The…read moretechnician immediately told me my system was 12 years old, that it needed refrigerant, and began recommending replacing the entire system for around $20,000. What disappointed me was that no effort was made to diagnose the root cause of the problem. I was told the system needed refrigerant, but they couldn't even tell me how many pounds it would require until they started charging me. The quoted price was $500 for the first three pounds and $165 for every additional pound. I specifically asked whether they could check for a refrigerant leak or inspect common failure points such as valves, fittings, or other components before recommending a complete replacement. That diagnostic work was not offered. Refrigerant does not simply disappear from a sealed system. If it's low, there should be an effort to identify the cause instead of immediately recommending either adding refrigerant without locating the leak or replacing the entire system. I paid for a service call expecting a thorough diagnosis, not a sales presentation. I left feeling that the focus was on selling a new system rather than helping me understand what was actually wrong with my existing one.

He was incredibly helpful with choosing products and did not rush us in making decisions. The customer service he provided was above and beyond as we had some shipping issues and Michael was on top of the tracking and make sure the light was shipped and received by us. Their assortment is extremely extensive and Michael was very knowledgeable in guiding us to lighting that suited our taste and needs. We are very pleased with the end results and would highly recommend Michael! Many thanks Michael for your help- you are th best!

Called 7/16 Mike said he would look into the status & would call back. Never got a call back. On 7/17/26 I called & was told they had a tracking #. Would be sent to our email. Today 7/20 made contact for status. Now was told that the product was broken & they no longer have it in stock. It's out of stock so now I would have to pay more plus shipping since they have to go straight to the manufacturer. Switch & bait style to make the consumer pay more. They should nip it & honor there price regardless. Also, customer service line takes 24 to 48hrs to return a call.
