We stopped by hoping to enjoy a meal on the patio, but were told it was closed due to staffing issues. That was disappointing--especially since nice patio days are rare in Northern Indiana. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time we've run into problems at this location. It always seems understaffed and disorganized, which affects the whole experience--from long waits to messy surroundings. It might be time for upper management to step in--or be replaced. Something clearly isn't working here. read more

Our experience was ridiculous.... "Do Better" We came in with a group after a big photoshoot, and the tips would've been great. Problem is.... Our server was the worst! Sheeeeeesh read more

Waited for 15 mins a server walked by us, we thought she was getting someone to help us but no. Wait another five minutes still no one ,there was staff and possibly a manager sitting in the corner laughing and joking. My daughter made eye contact and they just ignore herher , 20 minutes we were done being ignored just left never to return not that they will be bothered. No stars really read more

Actually pleasantly surprised at how good the wings were given the very low Yelp rating! The Google reviews are higher around 4 stars so it gives me hope that I haven't somehow lowered my expectations! We ordered both the bone -in wings and the boneless wings (AKA glorified nuggets/tenders) since half of the family wanted bone-in and the other half preferred the boneless wings. The hot honey garlic bone-in wings were my favorite. The wings were crispy and hot (despite ordering them for pick-up) when we received them. The other half of the family enjoyed the boneless wings, although I haven't had any to confirm they were good or not. read more

Wings Etc. should be called Etc. Wings. This place has an amazing array of other selections besides wings. They have a sports bar feel with TVs all the walls with every sporting event that suits your fancy. I choose to get the "disturbingly huge home-wrecker monster dog with chili-cheese. This was a footlong artery-clogging goodness! The beef dog tasted like they special order it and the chili sauce tastes homemade. The dog is topped with nacho cheese and bacon. The bun remained intact despite the sauce and cheese. The fries were well seasoned and crispy. The wife ordered the wings with 1/2 garlic Parmesan and 1/2 lemon pepper. The lemon pepper was a dry rub. Both flavors were above average. Our server along with the staff were attentive and courteous. Wings Etc. Did not disappoint. read more

I've been here a couple times and it's consistent with other locations. The bartender was friendly but had lots to do. Those placing to go orders and pick up orders going out plus bar guests kept her busy. I ordered wings and some tots. The tots were hot but the wings were cold. I sent them back and the new batch was piping hot with lots of sauce. Celery that you wouldn't eat shouldn't be served. It's a rough item in every wing place I visit. Plenty of cold PBR and a Cubs game made this a nice stop. read more

Ok Dave P. Owner of the wings etc you should be Ashamed of yourself .......... Just so you know I tried both of the sauces on the order and they were Both SPICY HONEY GARLIC! So maybe the 3 cooks on staff and the server and yourself need to get your nose checked.... Verses me who actually tried the sauces .... So when a customer comes with an a issue instead of just correcting the problem you talk shit and tell me I'm wrong ... great business leading ... have a great day read more

Made the mistake of coming here on 4th of July. One waitress working that complained about her job more than she worked. We ordered chicken tenders that were OBVIOUSLY cooked too long. They were nearing black. We waited 45 minutes for food. Told the waitress we were not going to eat them. She said "were they too done?" You knew they were overcooked when you handed them to us. Just piss poor service. Chicken salad was edible. Ranch dressing is HEAVILY watered down. We won't be here again. read more

I go to wings ect a lot. I really enjoy their TNT wings. Didn't get waited on sat there for 10 min and left.

Not very happy with the quality of food coming out of the kitchen. Dishes are dirty and not sanitized properly. Greasy plates. Ordered a berry salad $11.00 and definitely not worth it. Minimal toppings and shredded lettuce. Had them remake it and plate was still dirty with dried spots, sanitize issue, chicken over cooked, this time they used romaine lettuce and still minimal toppings. Won't be back and would not recommend! so I responded as was requested and nothing was done. Definitely do not recommend! read more

My favorite place for wings! Monday nights have 65 cent wings. Pretty fast service every time I've been. They have nightly specials and I enjoy their fried shrimp as well. I like that you can mix and match as many wing flavors as well. For fries, you definitely need to get the curly fries. Only complaint, one order of wings was ordered "extra wet" and they came out very dry-they brought extra sauce but not Quite the same. read more

