How can they serve this to people?

I dont know what happened to this place. The food is absolutely horrendous. A few months ago I ordered a big cheesy bacon burger and the patty was completely dry and rock hard like a beef jerky. I ended up throwing it away thinking maybe it was a 1 time mishap. Tonight 2/24/26 I ordered a fish sandwich deluxe and my 1st bite into it, the fish was rock hard and dried out, like they had put it in the microwave for 10 minutes. I ended up throwing the rest of the sandwich away after picking it apart to see why it was completely dried and inedible! How can you serve this to someone?! I will not be going to this Arby's ever again.

Curly Fries, Mozzarella Sticks, Prime Cut Chicken Tenders, and Apple Turnover

I come here for lunch sometimes. Usually, it's packed with kids just getting out of school. Today, it was so peaceful and nice inside. It looks like they did some upgrades. For lunch, I ordered the 5 piece chicken tenders meal with a fruit punch. I got mozzarella sticks and an apple turnover. This meal hit the spot! My friend who came to lunch with me had to ask for new fries. Her curly fries weren't curly. It looked like the end of the batch. The employees had no problem giving her new curly fries though. It was a good lunch.

Been going here for decades since i went to middle school nearby. They are always friendly . I usually get the curly fries and shakes. Will always come here once in awhile. By the way, right now from 2-5 pm, they have $1 sliders, small fries, small drink, Cookie, and snack shakes!

The Chicken Mediterranean wrap is delicious, just don't eat it if you have IBS or Acid reflux. Their deals are pretty good. Two gyro sandwiches for $6. What a steal that is take it and run. 4pc mozzarella sticks were $3.19. Market Fresh Creamy Mediterranean Wrap has roast chicken with Italian seasonings, tzatziki sauce, banana peppers, red onion, tomatoes and lettuce. The artisan wrap tasted like it wasn't from a fast food spot. I really enjoyed this sandwhich. The mozzarella stix are actually pretty good. They are practicing social distanting within the store. I appreciate the level of service that the workers provided. The man behind the plexiglass taking our order made sure to get it correct. Mostly people did drive thru. There was a 10 minute wait for food, not too bad. Of all the years this Arby's has always been so awesome. Never got anything foul from this location. I prefer this spot over any of the Arbys in Queens.

I got a roast beef gyro for free and it was an alright gyro. If I had to pay for this it would have been $6/pc. For this same amount of money I could get a better gyro from halal guys (adding some extra $), Mamoun's Falafel, and possibly somewhere else If you are looking for quality go somewhere else, as this place is not worth it. If you have lots of money and you don't mind wasting $ on a so so quality food, then this is the great place for you to get your food

This Arby's is better than most (not to name the others) regarding their service and employee professionalism. Usually not too busy, relatively clean and never made a mistake on my orders whether take out or drive through.

Vibrant space all around and in the background. Ambiance wise is 100% on point. There are two levels, an upper floor and the level upon entry. Many seats from downstairs and upstairs. Comfortable blue couch booth seats for 4 people. Customers have to get the bathroom's passcode upon request. Friendly and quick service from helpful and patient staff. Since it's opened til 3am daily, there're still quite a few people even after midnight. Easily accessible and right next to the 7 train. So, you can literally hop on the train the minute you leave. Almost everywhere else is closed after 10pm on Main Street. Except for the fast food spots like Champion Pizza, Popeyes, McDonalds, Burger King and Raising Cane's. Basically, your options are pretty limited. I don't know about you but as for the freshness of the food, it definitely goes to RC no doubt. Haven't been to the Flushing location since it opened 2 years ago. Even the manual ketchup dispenser isn't there anymore. Instead, there's an automated ketchup one in replacement. Similar to those soda dispenser machines from AMC movie theaters. Ordered the 3 Chicken Tender Combo. Doesn't come with coleslaw. The sweet iced tea has just the right amount of sweetness. The fried chicken pieces got crispier over the years and not soggy anymore compared to when they first opened back in 2024. The fries are soft towards the center and I wish they're crunchier in texture. I don't know if it's just me, but I feel like takeout portions of the fries are generally getting smaller in size than dining in. Hence, I docked a star off. Is it though? The fries and chicken tenders would taste better when dipped in the Cane's Sauce than just plain old ketchup. I think the Flushing location got the crunchiest buttered Texas toast imo. It has still stayed crispy even after 30 minutes from me being a slower eater. Lastly, this spot is great for a quick & fulfilling lunch, snack or dinner.

