On 6/19/26 at approximately 10:50 am, an Andrews Towing truck tried to run me off the road at temporary merge where 2 lanes form 1. This occurred at on Sierra College and Rocklin Road in Rocklin. Seems like other folks have had a similar experience. Never in my life have I seen a tow truck driver drive so aggressively - traffic was moving slowly and this driver almost causes multiple collisions then flips off the people he almost blatantly drove into. Giving a huge shout out to whoever the nice gentleman was that was in the Raleys parking lot February 10 2026 around 1 PM.. I conveniently threw my bag in the back of my vehicle with the keys in it and somehow the doors all locked. I'm not even confident that I had my phone in my hand, but thankfully the tow truck driver was in the parking lot I gave a little knocked to the window and begged for help! I'm quite impressed with Kerry and his level of service. Answers his own phones. Friendly to speak to. Quite accommodating in scheduling (I needed to move a car between storage spots and it was forecast to rain). Kerry called as he said he would. From time of call, to completion of move... 45 minutes. I was a 3 mile tow, small stuff, but I felt like I was important... even though I know he had better things to do. Prices are VERY good.... I'm not sure if it's their fault or paladin patrol service, but they are involved in my crappy situation so here we go. I was parked in my complex's guest parking for one day and found a towing authorization on my window at 11:30 last night. Unfortunately all the reserved spots were taken and I was leaving at 6:00 the next morning so I figured one short night would be fine, not so. Instead they came in the middle of the night and towed my car! They are charging $280 to pick it up and then to top it off by the time I made it out, at 2:30, they were on lunch so I had to wait another 20 min. Basically "legal" robbery. I don't know whether they have good service or not, but I don't respect anyone who would steal just because someone authorized them to do so read more

Nobody wants to call a tow truck... but it is something we all need to do sometimes. I was fortunate enough that when my car died, it wasn't far from my house. The first towing company didn't show up, so I called my buddy, and we pushed the car home about 1/2 mile in the rain. Fast forward 12 hours. I was speaking to my mechanic, and he recommend Andrews to tow my car to his shop. I went along with his recommendation. I spoke to Andrew on the phone, and he said the truck would arrive in 45 minutes. It was pouring outside, and although I didn't want to wait 45 min, I didn't have alot of options. Fortunately I have the opportunity to work from home, and could wait in a nice warm house working on my laptop. True to his word, Dusty showed up in 45 minutes with a call "I'm in front of your car" Dusty was professoinal, clean, polite, friendly guy. Loaded up the car carefully, and drove me to the mechanic. I'm hoping I don't need another tow truck, but if I do, I'll give them a call back. read more

Andrews rowing in different. See almost all tow companies won't tow cars from condo owners or apartment residents in there local neighborhoods because it gives them a bad name so the good tow companies flat out refuse for this reason. Not Andrews towing. They towed our car twice for being parked one to many days in our complex. The other bad thing was they charged us $500.00 dollars each time and we're sarcastic and rude.my wife and I asked them why do they tow the cars practically across the street from the business and they laughed at us and said we don't care who we tow. Are car was also damaged from them towing it to. I hope some day they get there car towed. read more

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!!!! My car was towed in my condo area, no warning! I found out that Andrews Towing took my car and it cost me $400.00 to get it back. My condo area hires security at night and if you forget to attach your card on your mirror they call Andrew's Towing since they are the only towing business with no morals when it comes to towing their neighbor's cars!! Their business is located in Lincoln, Ca and love to tow their potential clients ( neighbors) cars at $400 a pop. No other tow company in Lincoln would tow cars under these circumstances and I called around!! Do not give them your business since they make enough money stealing from their neighbors. Please, do business with the companies in Lincoln that care about their community and make money by truly helping their neighbors!!!! read more

My work had a unique need to move a 1930's truck from outside a building to the inside of the building and onto a loading dock. One star is actually too high for this place. They are extremely rude, refuse to give you an invoice so you are able to see an explanation of their extremely high charges and tell you to "figure it out". They brought the wrong truck for the tow the first time and believe it's okay to charge the customer for their lack of planning. I was told that if I went to Walmart I wouldn't get an invoice before I paid so they are not required to give me an invoice until after I pay the fees. Really?!!! Comparing towing charges to shopping at Walmart? They also think it's okay for them to assign blame to who was at fault in an accident and rudely say "you were at fault, so figure out how to pay me". They are not there to assign blame, no matter who is at fault, they should just do their job respectfully. What happened to common decency and basic human kindness when conducting business? This idea is lost on these guys. read more

This towing company was called to tow a car at our condo complex. When the driver found that the car he was called out to tow had already moved, he saw that my husband had just pulled up to run in and bring me medicine on his lunch and picked up the truck. Yes it was in a no park zone. But really the driver just decided to pick it up because the original car he was there to get was gone and thought he still needed to make money. All of this was the normal part. The part that gets really shady is that the truck driver tells my husband "give me 100.00 and I won't take it." Seriously so as long as you have the cash on you they won't take your truck. I've never heard of anything like that before. Will be calling them on Monday to make sure that the company got the money and it didn't go directly into the drivers pocket. read more

VERY rude over the phone when I was trying to get information about the fees associated with the car. When I got there he change his attiude a little bit. We had him tow the car home and when he put the car on the tow truck it made a horible noice, to the point where the drive had to stop driving, take the truck off the tow truck and tow it a different way. Once we got the truck home, we found out that whatever the drive did has now ruined the transfer case and the front end! When we called to notify them of what they had done, the told us to pissoff! extreamly unprfessional ! will never use them again and I dont recomend anyone else. Your car will be ruined and they wont address any problems that they have caused! read more
