Robert was prompt, professional, and genuinely kind. He made the entire process seamless and stress-free. I truly appreciated the communication and care he showed throughout the tow experience. My truck had to be towed to the dealership while I got a ride home, and he kept me updated and made me feel completely comfortable and confident leaving it in his care. AAA and Foresthill Towing are lucky to have him representing them.

Fazl is superb. Professional, comforting, competent…read more I needed a tow for a check engine light and Fazl was dispatched to me through AAA. It was a very hot day, my friend and I were stressed (150 miles from home), and his immediate offer of cold water nearly brought us tears of relief. He expertly maneuvered his tow truck into a tough spot to get the car. I had called a nearby mechanic to receive the tow, but minutes before our arrival at the auto shop Fazl mentioned that my insurance would cover a tow all the way home to SF. He pulled over while I decided what to do, and when I told him that I would indeed like a tow to SF he offered to give me and my friend time for a meal in town before leaving (we hadn't eaten all day). He then picked us up and got us safely home. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Absolutely Outstanding Service!…read more We had an incredible experience with this towing company! I called them thinking I needed a tow, but when the driver arrived, he didn't just hook up my car and go--he actually took the time to troubleshoot the issue first. Thanks to his knowledge and patience, we were able to get it off the road and discovered it needed a charge and didn't need a tow after all! I can't say enough good things about this towing company! From the moment I called, the dispatcher was courteous, professional, and reassuring. At that time, we had no idea we were speaking with the owner of the company Ryan. After we had called 8-10 other companies that wanted to charge us a kidney, we called Advanced Towing and Transportation. He told us that if we could not locate another company to call him back and he would try to assist us. He was not sure if he could help because of the size of our rig. Despite NOT even knowing if he could help, he arrived about 40 mins later. We were given an accurate ETA, and the driver actually showed up on time--a rarity these days! He could have easily just towed the car and charged me, but instead he showed honesty and real care for the customer. That kind of integrity is rare. Friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful--this company earned my trust and my 5 stars. Prices were fair and transparent, and there were no surprise fees. I genuinely felt like they cared about getting me back on the road safely and quickly. We highly recommended if you want honest, reliable roadside assistance from people who truly care about doing the right thing!

Tire changed and all set. As a follow up: I went to get a new tire at Brake and Tire on Plaza Drive. Not a good experience. They blamed tow truck driver for stripping lug nut which they broke! My driver did no such thing.
