We ordered two chicken sliders but were given two chicken sandwiches. We went back through to politely ask for the sliders as we ordered and they charged us for both the sliders and sandwiches we had not asked for. We even tried returning the sandwiches to the manager but he refused and treated us pretty rudely. Would recommend going to any other drive thru nearby instead :) oh, and they gave me the wrong wrap too. So we only had the fries correct for our order. read more

I just went to the Arby's on S. Main St. in Elkhart, Indiana, and handed this tall skinny kid working behind the counter with long sideburns my coupons. I just got in the mail. He told me they didn't accept those coupons because they were corporate. I said they just came in the mail. I used them all the time he said they're corporate. They don't accept those so I left and went to McDonald's down the street and bought $40 worth of food there. I wondered why there were no cars in the drive-through or in the parking lot when I pulled in, but after talking to this idiot behind the counter, I knew why they have a bunch of kids that don't know what the hell is going on or how to serve a customer read more

I will never return to the drive thru at this location. 10 min wait at the order menu, 35 minutes waiting with only two cars in the drive, me being the second in line!!! Come on!!! I finally left the line. If you get a half hour lunch.. DO NOT GO TO ARBY's THIS LOCATION IS HORRIBLE!!! If I could give 0 stars to any restaurant it would be this one, just shows management sucks and the franchise needs to re-think their selection of employees here. Do not go to this Arby's!! I just drove 15 minutes to this location, went through drive thru, placed my order, got to window was told a different amount. I said to the employee that was wrong that he was cheating himself. I repeated my order, waited again on my order, received order only to drive back to find out that I was shorted a meal. I called and talked to some lady who informed me that I was only charged for 2 of the 9 pc chicken nuggets, which I kindly told the lady I was looking at my receipt and I was charged for 3 9 pc chicken nuggets. They then put the manager on who instructed me to drive back and get my chicken nuggets to which I responded No, you drive them to me. She told me it doesn't work that way. I've had to dine here several times in the last month. Their Ruben sandwich is pretty good. They only take two orders per car so if that's a problem, a couple of riders can double up on one order. I've had their beef & cheddar sandwich and it's OK but it may need sauce for some people. read more

When Hardee's say they "have the meats" I wasn't thinking thats all they had. When it comes to the Brisket meal having just meet (no matter how good) just isn't enough to satisfy your hunger. The fries do however complement the meal quite well but in the end, your left wanting more and are better off spending your money else where. read more

The worst place I have ever been!! We ate here a couple buffalo wings, and all night we felt extremely bad. Don't go there!!

Stop there for lunch and order a King's Hawaiian Smokehouse Brisket among other items. I get an unitemized receipt for $16.22 which seemed high... ( the sandwich was only $5.89 I believe). My order came with an itemized ticket and I was charged $6.19. The manager told me that I ordered the regular Smokehouse Brisket, then started arguing with me... and was really rude... instead of saying something like "I am sorry, let me correct the order" or try and give me what I ordered, she wanted to argue with me.... I just told her to give me my money back and I will gladly take my business elsewhere. Very rude... will be contacting the corporate office.... for a manager she needs better training on how to work with the public. read more

As others have complained, I had a negative experience due to the manager's rudeness. Twice this week I ordered a large chocolate shake and it was almost completely missing any chocolate flavor. The first time it was carry-out and I was on my way home from work so I didn't take the time to return and complain. The second time I decided to stop in and have a meal. If the shake was lacking again, I could try to get it corrected. Again the shake was weak so I brought it up to the counter and kindly asked if there was something wrong with the shake machine, that it was seriously lacking syrup. Katie became defensive and explained that the machine needed to "re-calibrated", that the store owner wasn't going to get it fixed, and that he wouldn't want to spend the money to add more syrup. Katie reluctantly added about an ounce of syrup which did not help much. I will not return to that Arby's. Everything else about the visit was fine. read more

They overcharged my card by $200 dollars, and didn't tell me what was going on until the cashier says, "it will be about 3-5 business days." So now we have to rebudget this week and will be late on a bill because we decided to go to Arby's. read more

This Arbys is on Well water. The water is absoutly horrid. There is so much rust in it if you get a pop it tastes like blood. Stay away from this arbys. They are aware of the problem for a few years now and have done nothign about it read more
