This was probably my 5th or 6th time getting my nails done at Arbor. Yesterday, I called to make an appointment for 3pm. I arrived on time today but unfortunately the service was not as timely as I would have hoped. I was told to sit and wait and it wasn't until about 3:30 that somebody actually started working on my nails. Once they started, everything was great. I was really happy with my design and the woman doing my nails was sweet. I just wish my service would have started on time!

I've been coming here every two weeks for about 6 months for gel overlays. I have gotten my nails done by several techs here and have never received a less than perfect set. The owner is super sweet too! Update: A year later and I still have not received a bad set. I've done dip, acrylic, gel, and hard gel at this salon with a different person almost every time and they always turn out amazing. The pedicures are fantastic too!

I came into town for a comedy show with bestfriend all the way from Virginia. Brayden and Alex resurrected my hands and my hands feet good. My toes and hands were looking like a crypt keeper lol . Now they look blessed. Go see about my boys .The atmosphere was inviting and relaxing . Customer service was great , they were very attentive. Don't just look book !!!! And tip them well

First impression was not great, but the nail tech I had did a very good job. So I said you know what let me try again. Well second time I waited to get a new set, I paid $85 for a base coat. After getting left in the middle of my services again for someone that needed their brows done. I had High hopes for this place but this is my last time attending. I've been to this salon many times, and while there are some skilled nail techs who do great work, my last two visits were so disappointing that I will not be returning. During one visit, the nail tech cut my finger deeply--so badly that it took weeks to heal. Not only did I have an incredibly painful wound, but my nails looked nothing like the nail art I requested. To make matters worse, I was charged full price for this experience. When I reached out to management, they would not refund me but offered to redo the nails on my next visit. I had to wait until my finger healed to return, and the manager gave me her number to coordinate. On the day I returned, the manager asked if I would allow the same nail tech to redo the manicure. I reluctantly agreed, hoping for a better experience. The nail tech was friendly and even offered to redo the nail art for free, though I hadn't asked for it. At checkout, however, I was charged full price for the manicure, with only the nail art being free. I contacted the manager again, but she chalked it up to a misunderstanding and said she'd "take care of me next time." By that point, I decided I wasn't coming back. Recently, I was in the area and thought I'd give them one last chance. I went in for a dip manicure, which I usually get. While discussing options with the nail tech, she suggested chrome since I hadn't tried it before, so I agreed. During the appointment, the tech accidentally broke one of my natural nails while removing the old dip polish. To even things out, we decided to add tips to three nails. The manicure itself was fine, but when I went to check out, the price shocked me. Manicure $50, Nail fix (3 nails, including the one the tech broke) $10, Chrome $20 (I was not informed about this additional charge), Shape $5 With tip, it came out to $100 for a simple manicure on short, natural nails. Three days later, the top coat is already chipping. I'm incredibly frustrated with the lack of transparency and the poor quality of service here. After everything I've experienced, I won't be coming back, and I can't recommend this place to anyone. The first time I tried out Arbor Nail Bar, I didn't like who did my nails. She accidentally stepped on my wet toenails while doing my nails but was like whatever with it. The lady who did my pedicure wasn't happy because she couldn't redo them so she had to just put a top coat on it. I went home really irritated because I spent all that money to leave with messed up toes. I decided to give it a try again asking for another lady to do my nails and I absolutely love Linh. She's very detailed on prepping my nails and shaping them. Linh will be my go to girl as long as I live in the area.

Arbor Nail Bar is the best nail salon in ATX, hands down! From the super friendly and talented staff to the gorgeous and luxurious interior that is always spotless, I cannot rave about this salon enough! If you're looking for nails that look exactly like the pic you bring in, Kayla is your girl! She has done my nails for the past few months and kills it every single time. So sweet & BEYOND talented! She's also very up-to-date with the trends, new techniques, etc! I have been searching for the perfect salon since I moved to Austin back in 2020 and I'm so excited that I finally found this salon! Thank you Arbor & Kayla for another incredible experience! Can't wait to be back in two weeks!

I went in on a Sunday afternoon for a pedicure and a set of nails. I was taking care of quickly and the service was phenomenal. I had my pedicure done by Natalie and my nails were done by Lee. I provided Lee with a photo reference and she did even better than what I provided, amazing service quality work and the vibe was relaxing.

