A brother of the distributor worked at the main supply office and was meeting with the brother that evening, he brought the exchange, the distributor dropped it off at Paradise Pools the next day, and I got it early that afternoon. Megan went above and beyond to help us out. In my mind, she's a rock star.

I had already reviewed the specs and warranties of my chosen products, which are industry standard. I was only looking for skilled installation, not a sales pitch. The interaction came across as condescending and unprofessional, especially for a company advertising itself as customer-focused. If you're a homeowner who has done your own research and simply needs experienced labor -- save your time and look elsewhere.

I called them today, a Monday, because my furnace would not ignite/start. I've had them out over…read morethe summer to work on my AC, and they were wonderful. Not this time. The woman answering the call put me on hold to 'check the schedule' only to come back on the line to tell me that since I had 'touched' the heater yesterday, Sunday, when it was 55 degrees in my house, and now they refused to work on my heater. She claimed people write negative Yelp reviews when they work on their own equipment and then bring Kendall in to fix the same equipment. She told me I was not a trained technician and proceeded to berated me for not calling them on a Sunday. I apparently was supposed to know they had 24/7 phone service!? The fact that I opened my heater door in an effort to get it working and not freeze affected their business. I understand that companies have their policies for their reasons, and I tried explaining that I was just trying to stay warm and was intending to buy a new AC/Heater set from them in the spring. But she continued in a rude tone, chastising me for not calling them on Sunday. Needless to say, I will NEVER USE KENDALL again. I found an incredibly helpful and responsive HVAC company elsewhere. If you are looking for customer service, I suggest you keep looking.

i hired them to put i beams in basement for a bulging wall and pour a small…read more slab of concrete where a tree was removed half moon shaped . they did not show up for the first two scheduled start dates and then they finally showed up and started in the basement while drilling a hole in the floor joist one of the workers broke a water pipe that i had to fix they never called there boss about it and i had to get parts to fix ,parts and time $25.00 and the slab had to be poured 2 times crappy job the first time. after numerous texts and phone calls still not reimbursed $ 25/00 for there damage still waiting eric , nice way to do business, beware.
