Dropped in from out of state to watch some college football. As always so many tvs with all the relevant games on so I like that! We got seated immediately and served quickly by a friendly waitress. She kept our drinks filled and made sure we were well taken care of. She also switched one of the tvs to the game we were most interested in. I ordered the smashed bacon chili hatch burger...so delicious. My buddy enjoyed his wings and was happy. The fries that came with my burger left a bit to be desired though. Overall a good experience and I would go back. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings - Chicken Wings Near Me - Goshen, Indiana

When I arrived at the restaurant, I expected a quick and smooth visit, but things took a frustrating turn right from the start. After pulling up to the location, I waited about ten minutes before anyone even took my order for a drink. The delay felt unusually long, especially since I was only ordering a beverage. This initial wait immediately set the tone for what would become a disappointing experience overall. Once my drink order was finally taken, it took another ten minutes before I actually received it. At this point, I had already been there for twenty minutes, and all I had managed to get was a simple drink. The service was slow, and there didn't seem to be any sense of urgency among the staff. I began to wonder what was causing such delays, particularly since there weren't many other customers waiting. After finishing my drink, I tried to place my food order. This process took another twenty minutes before I was finally able to order. I decided to keep things simple and asked for a spicy chicken sandwich, plain, with nothing else on it. I made sure to specify this clearly so that there would be no confusion. Given how much time had already passed, I hoped the kitchen would at least get my order right and bring it out quickly. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. After placing my order, I ended up waiting for about an hour before any food was brought to me. The long wait was exhausting and irritating, especially since I had only ordered one sandwich. I kept checking to see if my food was on the way, but no one seemed to provide updates or explanations. The level of customer service felt extremely poor throughout the entire visit. When my sandwich finally arrived, it turned out to be completely wrong. Instead of receiving the spicy chicken sandwich I had ordered--plain, with no toppings--I was given a regular chicken sandwich with everything on it. After spending so much time waiting, this mistake made the experience even worse. It showed a clear lack of attention to detail and care for the customer's request. By the end of my visit, I was extremely upset and disappointed. What should have been a simple meal turned into a stressful and time consuming ordeal that lasted well over an hour. The slow service, repeated mistakes, and lack of communication left a lasting negative impression. I left the restaurant feeling frustrated and certain that I would not be coming back in the future. read more

I have had to wait over 20 minutes for my food. I did not order that much either. I don't understand why I have to wait I've been for a long time and I'm sitting here waiting in starvation and suffrage. I had a real fun time! They also got my order wrong and are getting mixed up with other peoples. I got my food but waited too long. read more

this is terrible, I waited like 2 hrs for my food it took them 30 minutes to place a food order and the place is dirty and it's my birthday and the service is not good. I would not recommend this place. Terrible. read more

Overpriced food just for food poisoning. Place is dirty. Stick to their bottled sauce and make your own wings at home.

0 stars. That's all that needs to be said. Please try ANY other wing place in Goshen. By far the worst BWW, food is cold, service is terrible, restaurant is dirty, etc. read more

Average place in regards to restaurants but does have atmosphere when it's pumping. The wings are great and I've never seen such a wide variety of sauces. Yum. Worth the visit for some casual dining or a boys night out. read more

Rudest bartender I've ever met. Dana called last call at 9:45 pm on Friday. At 10:20, she walked through the bar and said you have 5 minutes to finish you drinks. She came back at 10:25 and tried to take everyone's glasses. Half our table wasn't finished yet and she became complacent when we would not give her our glasses. She told us we were no longer welcome at this BDubs location. Our server then came back to our table and said they don't close till 11:00 so if you would like to stay and finish your cocktails, I would gladly wash your cups. read more

I gave three stars because the food was good but the girl with the double piercing in her nose had an atrocious attitude. She may be better suited for the kitchen where she would not have to work with people. read more

Can I rate zero? Typically good. But the last two times my wife and I ate there we both ended up sick within an hour of leaving. If you like hurling your guts out then this is the place for you.. read more

