Absolutely Outstanding Service!…read more We had an incredible experience with this towing company! I called them thinking I needed a tow, but when the driver arrived, he didn't just hook up my car and go--he actually took the time to troubleshoot the issue first. Thanks to his knowledge and patience, we were able to get it off the road and discovered it needed a charge and didn't need a tow after all! I can't say enough good things about this towing company! From the moment I called, the dispatcher was courteous, professional, and reassuring. At that time, we had no idea we were speaking with the owner of the company Ryan. After we had called 8-10 other companies that wanted to charge us a kidney, we called Advanced Towing and Transportation. He told us that if we could not locate another company to call him back and he would try to assist us. He was not sure if he could help because of the size of our rig. Despite NOT even knowing if he could help, he arrived about 40 mins later. We were given an accurate ETA, and the driver actually showed up on time--a rarity these days! He could have easily just towed the car and charged me, but instead he showed honesty and real care for the customer. That kind of integrity is rare. Friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful--this company earned my trust and my 5 stars. Prices were fair and transparent, and there were no surprise fees. I genuinely felt like they cared about getting me back on the road safely and quickly. We highly recommended if you want honest, reliable roadside assistance from people who truly care about doing the right thing!

When my car was overheating, the driver towed it to my home and gave me a ride as well in his tidy air-conditioned rig. The other call was for a flat tire. Very prompt service, less than 20 minutes. Tire changed and all set. As a follow up: I went to get a new tire at Brake and Tire on Plaza Drive. Not a good experience. They blamed tow truck driver for stripping lug nut which they broke! My driver did no such thing.

Unfortunately, I didn't have a great experience. My car started having issues on the freeway, so I…read morepulled over and called for a tow. The car was still drivable, but the driver never asked whether it could be driven or put in neutral before loading it. Instead, it was winched onto the flatbed and pulled too far forward. We heard a loud crunch when the front made contact with the equipment at the front of the bed, and after it was unloaded there was visible damage in that same area. Unloading also looked more difficult than it should have been. The driver had to repeatedly raise and lower the bed and work the car back and forth before he could get it off. The loading and unloading both felt rougher than they should have, especially for a car that was still drivable. I called the company afterward and explained what happened. I was told they would look into it and speak with the driver, but I never heard back. Disappointed.

Fast, professional, communicative service -- they were amazing. I was driving an SUV full of 4th graders back to Sacramento from a field trip to Malakoff Diggins State Park, and I blew a tire on Hwy 49. Got hooked in with Kilroy's through my USAA app, and was explaining to the kids how this was going to take like an hour or more to get a tow truck when I received a phone call that they were 5 minutes away. The gentleman whose name I am forgetting (Todd?) asked for clarification about where exactly on a side street my vehicle was, and told me he'd be there in 5 minutes and then actually was! Quick change to the spare tire, super friendly, and even recommended me a tire shop nearby, where I got it repaired quickly. I told this (probably boring story) like 6 times that day, mostly to parents whose kids I had in my care, and it made me smile every time.
