I had placed my order about 20 minutes before I walked into the restaurant. I got into line, and when I got to the counter I gave her my order name, and was told it would be just a couple of minutes. After about 20 minutes of waiting, watching others get their orders, I finally am able to go up to ask about my order again (the employee kept disappearing into the back). My order was actually ready the entire time, sitting on the shelf directly behind her. She just looked at me and laughed, and I asked if it was ready the whole time she just stared at me. I was given a "free drink upgrade" as compensation. I can understand it being a little busier, or not fully liking your job. However, just laughing about a mistake made by the store feels crazy. Sign said seat yourself , we did , sat for 5-10 minutes , serve went by saw us we thought she was getting someone ... but no . There was a table with servers and possibly manager chicha away made eye contact with my daughter and just looked away. We waited 15-20 minutes and thought nope not again happened last time lesson learned there was literally eight people at tables not busy at all just ignored. Thanks wings. read more

We have been traveling all summer for baseball. Georgia, louisville, kansas city and now Indiana. Tonight we stopped by after a long day and were going to eat inside. We each ordered 10 wings and drinks. After taking our order to the table we realized there was no ranch or other dipping sauce. When i asked for some they wanted to charge me 4+$. I said excuse me. The guy actually laughed and said "yeah im serious". Who has ever got wings and not got sauce with them? We took our food and went and bought a bottle of ranch for 2$. Ill never EVER eat there again. As far as wingstops go, This is new with room for improvement. The person at the desk was friendly, but might be in need of a nap.I had no problems other than her forgetting to give me my drinks. She was friendly when I let her know. That issue could be fixed by simply heading customers their drinks first. She limited time wings were spicy and sweet, but not too spicy if you are use to Cajun flavor. It's one of those spices that sneaks up on you. My next set up wings was a dry rub with perfect flavor. I could taste hits of lemon and garlic, but not a ton of spice. It was very well cook. The Cajun was equally good. I will definitely be back, they just need to work on cleaning up behind guest and a system to make your orders are done right each and every time. Tough place. Went to get lunch and waited 30 minutes for 8 wings... thought they might have had to kill the chicken themselves in order to make my order. i've had BWW, Wings Etc, and more, but this place is WAY better than other places. the fries are also awesome, they have a garlicky seasoning on them. service was great, i ordered online and it was super quick. the only issue is that there's usually no seating inside the building. overall GREAT wings read more

I had an order delivered to me and the fries were missing. when I called the store the person I spoke with stated he put the fries in my bag. there were no fries..the cheese was in the bag but not the fries. he then said I could drive there and get fries.. Well the time has come when the Lord looked upon our area and blessed us with Wing stop. Wings being one of my absolute favorite things, and seeing hundreds of you tube and tiktoks about wing stop singing their praises, I could not wait to try and I was not only not disappointed but it went beyond my explanation! They have 11 (not a typo) 11 flavors that you can get on every single chicken option including there sandwich. We got a bundle back online of 20 boneless wings with up to 4 flavors and a big ole fry for $17.00! And when I tell you that every flavor was wonderful, the wings were huge and the fries are the best seasoned fries EVER! I placed my order online at 5:00 and was told my food would be ready in 20 minutes and it was which shocked me because they clearly had at least 20 orders ready and waiting when I got there. But there is one little draw back. They are very small restaurants. They make their money on to go orders with just 4 or 5 tables in store. We have had all of their options and with the exception of the bone in chicken wing every item and flavor is 5 out of 5. Make an order. Have your life changed. Thank the Lord. read more
