I hadn't been to an Arby's in years, but I found myself craving their French dip sandwich the other day, so I decided to stop in and grab a quick bite for lunch. The sandwich was pretty good, just like I remembered. The Arby's horseradish sauce made it taste even better :-) I also very much enjoyed the curly fries - they were nicely fried and perfectly salted. My lunch was satisfying and my craving was slaked; I won't stay away so long next time :-)

This is just a guy being rude

This was honestly a bad plague and he just kicked us out so rude and stereotype and it's the manager. This is him don't come here. The food isn't even good and it's just rude. Just because I was thinking on what to buy. He kicked me out because I was taking too long and saying if I'm not gonna buy something get out this is a picture of him guys be careful with these type of people stereotyping

I haven't been to Arby's since I was a young child so I didn't really know what to expect. Food was decent, but nothing outstanding. There's other fast food places I would prefer to go to. I did appreciate their sauce station though. That was a nice added bonus that most other fast food places do not have. I had the Greek Gyro and when I looked online to see what kind of meat it had, all their website said was "gyro meat" even when I clicked on the ingredients list. That doesn't tell me what kind of meat it is, and being Jewish I don't eat pork, so it was kind of annoying that they wouldn't just list beef and lamb, instead of me having to go to an unaffiliated site to get my answer. The tzatziki sauce on it was really good though. Seating area and bathroom were both decently clean and our food came quickly so no complaints in that regard. I just wish their website was more straightforward and that the food had a little more pizazz to it.

The food was awful the meat was burnt looking and super dry. The shake was melted more foam than ice cream. Not good...

food is always great here but today the shift leader Miriam I wasn't too friendly she should've stayed home ! lol .. overall this establishment is very clean. Food is good and fresh all the time and the staff is always friendly.. Labore i think that's his name.. baldheaded guy with tattoos , great customer service very polite ... definitely be coming here again. FYI , jalapeño poppers are so good !

Back in the day, this restaurant was a better value but it seems like the dollar doesn't stretch as far as it used to. Some special last for a very brief time so catch them while you can! I had the chicken salad and ordered it with double chicken, and it was a good. Not sure how the chicken sandwich would look if it wasn't double chicken. I came here once to try the Philly cheese steak and they were out. I guess once the restaurant runs out of inventory that meal is no longer available. This caught me off gourd since I was craving the Philly. Since they were out, I tried the gyro. It was okay. They had a brisket sandwich in the past and the first time I got it, it was good. The second time I purchased it, the protein portion was small. The last time I went I was told I needed to order my food through the app to get the discount, then I was told I can click in the app and it will give me a code and I provide that code to the cashier. Well guess what? After several tries, I was able to get the code from the app, give to the cashier, and get the discount.

Always so slow and the bread isn't always fresh. I've tried four times within a few years and same result. Insanity on my end. I'm done.

Did the Arby's on Atlantic in Long Beach close? There was no notice, maybe just a remodel?

I personally love the Sunrise Matcha with their Breakfast burrito!! Service is quick and everyone has been very friendly. They also have wine offerings and a food menu so it's my go-to for Brunch. First it's 7:30pm, planned on ordering a matcha and the person at the register informed me that there was "No coffee or tea after 4pm" so I choose to order a non alcoholic beverage and maybe something to eat and cashier or owner, whoever this person was tells me if I plan to work because it becomes a "laptop free zone" after 4pm. Odd behavior to tell someone what they can and can't do at an establishment considering it's called a coffee AND wine bar. Maybe this is something to advertise on your yelp and website but a "laptop free zone" after 4pm is pretty ridiculous for potential customers who were just looking to eat and work. I almost feel like he just told me that because I was going to order a salad and a non alcoholic beverage and wasn't planning on ordering much. As the other 1 star reviews mention "pretentious behavior" so it's either the cashier or whoever it was is being pretentious as others mentioned or RACIST... Kinda odd to dictate what I do on my own accord while I'm a patron at your establishment. If I ordered food and a drink but chose to open my laptop, are you going to ask me to leave? Doesn't really seem customer centric. Considering that I've worked on my laptop at dine-in restaurants, it's pretty odd behavior to display. Also, considering that this is not a club, and there's no live music, and there were only 3 people sitting in there, I think I would have been fine to sit there quietly in a corner with my laptop. 1 star for the experience and weird behavior. Like I said it's either pretentiousness or racism but weird behavior nonetheless.

I ordered takeout today and to say I was disappointed would be an understatement. I came in around 3:15 and ordered two sandwiches to go - the hot roast beef and the BLTA. When I got in my car, I decided to take a bite of my BLT (with avocado) before heading home. It was not good, at all! Instead of a few (or more, because it WAS $16!) slices of delicious bacon, it was a thick sandwich filled with what appeared to be bacon pieces, like the preparer had just scraped together old bacon from earlier in the day. It tasted greasy and burnt. After several sips of water my tongue was still greasy! The avocado was almost nonexistent. I immediately went back in and asked for a refund. I brought my husband his roast beef ($18!). He is not a picky eater, AT ALL! He said it wasn't very good and he should bring them an Arby's to show what a roast beef sandwich should look like. He was really disappointed. Sorry, if you love this place, please ignore my review but I highly recommend that you do NOT order these sandwiches unless the owner makes an announcement that they've taken steps to improve. Too many great places to get a good sandwich.

