I'm a doordasher and 7/10 times I go to this specific location they always DONT HAVE MY CUSTOMERS ORDERS OR THEY TEND TO GIVE THEM AWAY. To receive a order you need a special code from the doordash app and even if I show them the code and show them the app and the fact that I haven't received the order the always say the same thing. "Well we gave the order away already so we can give you an other one" like wow! How is it they just give orders away to just anyone not that it gets me mad but the fact that I have to constantly keep calling customers to call and get there refund is kind of UNNECESSARY if they just made sure that the person receiving the order gave them the CORRECT code and not just pull up and say "hey I'm here with doordash" and them just give the order up ASK for the name then the customer ID code and if necessary make them show you in the app and this ALL WOULD BE AVOIDED SIMPLE. read more
