Team is professional, knowledgeable, responsive, willing to make suggestions and talk through options. We're very happy with our new spa and would highly recommend All Seasons for anyone's pool or spa needs. While every one of our interactions with the All Seasons team was positive, special shout out to Tom Sekulski. He has been an exceptional primary contact to work with and helped us work through the entire project, including a mid-project design change. The construction crew was also very easy to work with and with any project, there are always surprises. The crew was communicative and great about addressing questions and making suggestions. Crew made a great suggestion for lighting to enhance the hardscape that really looks amazing. Truly exceptional experience and we highly recommend this business!

They opened the pool for me last month and I noticed small air bubbles coming from one of the returns, long story short I turned the pool off last night and had several gallons of water shooting up from the skimmer in the deep end and heard a hissing sound. I tried restarting the pool and it took a little more time to clear out the bubbles through the sight glass but it did. I called this morning and stated I would like to have it checked out before something goes really bad. I told the girl on the phone I could make the problem happen, just by turning the pool off and they would see it and hear the issue. I know they are busy we always have to wait a long time. I am not rude, just asking if it is safe to use because they won't look at it for two weeks. I am 7 miles from them and they said two weeks. During the process of building the pool, I had to wait days of ,well he's on vacation, or someone called in sick and so on. This could end up costing thousands to repair. I have spent close to 60 to 70,000 dollars with them I am in Homerglen and they wouldn't even give my family 15 minutes to look at the issue. I think A customer is entitled to at least that. Craig

First, let me start with a little bit about me. I have been a resident of Shorewood since 2003 and currently OWN 5 houses in this community. As a real estate investor, I pride myself on establishing good relationships with those I work with, because that's how relationships grow. I have numerous contractors that I have come to work with over the years, DesRochers Backyard Pools and Spas, being one of them. I utilized their services at 2 of my 5 houses, and have recommended their services to countless people. This year, 2020, has been unusually difficult for many of us, myself included. I am currently in the middle of a divorce, and due to choices that I have made to protect my assets, I have found myself and my 3 children, facing financial difficulty. I have not asked, and will not ask, for help - so please don't offer. Others need it far more currently. That being on the table, here is the reason for my post: At the beginning of this year, I had a balance with DesRochers. And due to this balance, they would not open my pool. No payment arrangement was offered, they wanted their money. So, after some scrounging, I came up with the cash required to satisfy the balance and went into the store to pay it. I'll admit that I was angry and hurt, but it was because of how management had handled the situation. It was cold and uncaring, even though we had had a good relationship for the previous 7 years. No follow up customer service "care" was offered or experienced. I tried to tend to the pool myself during this year, but that was nearly impossible, because of all of the other responsibilities I had. Yesterday, I called to schedule an appointment to close my pool, and was informed that they would have to check with their financial office, because I had asked them to allow me to carry a balance until the end of the month when it would be satisfied. Today, the scheduling department called me back and informed me that before they could schedule an appointment, they would need to have payment in full. I again explained my financial situation, in great detail, might I add, to the scheduler. When they informed me what the cost was, I realized that I had the cash available to pay them and said that I would bring it into the store by tomorrow. The scheduler informed me that I would need to sign a waiver because the first freeze had occurred, and they couldn't be responsible for damage incurred as a result of it, upon opening the pool in the spring. I agreed to signing the waiver. I then conveyed my disappointment with the company for not calling me to see if my pool had been closed and winterized, stating that it was poor customer service on their end. This person then refused to schedule my appointment, stating that she would have a manager call me. Upon speaking with the manager, and reiterating what I had said to the scheduler, the manager said that they would not be scheduling the closing, and that it was best we part ways - I agreed. To know that a company can be so uncaring about what a longtime customer is experiencing in their personal life, is extremely poor customer service, especially during a time when customer retention should be a paramount concern. I can no longer, and will no longer refer DesRochers Backyard Pools and Spas to anyone in good conscience knowing how little long-standing customers mean to them.

My pool builder suggested this company to open/close my new pool. My initial experience with them…read morewas positive, but that changed this year. After my pool opening I had several concerns which I brought to the owner's attention. She responded to my email/concerns, however she took no responsibility for the issues, and instead seemed to be defending her crews and trying to point the finger at me - the customer. (see other reviews that also site this as an issue). I received no, "I'm so sorry you had to deal with this, and we'll definitely make it right". She did agree to send a crew back to straighten the handrail and drain handles they put on crooked, and then a suggestion that since I didn't seem satisfied with the services I received, perhaps I should find another pool company! She went so far as to give me referrals!? - seemingly implying that they were done with me as a customer. Over the course of the next week I was barraged with emailed invoices for the services - from 2 different NP staff people, and today a hard copy invoice arrived in the mail. This gives me a little more insight into the top priority for this company - profit, not customer service or satisfaction. It seems that that Naperville Pool only wants your business if you accept the service they give you and keep your concerns/complaints to yourself. Customers frequently have concerns or complaints about a service they received from a company, but when the company takes ownership over what they've done incorrectly or omitted, it tells the customer that they actually care about their customers, and are committed to both customer satisfaction and customer RETENTION. Thank you for the suggestions on alternate companies to take my business to Naperville Pools. The check is in the mail!!

Unprofessional and Unaccountable- A Frustrating Experience…read moreI'm sharing this to help others make an informed decision before hiring Epic Escapes in Saint Charles. They originally built the pool at the home I purchased and also handled the pool closing for the previous owner. Unfortunately, when I had the pool opened by another company this spring, it was discovered that the spa had not been properly winterized-the spa wasn't plugged-which led to a cracked valve and expensive repairs. I contacted Epic Escapes to ask if they stood behind their work, but they denied responsibility and never returned my calls. Hoping for a resolution, I went to their office and spoke with Donna. I calmly explained the situation and even offered to cover the cost of parts if they would help fix the issue. Donna said she would speak with the owner and get back to me, but I never heard from them again. It's incredibly frustrating to deal with a company that built the pool and closed it, yet refuses to take any accountability or even return a phone call. If they had simply provided a reasonable solution, they could have gained a loyal, long-term customer. Instead, I was left with a poor impression and a very negative experience. I would not recommend Epic Escapes based on the way this was handled.
