I needed an RV moved and it was in a tight spot which required some finesse. I had two people turn down the job and one referred me to Advanced Towing because they had the right truck for it. Brian came out and was able to handle it. He made sure the RV got safely to its new home and took the time to place it right. read more

Absolutely Outstanding Service! We had an incredible experience with this towing company! I called them thinking I needed a tow, but when the driver arrived, he didn't just hook up my car and go--he actually took the time to troubleshoot the issue first. Thanks to his knowledge and patience, we were able to get it off the road and discovered it needed a charge and didn't need a tow after all! I can't say enough good things about this towing company! From the moment I called, the dispatcher was courteous, professional, and reassuring. At that time, we had no idea we were speaking with the owner of the company Ryan. After we had called 8-10 other companies that wanted to charge us a kidney, we called Advanced Towing and Transportation. He told us that if we could not locate another company to call him back and he would try to assist us. He was not sure if he could help because of the size of our rig. Despite NOT even knowing if he could help, he arrived about 40 mins later. We were given an accurate ETA, and the driver actually showed up on time--a rarity these days! He could have easily just towed the car and charged me, but instead he showed honesty and real care for the customer. That kind of integrity is rare. Friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful--this company earned my trust and my 5 stars. Prices were fair and transparent, and there were no surprise fees. I genuinely felt like they cared about getting me back on the road safely and quickly. We highly recommended if you want honest, reliable roadside assistance from people who truly care about doing the right thing! read more

Everyone at Advanced Towing was great! My friend was in an accident that totaled her car, left her incapacitated, in the hospital and not able to surrender her car on her own. Ryan listened and worked with me so that I could get her personal belongings out and get her car signed off. He even knocked a little off the price! My friend and I highly recommend Advanced Towing. They were professional, knowledgeable and kind. Thank you so very much! read more

Brian saved our butts, we got our RV stuck. I called and he told me 20 min, he was prompt, got our RV out of the situation it was in quickly and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. If I need a tow company in the future I will absolutely call Advanced towing. read more

My RV that had been stolen, was towed in here and after being here for less than 24 hours it cost me $1000 for me to get my RV out of impound when I was the victim. They charged $900 just for the single tow from right down the street where it was recovered to the tow yard and an additional $100 for a day's storage. These people are total crooks. I understand they are running a business but these fees are excessive. They know I have no choice, but to pay it to get my rv out. They are interested in keeping their fees excessively high so that people cannot pay them, this way they can acquire it as a lien. It's a license to steal. read more

Ken helped to make a very scary and awful accident much less awful. I don't have the words to express my gratitude for his kindness the night my car needed to be towed and the next day at the lot. He is a person with a level of integrity that feels hard to find. Thank you, Ken. read more

Got stuck in the snow this morning blocking a main road as my 4WD disengaged and wouldn't re-engage. Really a bad spot to be in. I called advanced towing and told them the situation I was in and they responded immediately and had a driver to pull me out within a half hour. The driver Patrick couldn't have been nicer and courteous in the stressful situation I was in. Couldn't recommend this tow company anymore. Would give 6 stars if I could. I have a 40 foot 5th wheel. I needed to have it moved into storage. My 5th wheel was parked in an area that made it difficult to maneuver it out of the fenced area it was in. The gentleman that moved my 5th wheel was better than awesome. He made a difficult move (to me anyways) seem easy. mb mcnally read more

Granted, my sweetie left his car too long and it got towed. HOWEVER, it was not okay for Advanced Towing to damage the body of the vehicle and now one of the tires near the damage is leaking profusely. We gave them a grand and now have to fork over more to fix the damage that was done. Definitely recommend Fischer Towing instead, I've had great experience with them. read more

I work for the US post office in grass Valley. I got stuck in a ditch yesterday so I called my supervisor. Advanced towing was there very fast and had my vehicle out of the ditch and running in No time. I highly recommend this company. Thanks again Ken! read more

Unfortunately I can't leave zero stars so I'll leave one. I have never felt so absolutely taken advantage of or seen such an awfully run business in my life. I will be climbing to the top of the better business bureau until I feel heard. First of all the owner and supervisor are the two biggest liars I've ever come into contact with. My fender bender happened on a Saturday evening and because I wouldn't pay $500 to sign my Audi over to the owner Brian (the car only needed a fender and in the end was a $1100 fix) he put a lien on my car and every penalty he could. I was told they would get it out of the yard for me before I paid $820 to get it out. For 3 days of being there . I was unable to get it on the second day because they told me I could and then told me I couldn't and that I wouldn't be charged and then I was. And then they wanted to force me to pay them to drag my car out of their yard because we were taking "too long"! To get it on a trailer. Biggest SCAM ever: They used to be a decent business not anymore since Brian took over. He is not a good person and even the new kid working there said he was embarrassed of how I was being treated. Not to mention I watreated worse than I've ever been treated by any establishment in my life. As a small business owner myself I find it terrible to treat our community the way this place operates. Disgusting!!!! You should be ashamed of yourself. Only person who helped was Ken who apologized for the behavior of his boss. Very sad this is who elderly and members of our community are forced to deal with. A real shame- especially BOTH Brian's. This is a small town and you have no small town attitude, or heart. It's free to be kind! read more

My RV had both left rear tires blown out and I was off hwy 49 on Marysville rd. Have AAA road side assistance but they where not able to help till next day. Called around and found Advance Towing was the only ones able to respond. Within 1 hour Ryan showed up. Due to RV frame, he was unable to tow from the rear, that's when Ryan got to work. He helped me move my RV to a safer location and he started removing the failed tires, got out my spar and it was not 100% so he swapped another tire from the right side to the left. topped off air pressure and stayed with me as we both drove to the tire shop in grass valley. The price was fair for Ryans service from start to finish knowing he was there until we were safe. I went from stuck on road overnight to home before dark. Thanks Advance Towing. read more

Chuck from Advanced Towing saved not only our butts, but the day as well. My partner and I got into quite the pickle in the back woods and were in need of an extraction after taking a wrong turn down a steep, sandy road. Excellent service! We had a car that needed to be transported out to Auburn from the Sonoma coast. The driver showed up when he said he was going to, and was very professional and knowledgeable. He quickly got the vehicle on the flat bed, and securely fastened for the winding trip down Hwy 1. Several hours later, he showed up at our meeting location in Auburn and delivered our car.
