Horrible Service. This company was dispatched via my roadside assistance. I was told it would be 1-2 hrs. After 2 hrs of waiting I contacted them and was told by, TammyWilliams, that she had called my number earlier and spoke with a man who said I no longer needed assistance. I tried to tell her that was impossible because my phone had not left my hands and I wasn't with a man. She basically called me a liar and hung up on me after I asked for the name of her Manager or the store owner. I called her right back and told her she was a horrible Business Woman. Sadly, my engine blew out on an incline just past Soda Springs on a hot summer day. My roadside assistance told me All Three Towing would be out to help me. Soon after, I got a call from the towing dispatcher getting details of my location, vehicle and destination. I was so nervous with the big-rigs coming around the bend and drifting into the median. She reassured me her two sons would be coming soon and gave me a very accurate ETA. Garrett & Cash got me in the truck with some bottled water and loaded up my car in a heartbeat! Wow. Tammy and her daughter are life savers! Our Zipcar (who was no help whatsoever... worst company ever) broke down on our drive up to Tahoe and we were stranded on a very narrow shoulder of the highway. I have had an awful experience with this company. I made an insurance claim for roadside assistance and was stuck in 105 degree heat on the highway. I was with my 4 year old twins, so pulled over to a safe spot where we were not in harms way. I made the claim, and roadside assistance informed me the estimated time would be an hour or two. When I told them that I had my kids with, they suggested I get a ride from a family member if possible, since they couldn't guarantee the truck would have accommodations for car seats, and myself. Being that the temperature was 105 outside at 3:30 pm. My husband was able to pick us up, so we let roadside assistance know that we were going to leave the vehicle for a pickup. Hours went by & no word from the tow company. I gave it until 8pm called roadside assistance again.Roadside assistance called back & told me my tow truck driver apparently got a flat tire , but was able to take my truck to her tow yard, but wasn't able to deliver it that night due to hunting down a tire for her tow truck. Okay (I thought) giving her the benefit of the doubt, its Friday night & things happen. She had told roadside assistance that she was "so sorry & would have it first thing in the morning". Saturday morning rolled around, 12 pm rolls around... I called roadside assistance informing them I have not heard a peep from this lady; no calls, texts, or voicemail's, informing me what is going on or keeping me in the loop. They investigate get a hold of her & "supposedly" she was in route & wasn't sure when my ETA was for the day but promised once again to get my truck to me& that she had been trying to call & would call in the next 5 minutes. . Well as I said, I received nothing. 2 hours goes by, still nothing, so call Roadside assistance. I again inform them whats going on & at this point I've been out of a car and transportation for NEARLY 24 hours!!! Red flags were popping up EVERYWHERE. The fact that she couldn't speak to me directly, why I didn't receive any calls back from her business line, & why she was only talking through the roadside assistance started making me very alarmed. They again tell me there very sorry for her actions and will get to the bottom of this now that 24 hours has gone by & STILL NO VEHICLE. I call at 4:30 pm & tell them I am pulling the plug on this claim, this is a JOKE. How unprofessional this is, how inconvenienced I have been since I had someone coming to my house to work on a car that ISN'T even HERE. Mind you, I have been home bound this entire time, because I don't have a vehicle. Roadside assistance calls me back personally with an agent working on the case since that morning & the agent said it was "nothing but story after story after story" as to why she couldn't deliver my truck to my home address. I have had NO CONTACT with her AT ALL & she had started dodging calls from Roadside Assistance. The worst part of it all was that they had someone go to her tow yard to see if the truck was even there.... to find it no where to be found. Her whole story was a big fat lie. The agent then told me I would be dealing with another towing company & they paid them out of pocket to ensure my vehicle was delivered to me. The new tow truck driver was here within a half hour & was able to deliver my truck at 6pm on Saturday. He then informed me my truck was sitting in the SAME SPOT I LEFT IT, for over 24 hours! Unlocked, unsecured. For all I knew, It could have been stolen, had I not of cancelled that claim. I hope everyone reads my review; do not trust or do business with them. read more

