The club was hoping around lunch time here. Both dine in and drive thru was crazy long. I ordered a SW grilled chicken salad with a side of fries. I had to wait a little bit for my order since I asked for no cheese. The salad is my go to at chick fil always a salad choice. My husband redeemed a spicy chicken sandwich reward from the app. They didn't have a scanner for the QR code so it took a minute for the cashier to figure out how to get it to work. Service is good, although slow (they deliver to your seat- but so does every fast-food place we've been to in Indiana - like Culver's and McDonald's). Hard to find a table (I found one, cleaned it up and put napkins and dressing on the table, left the table for less than a minutes, and some kid pounced into my seat. Did the kid think they put out napkins on the table for his family?) Lots of kids. One of the staff said it was Spring Break. Well, they broke us. The chicken is all they serve, and it isn't any better, or as good as KFC. Not going there - or any Chick-fil-A again. read more

I was in line last night in the drive thru at approximately 8:58pm and the people in front is us were ordering and taking longer than usual when we reached the drive thru speaker she told us we're weren't at the speaker at 9pm so she couldn't take our order. We waited in line behind 4 other cars. When we finally got to the window about 5 Chick-fil-A employee we're congregating by the window like they were having a party. We wanted to speak to the manager & wanted to tell her about our experience in the drive thru. She had problems hearing us and just said "I don't know what to tell you sir, but we close at 9pm" and she close the drive thru window , SO RUDE! Behind us was a line of cars that were pretty upset as well! This Chick-fil-A needs to work on their communication skills and general customer service skills. They should also have someone outside at the last car around closing time to let other customers know not to get in line if they are closing soon. PLEASE IMPLEMENT SOMETHING! With Covid-19, only the drive-thru was open and thankfully only few cars where in front of me. I got my usual spicy chicken combo and added 6 pcs nugget. I was in and out under 10 minutes. Stopped in the drive through to grab dinner for the family. Ordered my food, the person taking the order read it back incorrectly, I corrected her on what she missed, she said ok...and then never corrected the order. Got home and was obviously missing food. So my family got to enjoy their chicken sandwiches, nuggets, and fries...while I had homemade chx salad and potato chips. Service was bad as we were stuck in the drive through line for 35 minutes, once we got to the order screen it was very hard to understand the young man taking our order because there was a lot of noise going on in the background. Nothing but good things to say; I'm very impressed! Chick fil a is always incredible, but today they really outdid themselves. I pulled up to the drive thru line at 12:26 (on a Friday) with dozens of cars ahead of me and that's not even including the mobile order customers. They had a friendly employee directing traffic and kindly made sure we were in the right spot (drive thru or mobile pickup). From the time I pulled up to the time I got my food was only 12 minutes!!!! (12:38). The food was hot, fresh, and delicious! The thing that really stood out to me was that my order was 100% correct down to the sauce and silverware. I don't know how many times I've waited 40+ minutes in a Taco Bell line with just 5 cars only to get my food with none of the sauce I asked for, no napkins, etc. Nothing to say but impressive :) read more

I use to work here. I do not recommend working here or buying from here. Here is why! The pay is appealing but that comes at a cost. I am currently serving as an Army reservist and going to college to commission as an officer. With that being said and chic Fila's patriotic environment I thought I was stepping into a comfortable environment. I was completely wrong. I stepped into an environment of immature teenage leaders. I stepped into an environment full of leaders that were chosen based off of friendship status and not leadership. I busted my butt working here for a year and the only compliments I've ever gotten were from customers. I've worked so hard infact when I would choose to take a breather I would be told I'm wasting time literally from a manager who has no credit ability and walks around making sure no one is watching them slack off. I tried to climb the ladder of leadership myself and after being blown off a few times the final conclusion they had for me was that I am "too military". I see that perspective but it was blown way out of proportion simply as I would confront slackers and of course they over powered me in numbers. They don't care for effort they only care for your slavery. I worked with multiple people who were struggling in life and all the managers could do was work them to death and not take any constructive criticism. If you are looking for a job where you can mess around work here but if you are looking to climb the ladder and make a career DO NOT WORK HERE. \ From a customer perspective I can absolutely see the truth in these reviews that talk about requests or complaints not being taken and ignored. When I worked there they only payed attention to about 50 percent of complaints and 50 % were purposely ignored by the leads. They make fun of you behind your back I promise you. They only serve because they have to. they have no joy in it. Food is overpriced but what is really distasteful is the food they throw out. We had homeless people on the street one time and at the end of the night I asked to give the homeless some food. FRESH FOOD. They leads said nope and every night they throw out fresh food. I don't care what the factors are in throwing it out. It was 100% fresh food and they saved time in inventory and money books by just throwing it out. I recently used used this location for a large catering order that I picked up. Mgr on duty RON lied directly to my face on numerous occasions. RON was very rude and u could tell he was cocky and customers did not come first with RON. If you are thinking of using this location for catering, think twice. The last few times I visited, I had the same person wait on me each time (Rhylie), and this time I made a point to let her know how awesome her customer service was. Tristan took my order. Very impatient. Didn't do his job by making the frosted lemonades... he was asked multiple times by his coworkers to help but he refused. The only person who was remotely helpful was Sandra. She needs a raise. She was extremely polite (unlike Tristan) and aided me with sauces and advocated for me with getting my frosted drinks from the reluctant Tristan. Worst Chickfila experience I have ever had. We have eaten at Chick- fil-A quite a bit over the years, they are clean...the play area is nice for kids, there some healthier options available. This location has the same quality food you expect from Chick-fil-A, however the service is a bit sketch. I have been here several time and had my order wrong, the drive thru seems to also get more attention than the restaurant itself. If you place a mobile order, make sure you say you're there at least 10 minutes prior to arrival. When I place a mobile order, I expect to walk in, grab my food and go. I shouldn't have to walk in and wait 20 minutes for them to prepare my order, that's not how mobile orders are supoose to work. Also seems like service tends to be slow any time after breakfast. I have ordered Chic fil A catering twice. Both times the orders were incorrectly delivered, and there was no effort to make it right. Seems kind of ridiculous. They didn't even offer a discount. I had to throw a lot of it away because items weren't delivered when they were supposed to and there was no one to eat the food. As a someone running a business, if a guest was spending over $1,000 in one day for catering or anything for that matter, I'd do everything I could to keep that business. My husband and I are avid chik fil a fans, but since moving to the area, this location is 0 for 2. Chik Fil A has never been a "make sure to check your order" type place because I can't remember ever having had an issue at any location. But the first time we came here they forgot our straws (for 3 drinks) and most of our sauces. How do you forget the sauce when you specifically ask what kind of sauce we want? The second time, today, they forgot an entire sandwich. We got to combo meals, the ticket was correct, but they forgot my husband's sandwich and only gave him fries and a drink.