Local stores should be navigating Covid restrictions on their own (or the opening back up policies). The pandemic has driven an ongoing culture of fear. Patrons that are not scared should be able to wait for their tables inside. When kids are hosting, there is discretion that happens to take place when friends walk in after previous arrivals sitting in cars. Presence creates accountability so that favoritism doesn't take place. Also, limited capacity is no longer mandatory. Operating at 50% is hiding behind Covid excuses. It's time to open back up at full capacity. I work in the vaccine industry, and have been in the business for 17 years, it's past time to stop the fear mongering. If people are comfortable going out, then they should be allowed. If someone is living in fear or due to medical reasons, then do take out. But don't punish everyone. I welcome a contact back. COVID has become a crutch to hide the inadequacies of restaurant staffing because the socialist ways with stimulus funds that entice laziness and apathy. Quit feeding the monster with your own business practices that limit staff and employment. read more

DO NOT GO HERE, GO TO WINGS ETC. INSTEAD.This place has absolutely went down hill. I came to this BBW about 10 months ago and got poisoning from undercooked wings. I decided to return this past Sunday and it was the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. First, when we got seated we asked if they could change our TV to one of the football games that was on, they immediately just said no, not one explanation as to why they couldn't do that for us. After we asked why, our server said "we can't change the TV's" and told us to turn our heads to the TV way behind us to watch. That was very rude, this is a sports restaurant and bar why can't they change the TV's? Made no sense and our server had zero explanation. Second, I ordered snack size wings medium sauce, my bf ordered the 'Big Jack Daddy Burger' when our food arrived, I was surprised at how little my wings were and the quantity I received. I paid $7.99 and got 5 tiny wings. I'm sorry but that is a rip off. I can get way better wings at Wings Etc down the street AND they will change the TV's to whatever I'd like. Also my fries were cold and tasted stale, I couldn't even eat them. When my bf got his burger, he took one bite and there was a long black hair in it.. it was disgusting. We immediately alerted our server and she said she'd return it and the chef will cook another one. She didn't really seem to be worried about it. About 5-10 minutes later we got our new burger. It was the wrong kind of burger but at that point we knew it wasn't worth asking for another one so he tried to eat it. He bit into it and it was raw... he almost threw up but thankfully he didn't. In all honesty, I will never come here again. The service is terrible, the food was low quality, the employees are not helpful and frankly do not care at all. Every time I come here, it gets worse and worse. This place is filled with teenagers who don't have any concern about good service or good quality food. The manager is not professional at all and does not do her job. It seems like they just hire anyone. If I could, I would give this place 0 stars. Like I said, go to Wings Etc, they are just down the street and you will have a 100% better experience. Save yourself the time, energy and your stomach by not going here. read more

The food quality at Buffalo Wild Wings is largely the same across locations, and this one was as expected. The service was a little slow, but it was all very polite. The lighting was pretty annoying. The sun was shining through the window right into my eyes whenever I looked to my right, and there was nothing they could do to fix that. read more

The food was outstanding but the service is on the slow side. It was an early Friday evening but there were only a couple parties before my party if two. There were plenty of empty tables but it took nearly 10 minutes to finally seat us. After our simple two meal order was placed, we waited nearly 20 minutes to get our food. If they were busy, I'd understand, but they really weren't busy at all. Therefore slow service is why I am giving a three star instead of five. read more

Food and service are always awesome, but they need to learn how to put sports and games on that are in season instead of just meh Steven is on ESPN. Aka-if it's baseball season put some damn baseball games on not some shit called spike ball! read more

Food is still good at this location but the floor and bathroom need to be cleaned and fixed.

Went there a month ago and ended up waiting 10 minutes without anyone serving us and it wasn't even busy. Waitresses walked by us four or five times, finally walked out. Went there yesterday and asked what craft beers were on tap, waitress had no idea, gave me the four typical domestic lite beers, asked if she could check. She finally came back 5 min later. Didn't get my daughters root beer until food was served and she walked by at least 6 times and never checked with us for anything. Talked to shift manager about the terrible service and she said they are working on it. Also they never have more than 2 decent craft beers an they never get different ones. Probably the worst, no definitely, the worst bw3 I have ever been to, and I have been to at least 10 different bws. read more

Poor customer service!!! I had to walk out so I didn't have to be mean to the bitch that was gonna seat me. I will definitely fired someone that rude. Managers be aware that you are on business to me a profit no to drive costumes away. Gladly, I return to wings etc. where they treat me great. read more

As usual I end up regretting coming here. One of my nieces wanted to come here. Against my better judgement I brought them. And it was abismal as usual. Server forgot one of the girls drinks. Food took forever to be brought out. Clearly this is one of the worst Buffalo Wild Wings in the world. read more

