INDIO's BEST MALTS! Lique is a hidden gem nestled inside Fantasy Springs Resort & Casino. It's known for its ice cream, frozen yogurt, shakes, floats, malts, sundaes and amazing American fare. I've tried different items each time and all of them have been phenomenal. The ice cream is amazing, the shakes are nice and thick, and my recent malt was one the THEE best I've ever had. Malts can be made with ANY ice cream flavor that is available. I had mine made with cookies and cream, a major recommendation from me! The malts were $8 bucks each, it's a bit pricey but they use some of the best ingredients that I didn't even care! I've tried the food and it's also mouthwatering. There were good-sized hotdogs, pizzas and burgers available. The place is always packed and with good reason. The staff are super friendly and professional. The ladies working the front registers were cashiers AND order trackers. I appreciated that they were nice and loud when my order was ready! It's louder in here so it's very helpful. My order came out fast. I spotted plenty of seating areas, however since it's always packed it's hard to find a seat for a group, let alone one person. You can always take your food outside as there's an entrance to the Rockyard amphitheater nearby that has many more tables.

Okay I pose a question what was the last time you found an ice cream parlor that took me back when you were a kid? Well this place is definitely one of those places even with the ambience you feel like you're back in the 60s and 70s. The staff here is so sweet and kind and the management is always part of what's going on in the front line. All the members are always smiling and willing to help you. The food taste delicious along with the ice cream of course. Good job, Fantasy Springs

Ice cream was ok. Place was extremely busy which is understandable after a show and a busy Saturday night. Me and my wife shared the Cookie Monster, it was just ok. Nothing to write home about. The place was clean, but crowded. Staff were nice.

I came here for late night dinner. I shared tacos with carne asada and cup of chili. Prices were reasonable, and portions are generous. Chili was well seasoned and hot, perfect for a chilly evening. Carrots that were served as a side to tacos were also delicious...vinegary with a hint of sweet. The tacos were also good; very large...probably the size of 1.5-2 street tacos. The only issue was that the meat was rather dry. They also use Mission Tortilla style corn tortillas rather than street taco corn tortillas. Overall, I would eat here again at this fast casual establishment if I'm in the area. I also came the next day to share a delicious breakfast burrito and later had a scoop of yummy pistachio nut ice cream. I would definitely eat here again.

Love this place! The service is always top notch at least it has been every time I've visited. They have affordable meals and yummy ice cream. I have tried so far the nachos with asada, the hot dogs and burgers. They are extended hrs to cater to many hrs of the day. The ambiance is very welcoming. This time they had the Huckleberry ice cream and I had to say that I could have finished a double scoop. It was delicious!

Fish Tacos, with flour tortillas, pico de Gallo and. Spicy Mayo on the side. Ordered fries and Drink.

Asking Fantasy Casino to Bring in a SENIOR MENU! You can certainly afford it!!! For example, stopped in and had the Fish Taco lunch, which essentially is a one item. Adding Fries and a drink for a grand total of $17.00! ***** Hope Management will consider doing this! As many Seniors do visit here on a Daily Basis, including being brought in by Buses!

Ok so I'm in a casino out in bfe (sorry from oc). I believe it's fantasy casino. So, I'm drunk lookin for a spot to eat and I come across the lique ice cream parlor. First of all, I saw fish tacos and fries, and it didn't make sense, but it was enough for my intoxicated self. on the real, I was appreciatively surprised....it's not just drunk good, it's good. My bf got the battered shrimp with fries and I got two battered fish tacos . They both came with Mexican chips as sides but it's all pretty damn good. The batter on both the shrimp and fish were that crispy hallow; legitimately MY FAVORITE; perfect combo. So, in love. I normally don't travel this far, but we saw Tom segura tonight at spotlight casino then made our way to fantasy casino? Haha the food was good. I'm happy. Try it currently enjoying a rocky road in a cone

Staff kind of rude. But it was busy so they probably had their reasons with all the people. But the ice cream flavors were lacking. They just didn't taste too flavorful. Kind of bland. Not very enjoyable. Mango one was good. But my aunt got a milkshake and it had no flavor whatsoever.

My friend had the lamb chops and oysters Rockefeller and couldn't stop talking about how good both were. That alone says a lot. The ambiance is polished but comfortable, and the service was attentive without being overbearing. Even the small details stood out. They filter their water, and you can actually taste the difference, which is rare and says something about how much they care about the overall experience. There's clearly a level of consistency and quality here that's hard to find. This easily earns a spot on my top 10 list in the Coachella Valley.

