I was watching football and I didn't feel like going to the store to make wings so I thought I'd give wings etc. a try because it was close to me. Their ad says jumbo wings what I got wasn't even close to big wings. The sauce for the wings was laying in the bottom of the carryout container. Nothing on the wings itself, and the sauce had grease floating in it. I should've went to the store and got wings to throw in my air fryer because they are far superior to the wings. I got from wings, etc. plus the sauce sticks to the wings out of the air fryer. read more

Will (the manager) refused to take my order at 10:46. Although store was open he kept telling me "our kitchen is closing". I reminded him that the store still was open but he refused to serve me. We had a fantastic meal at Wings Etc tonight! 4 of us shared fried pickle appetizer, large basket of fries, and a mix of traditional and boneless wings with 6 different sauces. Service was great, food came out promptly--and everything was hot and delicious! We'll be back! read more

The space was nothing unique. My server was amazing. The food, however, left a lot to be desired. The fried pickle appetizer came to the table on the crispy side (i.e., over cooked). My breaded tenderloin also came to the table crispy (over cooked), as did the tater tots. Mostly inedible. The place was busy so it was pointless to send it back. We had been driving all day and only wanted to get to the hotel and didn't want to wait any longer. read more

This Wings Etc. was a HUGE disappointment. I ate at South Bend and expected a similar experience; however, we were VERY disappointed...from not being greeted when we came through the door, to the waitress repeatedly greeting our drink order/food order wrong, to the fact we waited over 45 minutes for our food to arrive...we just decided to leave. After having one of the best burgers in the region for many years, tonight I was served some inedible piece of trash that was described as a smashburger. Guessing some corporate "geniuses" with no idea what a great burger tastes like (or is even supposed to be) are the ones who made the ridiculous decision to serve me something that tasted like paper on a stale bun. Honestly, I'm not even certain it was real meat. In any case, sorry to say that after some 12+ years enjoying Wings, Etc. that after tonight I have no plans of ever going back. If I could give zero stars... I would. We took our family here for dinner tonight and quickly regretted it. Our appetizers came out very well done (loaded tots and pretzel bites). The guy who brought them out said the cooks dropped half the tots on the ground and was remaking more for us. Whatever. We ate them. Except the other half never came. Then we waited... and waited... for food. It wasn't busy either. When our food came the boneless wings were over cooked and had almost no sauce on them. I ordered the chicken Caesar wrap. It's supposed to be grilled chicken, but it was breaded. Again... I just said whatever and started to eat it. Except I quickly noticed there was almost no chicken. It was little pieces of chicken breading but really no meat and almost none. It was obvious everything had been sitting for a while before we got it. The server took off my wrap, but still charged us for half an order tots.... Even though it wasn't even half. Needless to say we will never be back here again. My husband have been going to wings for over 14 yr. We ordered from door dash for the first time. Our wings had the wrong sauce and onion rings came with no ranch. I called the store spoke with the manager Sierra and I was told that her computer shows the wings were made right and because it was thru door dash Wings is not held accountable for how the food is made. I offered to even drive the wings to her store so I could get my money back - and she could see for herself. She is the worst Manager that I have dealt with in a while. Shame on you for poor customer service. I hope someone above her will see this and maybe teach her what customer service is. Especially during this pandemic. Very dissatisfied. Maker's Mark Single Neat = $6.25 Maker's Mark Double Neat = $12.50 (If not done correctly) After I complained about that price for Maker's Mark (not even Maker's 46) the manager figured out that the bartender was ringing it up as 2 singles instead of $8.75 for a double. This bartender has worked there for years! How do you not know how to ring up a double? Another good question - How many times have you over-charged me and I paid the bill blindly because I trusted you? The same bartender has treated me like garbage on many occasions but I put up with it to just hang with my friends. I've surely spent around a thousand dollars here over the last couple years. I won't be back. The only reason we went back tonight was due to a miscommunication amongst friends. My friends have already stopped going largely in part due to this bartender. This place has awful service. Ownership honestly does not care, and it's evidenced in their employees. Placed an online order, my daughter goes to pick it up, they tell her we must have placed the order at another location. I sent a screenshot of the email confirmation to my daughter to show them, they claimed they didn't get the order. Total lack of accountability! It starts at the top, every issue is clearly the customer's fault. It's a victim mentality, and this place is a classic example. read more

We tried it for the first time today. I ordered a fish sandwich and literally got a piece of fried, overcooked cod on a bun (no tartar sauce, cheese, lettuce, etc) and a side of tater tots. The fish was so dry. I will not be eating from there again. read more

Went to pick up an order I called in at the Dunlap Wings etc and was not acknowledged or greeted by anyone until Rebecca asked me if I "had a to go order" really crappy... very poor customer service from this lady every time I go in to pick up an order. Giving one star because we didn't even eat anything tonight. We have eaten twice previously so I am going to sum up all three experiences for you. Bad service each and every time. We kept giving the place another try because we do like wings. Their food is decent, though the burgers do taste frozen. But the service is bad enough we will not go back. We were told upon entering that we couldn't be seated because the host just got yelled at for seating too many people and they only have 2 waitresses - on 49 cent wing night no less. We were told to go to the bar, that was packed too. So we left. Previous trips have involved long waits for food, mixed up orders and one time we were only brought 3 drinks for 4 people and had to repeatedly ask for the missing drink. They finally brought the Pepsi after the food finally got to the table. Sorry, we won't return. read more

Disappointing. We go to the Gateway Drive location usually but last evening we were in Dunlap so we went to this location. Everything was bad. We sat at the bar and the bartender acted like she couldn't be bothered she was too busy cleaning up for the night....it was 8:00 on Friday. When we got our food after an extensive wait it tasted like the burgers were cooked on a dirty grill. They were just terrible. The management should be ashamed. This location is a black mark upon this franchise. Needless to say we will stick to the Gateway drive location or go elsewhere. read more

It was time again to treat my Mother for a birthday dinner. We usually come to the Wings Etc. Dunlap location. I decided to see how the reviews for this location were and was surprised to see so many bad reviews and almost decided to pick a different restaurant, but I didn't. Upon arriving we sat ourselves and shortly after Aurora our waitress greeted us with a smile and was ready to serve us. We both ordered a beer (which was nice and cold!), I ordered the standard burger and curly fries my mother ordered the pulled pork sandwich and curly fries. Food arrived in in what I would say was normal time, both were hot and very delicious. One issue my mother had was her pulled pork sandwich had a very minimal amount of meat, to the point some of the edges were just bun. I even remembered pork falling out of it while trying to eat it in the past. We mentioned it to Aurora and she let Jeremy the manager know about the portion problem and he had another sandwich made with plenty of meat this time and was very apologetic about this situation. To sum up our time spent here, we were very satisfied with our meal, with the taste of our food, and our time spent here. I was very thankful for our waitress Aurora, she has genuine concern for her customers and the business she represents! And I say tonight Aurora and Wings Ect deserve 5stars!!!! read more
