So check it, I popped in here for a quick lil snacky snack while my wife got her hair done next door. I grabbed a 4 pc mozzarella sticks and a roast beef slider. Received my order, super hot and fresh, and quickly scarfed it down. I realized my slider didn't have cheese on it. I wasn't annoyed, but was kind of bummed. But to be honest, it wasn't enough of an inconvenience to get me to complain. I began to head towards the door and someone from the back kitchen area ran to the front, stopped me, and said "sir, I forgot cheese on your slider so here's a new one." Like that was really cool of them to recognize they messed up and to correct it without even being prompted to. Plus, the employees were cool, courteous, and great to talk to. I decided to try their new Garlic Ribeye sandwich...so good!!!! It's on a toasted bun with tender ribeye, melted swiss cheese, crispy onions and a garlic aioli. I was a little leery about trying it, since I was disappointed with their wagyu burger, but I was very pleasantly surprised at how delicious this new sandwich was. It's Arby's what do you expect. It's Arby's, so either you like it or not. There really is not much quality in this market. But, if I have to have fast food, you can do worse then Arby's. On a positive note, Arby's usually get my order correct and they offer some not to greasy options. I particularly like the beef and cheddar, which is a little better than most offering as a drive through. The beef and cheddar sandwich was hot and fresh and what you would expect from an Arby's. However, my fries were cold, tasteless, an old as if they've were sitting there for quite a while The customer service was fine but the cleanliness of the store wasn't entirely diffrent issue. The restrooms were filthy, as were the floors and condiment area. I'm definitely not in a rush to revisit any time soon. read more

I had an experience that could have ended up bad but was totally handled professionally by the store manager, Nadine totally took care of me, my order was wrong but I didn't notice it until I was home, I called and asked for the manager, Nadine took my information and told me I could come back but I told her I was already home, she said she would put my name down and make sure that she would replace the whole order, a couple days later I came back and she did exactly what she said she took care of me and was super nice, thank you Nadine you are tremendous Manager and should be recognized!! I would give them 3 stars. Because of lack of organization and staff. The system is messed up. I order here and normally just for myself so, I get my order faster. But, today, I ordered for my family and the drive through lady told me to park on the first spot but, the guy who was supposed to give me my order, looked at me and then went away to give all my orders to the car that was about to leave who happened to be on the butt of my car. They accepted the food with open arms. Of course free food. I hate to say this but, the guy was stupid for not even checking the receipt. After waiting for 13 mins, I went back in because i only have 7 mins left to get my daughter from school. By this time, the guy looked at my receipt and told me it came out. I maintained my composure and told him he gave it to the wrong car. I saw him gave it away to them. I won't give much negativity as it was a mistake but, he was feeling bad about it and didn't say any rude comments. He was struggling in front and just asked politely if I want to wait for it for 5 mins. I said, as an upset customer, I was already waiting. My face didn't change and still flat and straight even right up when the order was ready just because I know I will probably miss my daughters bus, saved by the bell as I was turning right about 3 blocks away from our house, I bumped into the her bus and signaled to the driver. I am just glad it still worked out. I would have been furious and mad if it went the other way around. So, Arby, make sure you create a system to avoid giving the wrong order to your customers. I always go through the drive through, had fish 2/$5.00. 1 in a regular bun, one on pita bread. I prefered the bun, it was good and hot but had too muvh tartar! Another time I had the french dip, they can keep the salty broth but the sandwich was better than i ever thought it would be. (They close at 11pm says the sign) I couldn't use the drive though because a cop had its vehicle blocking it with its lights on. So.. this isn't going to start off well, but ends better than I expected. I usually have issues with my food and the evening staff. Tonight was again one if those nights.. my fries were ice cold super oily and nasty. My sandwich that I paid almost 7 dollars for was poorly made and cold. Needless to say the meat wasn't in the sandwich. So I called in spoke with the manager Ricky. He listened to me completely and replaced my food promptly and made it correctly. He sent my daughter home with a great meal.. now worth the money. I looked at my phone and I had a missed call.. I called the number back and it was Ricky!! I was shocked.. he called to check on the food and apologized again. I've never had that happen before. He went above and beyond my expectations.
