Food was delicious. I ordered a ruban and curly fries. Service was awesome . This is like no other Arby's I've ever been to. When in the area I'll definitely be back .

Quick dinner. Rotisserie chicken, sweet potato, broccoli and zucchini bread.

Stopped by on my way to visit someone at the Hyatt in Short Pump. I'd heard a lot about this location over the years. Saw signs for the Chipotle-esque barbacoa menu items, but went with my go-to Arby's RVA selection of rotisserie chicken, veggies and zucchini bread. Staff were prompt and courteous when I entered. Location was super clean with signs on every other table indicating social distancing standards. Food was fresh, delicious and filling!

Arby's quarter white with one side (crinkle fries) and soda $16 & some change.

Food is always decent but I doubt we are ever going back again. Prices are now ridiculous. I bought my wife a quarter white chicken with one side - crinkle fries and a medium soda. Cost $16 and some change. Inflation or not - that's ridiculous

Bourbon flavored habanero sauce along with other condiments at every table

I ususally don't review fast food restaurants but this Arby's is like no other one that I've ever seen. First off, it's huge! And its architecture and decor is that of a ski lodge. To add to that, they have a separate Coolblue Smoothies stand and a Barbacoa burrito/ taco stand. The Coolblue Smoothies and everything at the Barbacoa stand is amazing. Definitely an added bonus to the great food that Arby's already has. There is always a minimal wait of 5 minutes to receive your food. But that's expected for any place that serves made to order food. As a result, the quality is great. But on the flipside, if there's a long line, it might be a little more than 5 minutes until you get your food.

Brunswick stew and roast beef slider.

The cashier was taking orders, packing order, quality control, giving orders to customers and taking orders to customers dinning in. It was quite amazing how he did it all with a smile. I waited about 17 minutes as all food is cooked fresh to order. I ordered the medium chicken tenders with waffle fries and Ginger Ale. The food was so hot and fresh and spicy like I like it. If you don't like your lips to tingle medium may not be for you. The restaurant was pretty quite other than some high school students in the back. Give yourself time to order as food is made to order. Returned the next day for my son to try it and he picked up the mundo chicken Sammy! Listen this to thing was basically the size of two patties from the place with the cow! Lol teenage boy approved!

The medium spice was just right if you want a small kick(next time I will try hot). The slaw and sauce mixed very well together. I was quite surprised with the flavor and size of the sandwich, it definitely exceeded my initial expectations. Overall a good fried spicy chicken sandwich spot, I would definitely come back again. Should mean they can kill it on what they offer. I had a smash burger I don't recall the name of it. It was tasty. No sides. The star here was the Spicy milkshake. I did enjoy that very much. I would come back if in the area just for one of those. They seem pretty busy and a lot of take out traffic. Good wait time was pretty long. I ordered two items and it pushed an hour mealtime. It felt like 30-40 minutes. Check them out if you haven't.

Cons: Overpriced for the portions and quality, Self-service ordering only, stingy room-temperature water. This was my first time dining at this location. I tried some of the items from the new Korean style menu. It was pretty late and the roads were still a bit snowy so we were almost the only patrons. We weren't welcomed when we entered, but we were greeted by a block of touch screens for ordering. No one offered to take our order so we made our way through the menu. The only complimentary water available was a self-serve dispenser at the counter with very small paper cups and room temperature water. I almost exclusively drink water and the paid drinks were $3.50+ so this was disappointing. The single K-Shack BBQ burger was amazing and I am looking forward to getting it again. It was a bit light on the sauce but the cashier did give me a feee cup of sauce when I asked. The crispy onions added the perfect texture. The BbQ not a strong or spicy flavor so I recommend anyone to try it. The small K-Shack fries were great. I would have liked a bit more seasoning. They were hot and mostly crisp. The cheese was glommed on, but it tasted good. The small Chocolate Pudding Blackout Shake really had a pudding-like texture and was delicious. My husband got a single hamburger. So that meal was about $40.... In THIS economy?! And it was especially upsetting as the ordering, water, and clean up is self-service. I'll come back once more to enjoy the Korean style menu but that will be it.

LOVED this place. I never had peruvian chicken before, but I will definitely be coming back here…read more We ordered a family deal with 2 chickens and sides + soda. The chicken itself was not dry, it was very good texture and flavor. The sauces that come with it were also all very tasty. (There was a spicy red, a mild green, and a yellow) The green and red were probably my favorite. First time having Yuca Fries, they went well with the sauce! The string beans and steamed veggies were lowkey also really good and went well with the chicken, rice, and black beans. There was also the shrimp ceviche which was definitely different than what I normally get went well, when I wrapped all the stuff in a lettuce leaf(not sure if that's what you're supposed to do). It had shrimp, some kind of sweet potato(which was good!), and Peruvian corn which was super cool. Then there was the Bistec a lo Pobre, which had Carne Asada, with fries and rice and other stuff. Also very good. Then the plantains which were all very good, definitely added a nice sweet addition to the meal. To top it all off, there was a cookie I was not sure the name of but it was good LOL. Will definitely be coming back here to try more stuff. I will say, I think knowing spanish helps a lot if you come here

I found that strange given that they serve Peruvian food, which is not your every day offering. Anyhoo, the ambiance is boring and uninspired. The menu is a mix of Peruvian (I guess?), Mexican, and Middle Eastern. Some of the unexpected menu items are ceviche, beef heart, and gizzards or chicken livers? I forget but something like that. They also have yucca and plantain. I wanted Peruvian so I went with their 1/4 chicken, green rice with black beans, and mixed vegetables. The mixed vegetables were from a can. (Yuck) The green rice was zesty and novel. The chicken was well seasoned and really juicy. Portion sizes were plentiful. You won't leave hungry.
