive all the way back, you get your money back, and then you go somewhere else and bring something home that you actually ordered for dinner. When I arrived at this Arby's I should have known this was going to be a problem. The guy at the front of the line was getting his money back because his food was made cold.. twice. I ordered a medium beef and cheddar meal. I waited for over ten minutes to get my food and then when they finally gave it to me I got back to my office and opened it up to find a dollar sized regular roast beef sandwhich. Glad I spent $7 on that. This is the third time I have had terrible service at this Arby's in the last year that I have worked in the west end. Just avoid. Sheesh. read more