As far as the food ...The sandwich was not for me, but those that said it was very delicious and fresh. Now I have the antipasto salad and I will be honest it was OK nothing extraordinary, but what I did not enjoy were the olive pits that were still in the olives that was not fun. Thankfully, I did take my time when eating my salad and was cautious when approaching the olives as I have had an unfortunate experience that cracked my tooth due to an olive in a salad before. So that's a huge negative for me on the antipasto salad. The price point is pretty decent, the food was good, but to say that I would drive all the way back out to grab a sandwich here would probably not happen, but I'd only come out here if I was in the area. Places clean, prices, Repair, and the workers were kind of to that I am grateful.

When I heard that I Luv Ur Buns was closing for good after only a couple of years, it only made…read moresense for me to plan a quick excursion around the area and stop by to bid them adieu. It was a nice addition to the mini food court in Long Beach, but unfortunately, times got tough for them to the point where they had to pull the plug on their operations. I Luv Ur Buns was one of seven vendors at Steelcraft Long Beach on the southeast corner of Long Beach and Bixby. They had taken over the spot that used to be Waffle Love, and it was such a quick turnaround that on my first visit to Steelcraft Long Beach since the Waffle Love closure, I almost thought they seamlessly rebranded from waffles to bao buns lol. Signage was posted around the shipping container assigned to I Luv Ur Buns and even a signicade closer to Steelhead Coffee; the signs informed customers that they were closing and that the Sunday preceding Martin Luther King Jr Day would be their last day of business, which also happened to be the same day the LA Rams were playing in the NFC Divisional Round of the playoffs, so I almost thought Steelcraft would be jam-packed. Actually, no it wasn't even that busy, and there were several parking spots available just around Steelcraft. I definitely wanted to try a bao bun, but not a full dinner, so that left me with the two Global Flavors sections of the menu. One section was titled "Global Flavors on Bao Buns" where you basically get two bao buns. Don't think these bao buns are large by any means; I tried a couple at Sosogu sometime last year, and they're not that big either. They would have been the perfect size for a snack, but I was also curious about the other Global Flavors section, titled "Global Flavors with Rice or Fries". That section only has two line items: Mini Bowls and Loaded Fries. I didn't want fries, but when I asked about a Mini Bowl, I was informed that it was a deconstructed version of a bao bun with a small mound of rice. Wanting a little more variety, I went with the Bao Mi Mini Bowl. The menu did get a little confusing for me because I had noticed the (V), which usually stands for either vegan or vegetarian. However, they had several non-vegetarian items with (V), and that had me confused at first; like how is a bao bun with grilled pork belly vegetarian?? That's when the cashier, sporting a black nose ring, let me know that it can be ordered with a plant-based option, namely tofu. However, the cashier also mentioned the use of a shared fryer between their plant-based options and their regular options, so if you were strictly vegan, I'd think twice first. I asked how long the wait would be, and they estimated 10 minutes, which was pretty much spot on. I was given a pager that buzzed when my order was ready, and since there was plenty of space for me to eat, I was given a red tray with an "I Luv Ur Buns" sticker in the middle. The mini bowl was presented on a small tray, like one you'd use when you're giving out samples at a special event. I was also given a fork, which was another reason why I ordered a Mini Bowl over two bao buns as I wanted to keep my hands clean. Besides the grilled pork belly, the Bao Mi also comes with hoisin sauce, cucumber, jalapeno, onion, and cilantro. All of what I just mentioned tasted pretty good, though not necessarily as good as what I had at Sosogu last year. Then again, the Bao Mi is Vietnamese-style whereas Sosogu is Japanese, but between the two, which are the two cheapest options at $10, the Bao Mi was the most popular alongside their Korean-style, called Seoul on Fire. I'm pretty sure I would have liked Seoul on Fire better as it comes with Bulgogi beef, but the grilled pork belly was pretty good too. Just not as fatty as I would have liked. However, I didn't like their use of a wrapping paper between the tray and the food. That's because several grains of rice got stuck on the wrapping paper, and it was hard to pluck them off with my fork. As a result, it got kind of messy eating the mini bowl, and I almost thought I'd drop a piece of pork belly in the process! Luckily, I didn't, but I don't think that would be a problem with the bao buns since the bao bun from my mini bowl didn't stick to the wrapping paper at all. One thing I observed that I thought was kind of cool was witnessing the cashier hand deliver a tray of bao buns to an employee from Elio's Wood Fire Pizza, directly across from I Luv Ur Buns. I wouldn't say I love I Luv Ur Buns, but it made for a nice quick snack albeit a little pricey for a small bowl. I'm glad I gave them a try before they closed for good, and I made sure to bid them a proper adieu by returning the tray to them. They also had a small tray of I Luv Ur Buns stickers by their order window, so I made sure to pick up a couple as souvenirs. Thank you I Luv Ur Buns for serving the LBC for the past couple years, and sorry to see you go! Best wishes to Sonya, Mandy, and the rest of the team on their future endeavors.