The menu keeps it simple: burgers, fries, shakes. But when you do the basics right, that's all you need. Everything is made fresh to order, but somehow they keep the wait time quick. We grabbed a round of burgers and split some fries, and everything came out fast and hot. Burgers: 10/10. This is what they're known for, and for good reason. Fully customizable (go for the double though, trust me), with gooey cheese, fresh toppings, and that perfect thousand island style spread. One of the best classic burgers I've had in a long time. Fries: Don't sleep on the specialty fries. I went with the Fiesta Fries and HOLY HELL WERE THESE GOOD! Ground beef, shredded cheese, G sauce, sour cream...BOMB. Definitely a crowd favorite. Drinks: Washed it all down with an ice cold lemonade. Perfection. :) The hospitality was just as solid as the food. The staff here are friendly, welcoming, and all around great vibes. So if you know about this place, you have to place your order outside of a window. In 100+ degree weather it gets HOT!! and FAST!!! Well, we were left outside in direct heat waiting for the cashier to come out and greet us, this was myself, my elderly 75 year-old mother (as seen in the video) as well as my 14-year-old Nephew. You have to push a doorbell type button to gain the staff's attention, totally cool with that, but when you leave people waiting in 100+ degree weather for 5 to 10 minutes with no shade and no misting system, that could become a problem. So the cashier finally comes out this morning and she greets me and she says it'll just be a couple more minutes before I come out to take your order. I said OK, that's fine, but can you please call me to the window? I said because it's extremely hot and I'm sweating and I don't wanna wait in direct sunlight. She said absolutely, that's not a problem. So she goes back to do whatever she goes to do. About four minutes later she proceeds to give an order to another customer that was waiting in the heat as well, then she calls me to the window. I get to the window and someone proceeds to gain her attention inside of the kitchen, so rather than ask me to hold or tell me that she just needed a minute, she proceeded to slam the window in my face and goes to talk to her coworker about who knows what. What she should've done was told her coworker, hey, I'm with a customer right now, let me get back to you as soon as I take his order, but she didn't do that. She proceeded to make her coworker her priority, not the person that was going to place a $100 order for a group of people celebrating Mother's Day. So she gets back to the window and I proceeded to tell her off. I told her exactly how I feel because at this point I think service in this country has gotten bad with this new generation. She looked like she was in her early 20s, I myself for context am not. So she says I'm ready to take your order and I said, you really just slammed the door in my face, didn't you? She was just stunned that I said something, that I actually had a voice. I said no, I'm not gonna place an order with you, you lost an order because you left me out here in 100+ degree weather. I said I should've been the priority, and I was a little upset because I did drop a couple F bombs (which I regret) but only because I was hot and I was sweating and I was frustrated and I was just angry that this new generation has no concept on how to treat paying customers, especially rational customers, with better service. Now they weren't slammed, aside from the other customer that got to receive his order, no one else was waiting for an order, so it's not like she was super busy. That's what really bothers me, I should've been the priority with my family, but yet she chose to leave us in the heat. I told her, if the roles were reversed and you were outside here waiting in this heat and I was taking your order and I did that to you, you would be extremely upset. She was puzzled and didn't say much. I think she was just stunned that I said something, but I wanted it to be known that whoever is the owner of this place needs to have a serious talk with their employees about proper protocol when waiting to place or receive an order in 100° weather with absolutely no shade or water misters. I really think you guys need to do better. My family and I walked away and proceeded to go grab iced coffee at Everbloom Coffee across the street where we were treated like kings and queens. You don't leave an elderly woman waiting in 100° weather, they could die of heat stroke, DO BETTER, Papa Head!

They also have a full bar now, so there are many more options for libations while you eat. We arrived right on time for our 6PM reservation and we were seated at the outdoor table we pined for. The weather and the setting definitely started this dinner with a positive outlook. We were a party of five, with three of us ordering different Taco alternatives. I requested the Shrimp, my wife asked for the Salmon and our daughter selected Filet Mignon. The flavor of all the Tacos was out of this world, as the ingredients and the sauces involved within those corn tortillas meshed together magically. I will say that paying $20 for two small tacos that weren't PACKED was a little bit of a RIP. The other two guests in our party went for two different types of Pizza. They both boxed a slice or two to take home. As sides, we had two orders of Truffle Fries and one of the Brussel Sprouts. Both were phenomenal but the veggies could have been more plentiful. To go with our dinners, my wife and I brought our own Meadowcroft GSM that generated two surprises for us. One was how great it accompanied what we ingested, the other was the $30 corkage on the bill. To round out the night out, my daughter shared a Sundae-Sundae with the other guests. Being able to get out to see new restaurants once a month is a gift, and most of what we experienced was a HUGE thumbs up. We just felt like what was provided in a casual setting was a little overpriced. This will not be on a future "to do" list.
