The quality of the work has warranted the low rating. They did not order the correct quantity of carpet to begin with, which meant two occasions for installation. But I do understand mistakes can happen. However, I now see that should have been a flag. After less than 6 months, there are multiple very visible seams in several locations. The worst being in the middle of a hallway - a major area of the house. I had never ever seen a seam in any carpet ever before, any where, so it was strange and somewhat shocking. They did respond and schedule to fix it in a timely manner. However, after spending 3 hours to supposedly fix the issues, a week later, the seams are just as bad. This has colored the whole experience to be extremely disappointing and I would not recommend them. At least not for carpeting.

I want to give a shout out to the install teams at Midwest Master Roofing. THEY ARE EXCELLENT!…read more I'm not a roofer, and wasn't about to climb up on the roof to check things out. However our Roselle Village Inspector DOES know roofing. After his inspection of the ice/water shield etc he told me, "You're gonna have a FINE roof!" Among other things the required ice/water shield was LARGER than our Village requires....how cool is that!? Team manager Erick Mendoza was easy to work with, answering questions etc. Clean up was exceptional. Same comments are true for the gutter/downspout installation the next day. All was done in a timely, professional manner. Our old gutters & downspouts were removed with the old roofing shingles the day before. So the gutter install team had no idea which way the downspouts should go or how long they should be. When I walked around with the install team manager when things were 95% done, I told him a couple things that needed to be adjusted. He had his team jump right in. IMMEDIATELY! Wow! 5.7.25 update: I asked ABC since we paid in full can you at least come back to complete the pool opening. Yesterday they blame the customer for turning on the pump after they claims to have they did not complete the opening: Laura blamed the customer for turning on the pump after her (new) guys left with no update, so like every year we assumed it was completed. Today she is saying it the opening was complete. And threaten to let her partners know not to service us. Petty. ABC just didn't want to own up to damaging our system.

I hired this company for deck repairs, and initially the experience was positive. The work was…read morecompleted on time, the price was reasonable, and I was satisfied with the results. Unfortunately, within a few months, several quality issues began to appear. Screws started popping out, deck boards began lifting, and some of the boards and railing showed signs of deterioration. I sent multiple texts and emails, including photos documenting the problems. To their credit, they responded to one text and sent someone out to secure a completely loose floorboard that, surprisingly, had never been screwed down. However, after that visit, my additional attempts to contact them went unanswered. I even asked that they simply let me know if they had no intention of addressing the problems, but I did not receive the courtesy of a response. At this point, it appears I will need to hire another company to repair their work. Chuck Kurth, one of the owners of Two Brothers Residential, Maintenance and Service Corporation, presented himself as knowledgeable and reputable before I hired the company, which made this experience especially disappointing. A contractor's reputation is built not only on the initial job but also on standing behind their work. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. As a result, they will not be receiving any future business from me, and I would not recommend them to others in my HOA.