I've been a long time fan of Wings, Etc (even had fun working as a waitress there years ago), but was pretty disappointed on our most recent visit. My husband and I stopped in on a Sunday evening to grab a beer and something to eat. The place wasn't very busy and we seated ourselves on the bar side. There were several employees gathered around the register at the counter, but it took quite awhile for someone to acknowledge us and bring over menus. We ordered two large bars (Sunday special is their 32 oz draft for $4.50). We decided to split an order of 10 boneless wings (medium sauce) and a 1/2 order of curly fries. The wings came out swimming in grease (butter, magarine or whatever they use to mix with the wing sauce). The greasiness over powered the flavor of the medium sauce. The side of bleu cheese was pretty runny, but decent flavor with a few crumbles of bleu cheese. The basket of curly fries were hot and fresh. Our waitress wasn't very friendly and barely said a word to us outside of taking our order. It was $20+ for our two beers, 10 boneless wings and 1/2 order of fries which seemed pricey. I've always been a fan so hopefully this was just a fluke. Next time I'll skip the wings and stick with my usual grilled chicken wrap! read more

best service!!! A must on Friday nights! Sherie, Kate, and Carly are the best! Go visit them!

I ordered 10 traditional wings tonight of two different sauces and they were so bland tasting I honestly could not tell the difference between the two, they just tasted blah with no flavor. The sauces were in a watery mess at the bottom of the baskets. The wings were also very dry. Not sure what is going on with Wings, but had a worse experience with my wings at the Osceola location a couple months ago. Used to go to a few locations to watch football games on Sundays and always loved the food, not sure what's changed. read more

Bad experience around 9:30pm on a Saturday night. There were 3 of us. Two of us together and one of them sperate. The two of us shared the wings and fries. But the third party had to leave and they charged it straight to our bill, absolutely bull. We told them we were sperate even before ordering The manager guy did not take care of us at all. Stuck it to us. Don't recommend this place anymore because of the petty incident. read more

I come here everytime I visit south bend because i just LOVE their say it ain't tso flavored boneless wings! The bf also enjoys the carribean jerk but I found that too spicy. Service is alright, but it's a nice place to hang out and grab some beers. Never had a cocktail here and no one I knew has..so I'm afraid to try them! Afternoon time it's kinda dead but at night on select nights it's packed! I love the summer shandy beer because we don't have it in boston so that's what i get when i'm here. Also the beer come in different sizes so you can get a real big mug of whatever you like! I don't think the Gar-Licky-Parm flavored chicken wasn't any good so I haven't ordered that since. Their Beer-Battered Cheddar Bites are delicious (app) as are the onion rings, curly fries and Pretzel Bites! My friend said her Grilled Chicken Quesadilla was just okay nothing special. read more

I ordered dine in. My wings (boneless) I paid for were supposed to be extra crispy. They were soggy, drowning in sauce, and HUGE like chicken fingers almost. The chicken itself was chewy. The sauces (blazin Asian and garlic Parmesan) were not that good. B Dubs down the street sauces are so much more flavorful, and their wings are edible, crispy, and delicious. I was very disappointed in the chili as well. It was watery and had too much cumin and chili powder, made the flavors off-putting and unbalanced. I'm just disappointed because Wings Etc is not cheap. I like to support local but I won't be ordering from them again. read more

Not even a dispute. 5 Stars. The greatest wings, beer, staff, and pretzel dippers ever created. I am appalled by the 3 star rating by the general public! This is real deal meal stuff! I tried to place an order online and it rejected my card. I tried three different cards and it rejected all of them. I was ordering a special. So I called in the order and when I arrived they charged me eight dollars more for the order. They told me that they can't honor the online specials in the store. How are you supposed to order an online special when their online website isn't excepting cards? Seems like a nice bait and switch technique if you ask me! read more

Ordered carry out and when I got home after a 20 minute drive each way found out the order was wrong. Tried calling to see what they wanted to after several tries finally got to a person then they hung up on me,, so I drove back and talked to a manager who was very curt and short with me.. They did replace the order. I placed a review and got a response to contact them via email,, I did and two months later still waiting for the response.. read more

This is my go to place for wings. Standard of 10 bone-in with Hot Sauce and 1/2 order of Cajun Curly fries. Can't beat it!!!! The food is always great and the service is outstanding. The servers are always attentive and prompt. If you ever want a big to last all day, try the " The Big Nasty". read more

Not good. Went with a group of 8. Forgivables, $8 (on special) margarita in a beer mug, my wifes 20 minute wait for her bloody mary, one of our kids took his brother's burger order (started eating it before they noticed) and it took almost 30 minutes to get a replacement. NOT forgivable. COLD ribs and wings. I definitely wasn't expecting this place to have a smoker, but at least bring my "out of the freezer" ribs to me hot. read more

My boyfriend grew up in the area and always raves about these wings. Finally had the chance to try them and they are definitely better than BWW! The wings are quite meaty and the sauces are delicious-- particularly Say It Ain't Tso and Me So Spicy, but I am partial to Asian flavors. Top off your order with a beer and some curly fries with cheese sauce and surrender to your food coma. read more

