Do NOT use this company. I recently hired this company to install a pool liner. It has been the worst customer service experience that I have ever encountered. The manager Darryl never returned any of my phone calls or my emails. They did not show up for their appointment when they said they would. When I called and spoke with somebody in the office they said they can't guarantee when they will come out but I'm "on their list" and they are "slammed with customers". When they finally came out , they brought the wrong ladder, forgot the ladder pad and cut the gasket for the skimmer upon installation. After a few more days, I finally got a hold of the manager and notified him of this and he would not take any responsibility and said at least I got my liner and he hung up the phone. I would give no stars if this was an option! Long time customer treated terribly! Was seeking pool liner and told a price. 10 days and many calls back and forth to two of their stores, talking to several salesman being told different prices and product locations, being told I would be called back, I finally got someone who seemed to know the price which was $50 more than price quoted at first. I reluctantly agreed and put it on hold to pick up the next day. We get there they couldnt find the liner at first (it was supposed to be set aside with my name on it) and then was told the price had now gone up another $80. When we told him that was not the price we were quoted yesterday he said he didn't believe it was true! I was basically called a liar! I really think they need to train their staff better or man the helm with someone who has authority to quote a price and keep a promise! I had heard bad things throughout the years about this place but had not really experienced any real problems with them. I wont do business with people who dont have integrity! I will never walk into their stores again nor will I refer them to ANYONE! read more

Buyer beware!! Never do business with these people!! They are full of empty promises and have no business installing pools! Bought a pool in April '18 after repeatedly not showing up for install they finally showed up on June 1st. Installed the pool a foot away from our pre existing deck. Came back the next day to fix it. They pulled and shimmied the pool over to the deck leaving it half on the bricks with columns bent and crooked. Came back the next day to say that this install was 'unacceptable' and the pool would be tore down and re-installed in the fall when we were done using it for the season and now here we are in the fall with a still broken pool. They stopped answering their phones and won't come and fix it. Numerous bad reviews on BBB even. Never purchase from them! read more

Worst customer service ever and full of empty promises. We paid for our pool in early April and found out Memorial Day weekend people who paid for their pool in May were getting their pools installed before the holiday weekend. Btw we were told our pool was in the back in April so it was all about the install. Instead of putting us 1st the next available day they decided to just cut a check. Wow what a great way to run your business. I'd highly recommend going somewhere else. You will be happy you did. read more

Ordered a liner for in ground pool. Installed but has multiple wrinkles. Installers claim they did a perfect job. They never even finished it by putting in the liner lock. Blame ground water for the problem. The first day they came to install there was not any ground water but they left without cutting in the steps or finishing the job. Then it rained and the liner was a mess. Came back to finish it but didn't cut in the skimmer. Left and it was a mess the next day. Came back and cut in the skimmer and left without putting on the liner lock. They refuse to come back to get the wrinkles out. We have been patient and understanding of the weather and so on but they won't even return our calls. Empty promises. Lies. Excuses. Buyer beware. Go somewhere else. Darryl claims to be the VP and he won't even call us or come check the job. Jim is the owner and he won't take our call either. In predict that they will be out of business in our area after one season. read more

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! This is going to be long, but worth the read. Dealt with Denise in the shop back in February and decided to purchase a 21ft Revelle pool. Paid in Full in April with no word on when the install would happen. Of course now that the balance was paid no one would call me back or even return an email to give me a start date. Finally a week before Memorial Day they show up unannounced. Then they say they need $270 more dollars for the install because I only purchases a re-install. WRONG. I called Denise who is the one that told me I paid for a new install, however since paying their prices have changed. Denise asks me to pay $200 instead. I said no demanded they honor their price. So the install starts and takes a week and half! Ok whatever I'm excited to get in, but wait there is a leak around the skimmer. They come back and "fix" that. Now time to get in. Apparently they didn't compact the sand on the base layer because there were sooo many bumps and valleys that were deep enough to sprain an ankle. PLUS you could see the outline of the cinder blocks used for the support posts sticking out of the liner inside the pool! Takes me two weeks of calling, emailing, going into the store, before Darrell, who said he was the Vice President finally calls and acknowledged they have been doing bad installs. He assures me he will come out personally to install a new liner and level the sand to make it right. NOPE send out an 18-20 year old to do the job himself. Ok whatever the bottom is a lot smoother now. Finish filling it up and guess what? Still leaking by the skimmer. Tell the kid that installed and send him a photo and his response is to tell me to tighten the screws. I'm done with this company. I had to spend $100 to fill the pool twice, plus lost $100 of chemicals used the first time. This company has NO business doing pool installs and Darrell is not a man of his word. Forgot to mention that when the 18 year old came to "fix" my pool he had no idea that we was suppose to be replacing the liner. He was told that he was re-installing my current liner.....the one compromised from being installed directly over cinder block. I will not be giving this company any more of my money. I will buy my chemicals and supplies from some place else. These people should not be in business. VP said he would come out on Sunday with chemicals and to inspect work, then called Sunday morning to cancel and said he'd be out first thing Monday morning....no call no show. read more