First of all, waiting 6+ hours in the middle of no where, in a completely different state, to get tow service. My family and I were visiting some family in California, we're from Idaho, my keys got locked in my car. Luckily my step dads truck has onstar, since we had no phone service, onstar of course patched us through to roadside Assitance right there through the truck. They dispatched All Three Towing to come help. They said 60 minutes or less. This was about 6:30. An hour went by and nothing. Then another hour still nothing, no call, no nothing. My step dad drives his pickup down to the main road to get service to call this tow company. First couple times didn't answer, finally got a call back and said they went to the other side of the mountain..... and couldn't find us so they turned around and headed home I think because she said it was going to be about another hour. So that hour went by and still nothing. She Wouldn't answer the phone again. Every time we called she didn't answer. She ended up calling us back minutes later every time. Said she can't find us.. We get in my step dads truck to get to the main road and see if we can flag her down. We were about to give up at this point, it's about 1130 and we finally see this tow truck. This lady drives 1 mph down this dirt road takes about 45 minutes more to get to my car from the main road(usually takes about 10-15 minutes) The first thing she says getting out of her truck is, "I'm so Fucking pissed my truck looks like this." First, they smelled like alcohol, second, they looked like they just came from the bar, big sequin/diamond belts, the daughter was wearing a silky white tank top that showed her belly with pants that were so blinged out, the reflection coming off the two of them was brighter than the headlights. The lady was wearing blinged out pants as well, and had a sequin shirt that was tied off to the side, also exposing her belly. I thought they sent us a tow truck of hookers that came with a happy ending to be honest. Anyways, So then this lady and her daughter(there was also some guy passed out in the cab of the tow truck) get some stuff out and start prying my door open with wedges. She's using sand paper of some sort as a barrier or something then takes a huge green wire and tries to unlock my car with that. I have a security system on my car so after trying for an hour and a half they could not get into my car. Didn't try manual locks. Bent the shit out of my door frame. There are scratches all over the inside paneling of my car, my weather stripping is now falling off and has holes in it from that wire she was using. My window tint has scratches all over it. We ask her how much it will be to then tow my car back to my families house. She starts talking about insurance and blah blah. We say we have a credit card how much. She said she had another call and then she could come back or do it the next day for $150. I was getting pissed at this point. I honestly think the guy passed out was the one who was suppose to be helping get into my car. She says her other call is in oroville, you have to pass my families house to get to oroville. She still refuses to tow my car. She then spouts off talking about how she only get $40 dollars out of this because she isn't charging me for her services... We had already put $100 down to wait for 6+ hours for this tow company to eventually not even get into my car and then refuse to tow my car to my destination when I was willing to pay out of my pocket right then and there. I honestly don't think she even knew how to get my car onto the bed of her truck without being able to drive it on or put it in neutral. I felt like I was on an episode of the twilight zone. The whole thing was absurd and horribly unprofessional. You will be getting a letter and invoice on the damage to my car. Also the fact that I had to break a window to get into my car because I wasn't about to leave it there or wait another hour for a tow truck to come get me when I had a perfectly good one right in front of me. If you're a 24 hour tow service or you have a contract with roadside assistance to where they dispatch your company to someone who needs help, I expect to be helped and not sent some wannabe tow trucking company, who looks like they give happy endings, who has absolutely no idea what they are doing, then refuse to tow you because they have another call(or they really just wanted to get back to the bar, seems right because I mentioned the guy passed out in the cab of their truck and smell of alcohol). You don't leave someone stranded in the middle of no where, to go get another stranded vehicle. I'm super pissed I waisted all that time to just end up having to bust a window anyways. Worst and most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Hope roadside assistance takes you off their dispatch list. You should learn some stuff about your profession before you fuck any one else's vehicle up. 0 stars! read more