Wow.... what happened to this place? Cheaply prepared food, that has a frozen taste. The service is poor, the wait staff are "bothered" by having to work. Waited 15 minutes after I was seated to get a drink order in, I was ready to place my full order by this time, in the middle of my order the waitress turned and walked away..... like WTF? Tables are washed with something sticky. Sad. read more

Decent food, fair prices, good service, lots of sports! Get there early on game days or you could be waiting a while. If the parking lot is 80% full there will be a wait and those can be long. Lots of variety for sauces on your wings. Blazin sauce will make your eyes tear. read more

To begin with I will not be returning. This is the first time I've ever been told that there is a two drink limit on Long Island, who makes these rules? Never heard of it at any other BWW, nor any other bars in any other states. I was told by management it was due to policy. What policy is this? Bartended for many years as well and NEVER heard of that. read more

Ordered mini corn dogs. They came out burnt. Told the food runner. He took them back. Just a few short minutes later he returned with another basket of burnt mini corn dogs. He said that's just they way they are because the grease is old. I pointed them out to a manager and asked if they looked ok and she said they did and they looked that way because the grease was brown. I told her it's because the grease is dirty and she as a manager should not accept it. I asked her to take them off the bill. She walked away and didn't apologize or anything. It was taken off our bill. We also had played more than ten dollars worth in the jukebox and it was turned off after only two songs so a football game could play. All that money was lost. We won't be back. read more

It is also good for kids. read more

Wings are amazing, and the wait staff is (usually) pretty good! I make it a point to eat here at least once a month.

The only reason there is one star is because the beer was cold and the bartender was friendly. Other than that this Buffalo Wild Wings is the worst one I've visited. It is disgusting walking into the restaurant because of the rancid vomit smell. The restroom is far worse than that... and I wouldn't think that would be possible. Gagging the whole time while using the restroom isn't how expect to use the restroom after paying 8 bucks for a beer. Unhappy and now I have to go home and shower because of how dirty I feel. read more

This was a great place in the past. The bar is so dirty now, for the last 6 months or so, that you smell the sour smell of bacteria so strong that you can't even enjoy the great food! The only reason this is not still a hot spot in town is because they don't clean and maintain the facility. Huge shame!!! read more

First I have to say that Patty our waitress (the bartender) was phenomenal and went above and beyond to make sure our experience was as good as possible. The food and the service were great but the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. As a group of 5 we were seated outside on the patio where we first noticed a foul smell similar to raw sewage. We had just finished dumping furniture at the landfill so we were afraid our shoes may have picked up a stench. After a few minutes one of us noticed a giant pile of vomit in the corner of the gated "patio" and immediately moved inside. I let the manager know who said "wow they put the ashtrays our this morning and didn't say anything" on my way in I also noticed a bucket full of cigarette butts which was not pleasant. Once inside we felt better but had not escaped the smell entirely, and at this point all I wanted to do was leave but we had already ordered drinks and apps so we were invested in staying. It was then I was finally able to pinpoint the exact source of the smell: the menus. No exaggeration they were absolutely putrid. The first impression of almost any restaurant is your menu and PEOPLE HAVE TO HOLD THEM BEFORE THEY EAT! We had 3 menus brought to us and all of them were filthy, this has never happened to me at a restaurant before. I once again let the staff know who just rolled their eyes and did what they wanted with the menus. I could not believe that we had almost every excuse to blame the smell on ourselves when it turned out that the restaurant was to blame all along. Not to mention there was a giant pile of vomit on top of it all! BWW you cannot let this happen again you have a great waiting staff and awesome food but cleanliness should be a no brainer and a priority. read more

This was the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I've ever been to. We ordered some appetizers and a main meal they not only took 45 min to get us anything they all came at once, I ordered boneless Wings they gave me traditional so I sent them back I also got fries with cheese I got my fries no cheese and no ranch that I ordered with my wings, took 15 min to get my refill. My fiancé got buffalo Mac, and a big twist pretzel both came out very cold, the cheese on top wasn't even melted and the pretzel was hard. Hands down worst experience I've ever had at a Buffalo Wild Wings. read more

Food was cold. And waited about 20 minutes to have to pay. Why should I beg and wait for you to take my money? Fail.
