I called them thinking I needed a tow, but when the driver arrived, he didn't just hook up my car and go--he actually took the time to troubleshoot the issue first. Thanks to his knowledge and patience, we were able to get it off the road and discovered it needed a charge and didn't need a tow after all! I can't say enough good things about this towing company! From the moment I called, the dispatcher was courteous, professional, and reassuring. At that time, we had no idea we were speaking with the owner of the company Ryan. After we had called 8-10 other companies that wanted to charge us a kidney, we called Advanced Towing and Transportation. He told us that if we could not locate another company to call him back and he would try to assist us. He was not sure if he could help because of the size of our rig. Despite NOT even knowing if he could help, he arrived about 40 mins later. We were given an accurate ETA, and the driver actually showed up on time--a rarity these days! He could have easily just towed the car and charged me, but instead he showed honesty and real care for the customer. That kind of integrity is rare. Friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful--this company earned my trust and my 5 stars. Prices were fair and transparent, and there were no surprise fees. I genuinely felt like they cared about getting me back on the road safely and quickly. CHP impounded my Audi on aug 21st 2024 They called kilroys to come and retrieve my vehicle from a parking space in front of holiday market grocery store. The audi was released to us from kilroys on aug 22nd 2024 after having to pay just under $900 to get it out of impound Here's the kicker. A bunch of my stuff was missing from my purse and toiletry bags inside the audi. These items were inside of my purse and toiletry bags which were inside the audi when kilroys came to pick it up. Items lost/STOLEN: a BOATLOAD of SEPHORA & ULTA BEAUTY products, creams, lotions, seeums, makeup, facial sorays, mists, setting sprays Also, my 2010 FORD F150 keys (value: $300) were no longer in my purse which was inside the audi for the duration of its 24 hour stay at Kilroys BEWARE don't leave any valuables in your car if its to be towed to kilroys for impound because they are NOT going to be in your car anymore when you pick it back up.