This is my favorite nail salon near my neighborhood, but some of the nail techs are much better than others and there's no way to request a specific tech/artist when you book. The lady with the glasses, I think her name is Mary? is my favorite. The guy who did my nails today took 1.5 hours for sns powder, no manicure. He didn't offer me a drink & was way too rough and slow with the nail file. I usually get oval/almond shape, which I was charged for, but they came out more round than usual. I think maybe he was new...but if you're training someone maybe charge less until they are up to the level of the other staff. It's a nice location, comfortable, owner is friendly, reasonable prices, some five star nail techs but a few 2-3 star ones too. Give customers the option to select their tech when they book! Edit: Arbor Nail Bar fixed my uneven nails, and they look great! The owner said that I can request a particular nail tech in the future if I call instead of booking online, which I plan to do. I think any busy salon could end up with some techs who aren't up to standard--I still think it would be worthwhile to give a slight discount to techs who are new/still in training, or have them test on another employee before hire. Even someone very good might be slower when they're getting used to a new salon/equipment. If you get a less-than-perfect nail tech, they will fix it! I included a picture of my not-great nails and nails after they were fixed.

I wish I could give them 0 star. The manager literally just arguing with me because I did not like 1 finger shape. What a non-professional manager and staff ? This place explained why they're so expensive, because the pedicure chair are new. The model of the shop is new that's why they're expensive. David did my nail, my thumbs shape was bad, so i asked him to fix it. The manager came by, they both speaking there languages and made me FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE AND EXTREMELY UPSET !!! David did it so fast, but ugly, the shape was really bad. I did not want a discount or a free next visit. The way that the Manager run the store is UNPROFESSIONAL. When I said in front of her that I do not like the shape, she started gave me a side eye looking ? People dont come here just because of everything is new, but the service is extremely bad ! So happy to have stumbled upon this place. It's new, classy & clean - how can you go wrong? I had a less than pleasant pedicure experience on Sunday at a different salon that left me feeling frustrated and incredibly disappointed. I happened to cross paths with this little slice of heaven while on a shopping trip and was impressed at jumpstreet. Jeannie greeted me with a warm smile, professional demeanor and friendly presence. My goal was to get a polish change and to get my nails reshaped following this past Sunday's debacle. It was a great experience throughout. Her attention to detail was impressive and the music/playlist was great, too! Will I be back? Ummm, YES! I'm looking forward to treating myself with a mani/pedi soon. Highly recommend. read more

This place is amazing! It's gorgeous inside they even have drinks. The people working here are super friendly! It's also a very big nail bar! You can even make appointments here which I love! They have a huge selection of colors and services! They did not rush and took their time and made sure I was comfortable! The chairs were nice because they have a piece that holds up your feet while they scrub away! You don't have to to hold your feet up like at other salons! Can't wait to come back! I went to arbor nails to get a manicure with builder gel. The facility was nice, but my experience was not what I was hoping for. When I checked in my nail artist was immediately pressuring me towards chrome nails even though I came in for about as basic looking of a manicure as possible. I politely said no and my artist worked on my builder gel manicure. She applied everything too thick and I was cut on 3 different places. Not only was I in pain by the time she finished but she insisted on adding chrome even though I was going for the neutral look. Lo and behold I hated the chrome and it made my nails the opposite of neutral and this added $20 to my bill which is an insane amount. I ended up leaving the appointment disappointed in the manipulation I felt while there. I also had to run an extra errand to get disinfectant for my open wounds. I won't be returning. read more

This is my favorite salon by far, I travel from Round Rock, Tx to this location because it is better than any nail salon in the area. I never request a specific person to do my nails/toes because every single person that has done them has done an amazing job. Well, this salon may look sparkly and new, however to pros there are a lot of cones. First of all not matter what you ask them by their price list they will always find extra charge for you. Ridiculously I asked for refill, I see on the price list $35 ask the tech do it for me and being charged for $55. Come there with one shape do not ask for re-shape no reshape done, but she added $5 for that on top of it to my long nails, she ads a long nail charge, when I asked her to shorten them.... Terrible experience with price policy. read more

I wanted to like this salon and visited several times. Each visit was more and more unpleasant. Quality is extremely poor. Manicures chip as soon as they dry. The vibe is uncomfortable. The technicians repeatedly pressure you to upgrade services and polish, then get pissy when you stick with the basics. read more

Wow! The service and prices here are amazing! Mia did a fabulous job on my nails. Most salons will just file all the dip off to save time. They use quality products and allow you to soak off dip. This is my new favorite Salon. Can't wait to come back for a pedicure. read more

This place looks amazing but the service says other wise. I asked for a pedicure with no gel and they lady still put gel when asked not too cause she said it would be better even though I insisted I didn't want gel. which led me to get charged for something i didn't ask for. I asked for acrylic but she did a bad job she left my acrylic crooked which made it hurt whenever I would walk cause of how crooked the acrylic was. I asked her to fix it but she said she couldn't. Over all the acrylic looked very chunky and was not at all shaped. Would like to say I will not be returning. read more

