They answered right away. and listened longer than they needed, as I rambled about if I should or shouldn't get it towed. He was very nice and had a very reasonable price. It was worth not driving white knuckled to the shop. The driver arrived on time and was very nice as well. He made sure the older trailer was secure and ready to go. When they show up they don't want to pick my van cause the AAA member is not present, and AAA only want to move my van 7 miles. If you have all the time in the world, don't care about reliability, and like being made to feel like a low priority then this business is for you. My insurance company sadly recommended and arranged for Tony's Towing to pick up my vehicle and take it to a repair shop after I was crashed into on a Sunday. I was given an ETA but they were 40 min late past it. The driver, Singh, informs me that because it's Sunday and the body shop wasn't open they will have to store my vehicle but assures me that it will be delivered first thing in the morning. I understand, but make sure to tell him I have an appointment at 8:30 am to get it appraised for my insurance claim so it needs to be at the body shop by that time. No problem I'm told. He loads up, provides me nothing more than a business card, and takes off. Monday at noon I call to check with the body shop on my appraisal. They still haven't received my car! WTF?!?! They call Tony's Towing, are told a string of apologies, and are promised that my vehicle will be delivered by 2pm. Guess what... it didn't arrive on Monday. First thing Tuesday I am on the phone with the insurance guy and the body shop. No one has an explanation- just that Tony's Towing has completely dropped the ball and held my claim up because my vehicle STILL hasn't shown up. After holding my vehicle hostage for nearly 2 days, it was finally delivered with no apology. The only reason this isn't a 1-star review is because I didn't pay for this horrid service (my insurance company did for me). Had I paid I'd be wanting a refund. Do yourself a favor and avoid this tow company like the plague. read more

If you ever need a tow I'd definitely recommend them Tony's Tow. They pick up their phone right away and most importantly call you right back if a message is left. I have done business with them several times and have never been let down. The other reviews have their opinion but if you read a lot of them they were either towed for parking where they should not be or were towed after an HOA cited them. They need to take responsibility for being towed. we have had several instances where Tony's towing was out to us within an hour and more or less it is usually within 30 to 45 min on average they come out very quickly. read more

This company lay in wait and "towed as many cars as we could get" from behind the CVS building during RHS graduation last night. Please do not give them your business. They ruined a memorable night for many people and put people in danger by leaving them stranded. Everyone knows parking in the area is limited and everyone was parking all over that shopping area. Shame on them. To make matters worse, we were told we could pick up our car Sat morning, but never told we had to call ahead of time because no one would be there. We had to wait 25 min in their dirty lot until someone came to release our car. No access to check their business license either. read more

Tony's Towing Service is a real life saver! We needed to move an illegally parked vehicle in motorcycle training lot at Sierra College. The Chevy Tahoe was been parked within a portion of the area where our students learn to ride motorcycles. With the Chevy Tahoe in the way of our training, we were going to reschedule our class of 12 for another weekend. We thought if the vehicle could just be towed a few feet away, we could still teach the class safely. We called two tow companies listed in Rocklin , but their phones just kept ringing without anyone answering or going to voice-mail. There was one more tow company listed, and that was Tony's Towing Service. I made the call and Tony pick up after the first ring. I explained our dilemma and Tony said he would be over in about 15 minutes. I think it was only about 10 minutes when Tony arrived. In just a few minutes, Tony was able to carefully move the Chevy Tahoe to a safe location on a lot; problem solved and our class was able to proceed. If I ever need towing services I doubt I will be using Tony's. I was driving down Sunset when an ambulance, fire truck, AMR truck, and Rocklin PD driving code 3 (lights and sirens) were coming up behind us. I pulled off to the right (by law) and one of your drivers decided to almost rear end me, throw his hands up in the air, and honk for me to go instead of yield to emergency vehicles. Where did he get his commercial license from? As a fellow Class B driver and volunteer firefighter I find his actions unacceptable. read more

This is the nicest towing company I have ever used!!! When my boyfriends car broke down we only needed it towed about 2 or 3 blocks. Being 6 months pregnant, I couldn't help just push it there, so we had to use a tow service. Was driving back home around 3:30 on Pleasant Grove and Roseville Parkway when the driver (some white guy with a shaved head and facial hair), who had a grey SUV on the bed of his truck, in the middle lane next to me kept swerving a foot into my lane and the other lane next to his.