Raising Cane's keeps its concept incredibly simple, focusing almost entirely on chicken tenders,…read morefries, Texas toast, coleslaw, and its signature sauce. We walked into a bright, clean, and energetic space with a fast-paced atmosphere that reflects how popular the chain has become. Even with a line forming at the counter, the staff kept things moving efficiently, and the operation felt well organized considering the volume of customers coming through the door. The dining room has a casual, functional energy, the kind of place where the focus stays on getting a satisfying meal rather than lingering, and the open kitchen adds a layer of transparency to the process. We went with one of the tender combos, which is really the reason most people come here in the first place. The chicken tenders were juicy, freshly cooked, and had a crispy coating that held up well without feeling overly heavy. The coating had a good crunch that stayed intact through the meal, and the chicken itself was moist and tender throughout. The real standout, though, is the Cane's Sauce. It adds a tangy, peppery flavor that works perfectly with the chicken and honestly ties the entire meal together. Between the tenders, crinkle-cut fries, and Texas toast, it is a simple meal, but one that is executed consistently well. The toast is buttery and soft, and the fries are solid enough to hold their own alongside the main event. One thing we have noticed is that the chicken can occasionally feel a little greasy depending on the visit, especially if you are ordering a larger combo. For some people that may not be an issue at all, while others might find it sits a bit heavy afterward. That has varied from visit to visit, but it is worth mentioning because the meal is definitely on the richer side compared to some other fast food chicken options. The coleslaw provides a lighter contrast, though it is a fairly standard version of the side and does not stand out the way the chicken and sauce do. The staff during our visit were friendly and efficient, and the restaurant was well maintained. Food came out quickly, and despite the limited menu, there is something refreshing about a place that focuses on doing one thing rather than trying to offer dozens of different options. The simplicity of the menu makes the decision process easy, and the consistency of the meal across visits is a big part of the appeal. Raising Cane's delivers a satisfying chicken tender meal with quality chicken, a great signature sauce, and consistently solid sides. It may not be the lightest meal around, but when you are in the mood for crispy chicken tenders and a straightforward comfort-food combo, it is easy to see why so many people keep coming back. The meal is familiar, filling, and hits the right notes for what it sets out to do.

None of the other fast food places like Wendy's or Popeyes would go above and beyond for their mistake. Very much appreciated. The tenders and sliders use the same chicken, but sliders come with some Coleslaw inside. I recommend the medium spice level. They use a nice rub that's not too spicy. I'm guessing there's also hint of sugar that makes it so good. I would probably choose tenders over sliders since the buns on sliders masks the tastiness of the chicken. Fries were crinkle fries. Solid 5/5. My daughter loved Dave's sauce, which is good because I was afraid it would be spicy. Overall, pleasantly surprised and will come back!

But it was a good portion, crispy, great texture. beef skewers - 2.5/5 this was just ok. For some reason it didn't really taste like beef that much. chicken skewer - 5/5 really enjoyed this. A good medium spice heat! squid leg skewer - 2/5 yummy but this was THE SPICIEST thing at medium level. I couldn't eat it after the second bite. spicy chicken burger - 3/5 this is okay! The sauce is a little too sweet for my liking typhoon shelter chicken patty - 4/5 I like it! They were extremely generous with the portion! The garlic fried tempura-like flakes on top provided great texture. The sauce is good too, would've liked it even more if it were just a tad less sweet. Overall this place is a great addition to flushing. Service is standard, you can order from the kiosk. You can come here for a quick snack or a full meal. They also offer a lot of combos as well as teas and soft serve ice cream. I just wish they were more consistent with the spice level. We ordered medium spicy across the board for all the foods that had that option but it was inconsistent. Great tasting foods, just beware that you may get something a lot spicier than you expect!

We also wanted to try some drinks, so we got limeade and sugarcane juice. Since we were looking for a quick bite to eat before heading to our evening event, we started with the empanada and the Vietnamese spring rolls. Unfortunately, the spring rolls were not quite to our usual taste, so I would skip them next time. However, the empanada was fantastic, filled with minced beef, scallions, and a quail egg. The Classic Banh Mi and the Grilled Chicken Banh Mi are both very good. They offer the perfect balance of meat and bread, served on soft, crispy baguettes. While I usually opt for the Classic Banh Mi, I must admit that the Grilled Chicken Banh Mi has become my favorite. I am absolutely in love with the Limeade--it has a unique sour flavor that I crave. I'd visit just for this drink. The place is small, but the staff is friendly and the service is quite fast.

As I always say, I don't really like giving bad reviews but I have to be honest. We were passing by and unfortunately out of the million restaurants in downtown Flushing we had to pick this one. The 2 people behind the counter were acceptably friendly, and the menu was fairly extensive. I ordered a 2 piece fried chicken platter with rice and beans (comes with a soda) ($11.99). My wife ordered just 2 pieces of chicken ($6.99). My daughter ordered a 3 piece chicken special with a piece of bread ($6). The chicken admittedly was tender on the inside. The outside crust was crispy but had Zero flavor. The white sauce negatively exacerbated the taste, and helped create an unfavorable culinary experience. I did not finish my meal, and as you can guess, won't be coming back.