I have never written a review for anything but this place is amazing!!! The surroundings are beautiful and relaxing. My friend literally feel asleep getting her pedicure. Everyone is so friendly and talented. Get this....they even have a full bar and better frozen margs than I have had in most restaurants! Kayla was a perfectionist with my nails and I couldn't love them more and Nina had not just my toenails looking beautiful but my legs felt soft and heels were callous free. Best nail salon ever. read more

Got my nails done barely 2 weeks ago && I have 3 broken nails. I broke them doing absolutely nothing. I normally don't break my nails, but I expected this after the guy who did my nails kept filing my acrylic down over and over again. I should have said something then. He took almost 2 hours to do my nails and this was only a refill I had done. I also thought it was crazy for me to pay $70 for a refill and I didn't even get a design. I paid $70 for the full set here and the same price for a refill. I wanted to like this place so much but this was the icing on the cake for me. read more

This would be my second time going and both times have been great. They are so attentive which unfortunately a lot of nail places don't have anymore. I love that my nail tech made sure that the color I chose for my nails was the color that I actually wanted on my own nail before moving forward. Had she not said anything I probably wouldn't had liked how that color look on my skin tone. Those are the types of things I love, I love that they actually care. And pedicures are A1 they really go in there and massage your feet like no one's business and TAKE THEIR TIME. I hate when a nail tech rushes me but I never felt this way when I would come here. I would highly recommend. read more

A little pricey I must admit but they did a great job!! Went here for the first time because my daughter needed her nails done for prom and we were close by after getting her hair done. We both got a classic pedicure. I also got a gel manicure and my daughter got powder nails with a design. We were pretty happy but again it was just expensive! read more

Just another nail salon that does what they want and ignore what you requested. I had gone to arbor nail bar for their "soft opening" they were so new that they didn't have a yelp page to write a review. I am all for finding new cute nail shops but you should never judge a book by its cover. When I requested a simple white nail fill they began to tell me they only had "glow in the dark" white. Shocked as to why they didn't have the most basic color on hand I began to search through other neutral colors. Sighs and remarks were made but after a while, Finally they found a white that was not "glow in the dark" and proceeded to get the rest of my fill completed. I paid and went home to find out my nail did in fact glow in the dark. Dishonest, ill -mannered and impatient. read more

Stopped in for gel removal only and instead of doing a normal soak off the tech was using a nail tip to lift the product off my nail. Tech asked if it was uncomfortable to which I replied that it was; however, she continued to use this method. I finally had to ask her to stop and please soak the product off. When paying for my service their catalog shows removal/soak off without any other service is $10.00; however, I was charged $15.00. I suggest updating catalog prices to avoid this confusion in the future. read more

Awesome place. I just moved to ATX and was looking for a new salon. As I searched Google, I selected Arbor Nail Bar because of the name. I was not disappointed. The staff was friendly and professional. I even learned the shape I want my nails to be was Oval, not Square-Round. The results were fantastic. I received a pedicure, and the SNS Dip. We've been waiting for 50min after our appointment for them to start on us. They haven't been able to tell us how long it will be until they start & are citing staffing issues & have barely apologized for the wait. While I totally understand staffing opportunities, they should have called us to tell us they couldn't start us on time or at minimum tell us how long it could be until they could start when we checked in. Really do not recommend if you have anything scheduled afterwards. read more

There are no appointments. That can be typical with a nail salon. However their online site has appt times which is misleading. Their prices online are also inaccurate. My service was $10 more than I was expecting. Otherwise plenty of technicians and a nice atmosphere. read more

This nail salon advertises walk-ins are welcome. I walked in at 5 o'clock and about three different people studied my nails to try and decide what I should have done. They told me to go pick my color. I sat in the lobby for 30 minutes. I finally went up to counter to gauge how much longer. The women looked at me blankly. I just said, I guess I will come back another time and they just smiled and nodded me away. I guess they don't need the business. read more

Thao was absolutely amazing! She gave me the best set of gel-X I have ever had! The entire establishment is so clean, bright, and beautiful. All the staff is beyond professional and inviting, the color choice for gel is more than I have ever seen, and the complimentary drink service is 10/10! I never asked for a refund! The lady at the counter was very rude and the owner had to come and tell them to redo my nails because they were bad! The place is always clean tho!

I found my new go-to nail salon!…read more I booked an L'Essentiel pedicure and an acrylic full set with Justin, and wow! I went with a matching cat-eye French tip design for both, and I'm absolutely obsessed. These are easily my favorite nails I've ever had, and I've never gotten so many compliments! Justin was incredibly meticulous and put so much care into every little detail. He also checked in with me throughout the process to make sure I liked how everything was looking, which I really appreciated. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and I couldn't be happier with how my nails turned out. The salon itself is beautiful and has such a calming atmosphere, which made the whole experience even better. They also offer drinks, which is such a nice touch! I'll definitely be coming back to see Justin, he's the best!
