The other fries Cozumel or something like that didn't have those. No fountain drinks. And the counter where the fountain drinks are was gross. Food came out. Hummus had too much olive oil. Fries were hot-good. Falafel salad was disappointing and small. And the chicken wrap was a chicken dish with rice. I be told the guy I wanted the chicken wrap. He said I charged you for chicken and rice. So that's what I got. Chicken with a white sauce not sure if it was tacziki or garlic and rice. Nothing else like a veggie was there. Chicken was dry and rice was meh. Ate a quarter of it and was afraid I'd get food poisoning. Plus, this is weird. There is a bed in the office back area. Like someone is living there. My friend waited a solid minute to order while the female stared at her, no simple "what can I get ya?" and my friend had to start the interaction. We don't expect people to be fakey nice because it's a job, but a basic acknowledgment of my friend's presence, so she could know the employee was ready for her to order would've been the absolute bare minimum. Then my boyfriend ordered for us, and we ordered an 8" griller as a combo which includes a side (salad or fries) and a drink. We ordered fries as a part of the combo. When the food was brought to the table, the fries didn't come. No biggie, so we go up and ask for our fries. The male worker said that a combo isn't an option with the 8" grillers, just the 4" grillers. My boyfriend said "combo" specifically when ordering and the male didn't point the problem out clearly then. He asked if we wanted to pay for fries, and the weirdness of everything put a bad taste in our mouths and we declined the extra expense of fries that we only wanted because of the combo. I checked the menu and included a picture, and it doesn't specify the combo exception! So I understand if it was advertised and our mistake, but it's not listed anywhere and doesn't make any sense to exclude the combo option for the larger sandwich. After those things my friend's sandwich came with tomatoes and no onions, when she ordered the sandwich with no tomatoes and added onions! My friend was over it and didn't want to point out another mess up, so she picked the tomatoes off and didn't have the onions on her sandwich she asked for. So Mancino's, please make sure your employees say something, ANYTHING at all when a customer approaches the register to order!!! Also, be sure employees inform the customers of exceptions before presenting us plates with missing items due to an exception that wasn't said in person or printed on the menu. I know your employees don't live and breathe making sandwiches of course, but the few we interacted with today made our one meal out a month a let down, due to the lack of bare minimum thought and professionalism. It was weird, disappointing, and rude and we wish we went somewhere else with our limited time and money!

I was given a "free drink upgrade" as compensation. I can understand it being a little busier, or not fully liking your job. However, just laughing about a mistake made by the store feels crazy. Pizza Hut has long been my favorite, I figured the quality would offset the cost difference. Imagine my surprise when I open the boxes and find two small, rectangular pizzas that can in no way be equivalent to a standard medium, 8-slice circular pizza. In looking at it, one can clearly see how tiny it is and that at LEAST half of the pizza alone is crust. Almost seemed like they're deliberately making the pizzas rectangular now in an effort to cheat their customers out of pizza. I also got a single order of breadsticks, which unfortunately no longer come with a large marinara sauce but a teeny tiny solo cup worth. A 2-liter of Pepsi & two garlic sauces later, my order was just shy of $36. All in all, taste was 5.5/10, definitely not as good as I remember.