So I'll start by stating the fact that I've never ate at wings etc. before today. The restaurant seemed clean, and we didn't wait long for our food. However, every sauce we got tasted just.. not good. The flavors were lackluster at best. Possibly if you're a regular you'll know the "best" sauces but we tried 5 and hated them all. I'll also make sure to note that any extra sauce on the side will be charged to your bill, so if you ask for extra sauce make sure to specify "I want one extra sauce" otherwise they bring you more and charge you for all of them. read more

Valentines Day Dinner with my daughter. We went kind of late so they were not busy. Waitress was nice, food came out quickly. Just don't understand why the changes to frozen food that you are simply heating up and nasty lettuce in the salad. Someone had to actually look at this food to serve it... quality has gone into the toilet! Went here tonight while on business, myself I had the wings 16 piece bone in. My wings were cold too lukewarm. My coworker ordered a nasty burger with a side of Mac n cheese. His Mac n cheese was cold but his burger was good. Won't be going back while we are here. I also ordered a sweet tea too start when I needed a refill the waitress asked for my drink type I told her sweet tea and she brought out unsweet. Upon telling her that she gave me a new sweet tea without straw when the original had one. Will give it a try when we come back if we do read more

First our waitress was cold and aloof. We ordered a beer and water to start. 15 minutes later still no water or beer although our waitress had time to talk with co workers and stroll around. Must have been a bad night for the manager based on the unhelping response that she gave me. Simple take out order of 16 wings, bacon chicken wrap and 1 full order of fries. Sounds easy enough, accept that they forgot the bacon, so I guess it becomes just a plan chicken wrapped. If that is not bad enough, this is debatable, they also forgot the sauce. All in all pretty minor, but what gets my craw is that when they brought out the food and I specifically asked, was it all correct. Of course the answer was yes. My bad for not checking the bag, blame that one on me. Normally would not complain, but I gave a $6 tip on a $43 order to basically put my meal in a bag. Okay, that time of year, let's pay it forward. They are working at the bar so I get it. So my big beef is with the Manager (wish I would have gotten her name). I explained the problem (once again pretty minor) but at the end still wrong. Did I get an apology for the minor, but wrong order, NO. What I did get was, we will remake the wrap and you can come back down and get it. Really!!!! How about we will credit you for the wrap? or better yet, let us send you out a gift card. But sadly no. Will I continue to do take out from Wings Etc, reluctantly yes. Will I tip before I pick up my meal, that would be NO. And of course I will check the bag. As far as the manager in this situation, she needs some help in customer service. Way to many choice around for wings. read more

I have never reviewed these guys before but the wife and I have gone here for a while. For me, I'm kind of done with this place. I like my wings cooked to order meaning if i asked for wings 'extra, extra crispy' for bone-in wings that means they should be so crisp that the sauce can't make them soft. This is different from the normal six minutes it takes to fry up a set of wings, this is obviously much different if you ask for extra, and extra. It has happened before where i have asked for that and the waiter gets it, but the cooks in the back get in the weeds and send me what i call 'wet wings'. Wel,l yesterday I was already in a mood. i call up, get into my pick-up order and James (who is a nice guy) takes my order. He does well until i ask him what sauces they have. He responds with 'there's like twenty flavors...'. This annoyed me because he said it as if i needed to know the flavors by heart. I said 'Start readin!'. I apologized for snapping at him and surprisingly there was no obvious doodoo on my food when i picked it up. It isn't necessarily James, but in general customer service as a skill isn't taught well in a lot of places. If someone says what sauces do you have you just read the sauces to them. You're at work, you want the customer, whether they are a fucking idiot or not to come and patronize your restaurant so you want to create the environment where they spend and keep coming back. If i ask about the sauces it means I don't know them, it also doesn't open the door for you as the person working at the restaurant to insinuate that there's too many for you to list. James is a nice guy, but he is a younger dude not necessarily schooled in how to make customers happy. Or he's normal and I'm a complete dickhead. Most likely it's a combo of both? I'd like that because i'd like to not be a complete dickface. I asked at least five times so that he knew how important it was to me for extra crispy, extra extra crispy, to be precise. He said yes but my wings still weren't crispy, and again this isn't due to the steam in closed containers this is due to not burning my wings like i asked. For me, it's not worth the trouble as the wings just aren't that good and for the price I can fry my own party wings better. I will mention crystal, and James were very cordial (this could be because they put a booga on my food) and pleasant. I hope they get this problem solved. i used to love going there before they moved. read more
