I can't say enough about Classic tow as whenever you have to call them, you likely are dealing with a problem and you need help. The driver dispatched to our home was outstanding, very polite and extremely considerate. I had an older car that needed towing and would not start and we have a paver, custom driveways and he was concerned about the truck damaging the pavers. He took the time and effort to move the car by pushing it to the asphalt and then loaded the car up and off it went. The phone service was prompt, polite and the driver showed up right on time. The people were polite and nice, don't get it twisted I even liked the tow driver Justin, he was an honest and nice guy but my motorcycle got messed up. My bike isn't the nicest or the fanciest thing on the street but it still is my motorcycle. I was already having a bad day when chp pulled me over, then I spent the day going and getting my paperwork from the Bay Area and made my way all the way back to sac got the chp to sign out my bike for not having my M1 endorsement, so I know I was in the wrong but Justin dumped my bike OFF THE TOW TRUCK AND CAUSED $500 in damage!!!! And that's just Parts to fix what was messed up. Now Justin told me the truth when he dropped off my bike after pretending he didn't know. Kudos to him for coming clean. Originally I had said I just needed the 80 bucks for my handlebars and he agreed to the price, and gave me a story saying his boss didn't train him on how to use the truck with a motorcycle, which in all fairness if he wasn't trained properly I believe it is his bosses fault. Either way I have been informed I will not be compensated for the accident, even though THE COST IS MORE THAN CHP TOWING MY BIKE!!!!!! My girlfriend told me the lady in the office gave me a deal ok having the bike towed home, $100 instead of the $150 we had originally been quoted. When I emailed them asking if I could get my bike out after hours they promptly responded the following morning when they opened. So like I said they're customer service is just peachy. But it is negated when they cause damage to personal property AND REFUSE TO TAKE CARE OF IT. So my 2 day excursion has ended with taking my bike to the shop which I can't afford hardly any of the repairs and I'll be riding a messed up motorcycle to oregon to work this coming Sunday. BEWARE CHECK YOU VEHICLE BEFORE THEY GIVE IT BACK!!! They Will mess up your stuff and then refuse to pay for it even when they ADMIT TO BEING AT FAULT. Justin, stood there in front of my house and apologized and said he would make it right but failed to show me he ran over my headlight housing cover and scratched the paint on my tank, bent my brake pedal, bent my handlebars, gouged my front brake lever, and scratched the shit out of my handlebar ends. You can see that he started out saying he'd send the 80 then when I really looked at the bike and told him the amount he supposedly went to his boss and his boss said email them and they won't pay for it??? Thought this was a nice family business? I read ecstatic reviews about their towing company? Why do I get treated with no care when other people say they are taken care of so well on my already bad couple days. My bill from them for the chp tow was $500 something bucks, but they add the parts for my bike..... now the chp tow cost me over $1000, and why? Because JUSTIN and HIS "BOSS" have poor training and refuse to take responsibility for damage that Justin Admitted and offered to pay for. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE SLIMEY BUSINESS AND CRAPPY SITUATION THAT COULD HAVE BEEN TAKEN CARE OF. Roseville resident. My wife's jeeps battery died. She called them to jump her because I was at work. Their "mechanic" driver came to jump her, crossed the positive and negative cables when attempting to jump her and blew the main fuse. Owner blaming every person except his driver.
