Had he been able to sample it beforehand, we could have avoided purchasing an entire scoop that he ultimately would not eat. Because of this, we had to purchase a second ice cream in regular chocolate, resulting in an unnecessary additional expense. For a business where customers are choosing from so many different flavors, I find it very surprising and disappointing that samples are not offered. Allowing customers--especially children--to try a flavor before committing to a full serving would provide a much better customer experience and help prevent situations like this.
