Disclaimer I've only ever been here late at night and through the drive-through, but the solo staff member always does an amazing job with our order. Service has been extremely consistent and the food has always been fresh and hot! One day I will venture inside I'm sure but for now this is our favorite Arby's after a grocery haul at Winco nearby. This Arby's is definitely a newer location and the inside looks very modern from what I can tell. I haven't stopped by during the day or during peak hours, but I appreciate that they are open extremely late. Normally, it's hard to rate a fast food restaurant with only two dine-in visits, but I was very impressed with how modern and clean this location on the Western side of Indio is. I was working on the presidential primary election, and my co-lead and I had to rotate for lunch in intervals. Some of our election officers recommended this location and alerted me to the new gyro option on the menu. My co-lead and I alternated buying lunch for each other, and that's how I got 2.1 visits. Only one photo, but oh well. My first trip was centered around the mozzarella sticks. I don't know if the company changed them from breadcrumb coated to batter, but they taste similar. It could be a different distributor than Riverside. It's just something I noticed immediately. The double roast beef sandwich is always good if you don't want fries or anything else. I tried the beef‐lamb gyro after the co-lead brought it to the polling place. It had traveled a little bit, but I was very impressed with the overall flavors and execution. Posted hours show open until 1:30am. Showed up at 12:55am, all the lights are on including the "open" sign on the window with a worker standing inside. The guy working the drive thru tonight at midnight is a jerk. He's rude, dismissive, and always gets the orders wrong. He also doesn't ask if you want condiments and barely acknowledges you. Got home and the order is all wrong. Not even the right burger I ordered. There's no point in calling because there's probably not even a manager there. Not going back. The service was quick and kind. The food was up to our expectations. The fries were delicious. The bathroom was very clean. The restaurant was clean. I looked for reviews and we almost passed this place up. The. I decided I should order the reviews by most recent and noticed the reviews were much better recently. Whatever caused their poor reviews in the past seems to have been addressed and we were glad we stopped. We are Arby's lovers, so this was a great find! The turnover is decent. read more

We love Arby's but it is getting so expensive. A small 8oz soda was $3.19. That's just too much. We will still go there as they are nice people who work there and we love their sandwiches but we will never purchase drinks there. We need a break. read more

Decent food when you're in the mood for Arby's. Clean facility and nice seating compared to the other locations in Coachella Valley. Staff seemed stressed despite no one being in there which is why the deduction of a star. Friendly staff must be hard to find these days. read more

Yes, yes the burger is the winner here and the crinkle cut fries every bite is better than the first bite. It's that good. I also tried the chicken wrap it looked good in the picture every does at a fast food place. It's very dry and very crispy i munched in batter and thick bread crumbs in a wrap. I mean one might like it one might not however in my opinion it's bland and not worth it. Hope this helps ;) read more

Got the chicken salad sandwich w grape halves, apples & celery. It was soo tasty good. I pulled off the yukky dark green soft lettuce. I prefer crispy lettuce that has a crunch. So disappointed. We went to try thier new Diablo burgers and both were served cold! The bun was not the red one that was advertised and was dry, stale and cold. The cheese wasn't even melted on either sandwich. They put more lettuce than roast beef and thier chicken was over cooked and salty. This is so stupid that I couldn't make it up....My wife and I went in to order the two for $7 sandwiches. While looking at the menu, my wife noticed that one of the featured sandwiches is actually an Classic Roast Beef sandwich with add-ons (Lettuce, tomato, and cheese). She prefers the Classic Roast Beef sandwich anyway, so we ordered two of the featured 2 for 7 sandwiches minus the lettuce, tomato and cheese. The kid at the register, who was listening to our comments about the sandwich and heard us mention that the specialty sandwich is nothing more than a Classic Roast beef with added toppings, told us that we could not subtract items from the sandwich. He told us that by doing so, we were changing the item to another menu item. By doing so he would have to charge us for the Classic Roast Beef sandwich....$5.89 each. That is incredibly stupid. If I want a sandwich without items, I should be able to get it the way I want it. So, I asked him if the sandwiches were pre-made. No he told me. They assemble them when ordered. By this time the manager was now in on the conversation. Since they wouldn't make the sandwiches without the toppings being included, I asked them to make two of the featured 2 for $7 sandwiches with all toppings (lettuce, tomato and cheese) on the side. Nope. Said they would not do that. They were irritated that we were altering their specialty sandwich into another menu item and saving money by doing so. At any rate, bottom line, they refused to make the 2 for $7 sandwich without the three items that alter it from a Classic Roast Beef. Oh well, never returning to this location again. read more

Arby's food is now officially the worst of the worst. Mildly warm deep fried cheese sticks, a brisket sandwich that was cold and dry and an apple turnover that was stale and icky. I went in there today and placed a to-go order. I ordered the burger and jalapeno poppers. Maribel took my order. I asked her which sauces are available. She said bronco berry comes with it, unless I want ranch. I said the berry sauce is fine. I sat down and waited for my order. They called my number. I got my bag and left. I'm home and ready to eat. No sauce!! I called and Maribel said she did not bag my food and I would have had to ask for the sauce when I pick up my order. What??? I told her she never told me this when we were talking about the sauces when I placed my order. Then she starts saying that all condiments need to be requested and blah blah blah. She barely let me talk. After telling her, for the third time that I did ask her for sauce and she never said I had to ask anyone else, she apologized and said she should have told the bagger. Eating is a whole experience. I was missing the sauce. I gave my food away. I should have never wasted my time giving this place a chance. read more

I love Arby's, but this place needs work. The only time the have ever gotten more order correct was the first week it opened. I never knew simply adding tomato and lettuce would cause such confusion, even when it is a slow time of day. I will continue to go to Arby's, but it will be the one on 111 in Palm Desert. I was pretty disappointing this evening. I ordered the Reuben sandwich and it was mostly Brad and sauerkraut the least you could do is put some meat in the sandwich. Also ordered a roast beef sandwich and everything was to go and there was no condiments or napkins or catch up or horseradish in the bag completely dry sandwich with no condiments. Arby's needs to have better deals with the classic beef sandwiches. That is no fault of this location. The no cheese on the beef and cheddar sandwiches did throw them off.
