This location has always been my favorite & it will always continue to be. Mainly because of the staff. They're friendly & patient. I had an issue with an order & called & spoke with Adrian & he handled the situation very well & I appreciated his genuine care with the situation. I also had interacted with two other staff members that were also very friendly. Every time I come to this location the staff are just nice. I like that. Also, Sonic is sooooo slept on! & for those complaining about the prices , download the app! There's always great deals going on. I paid 21.17 for hair in my burger I had eaten 2 jalapenos and taken 2 bites of my burger and found a hair I was next door getting gas so only one car had come through the drive thru they kept trying to get me to let them remake my order but I'm not trusting them twice who wants a fur burger the guy with the tattoos asked where the 2 jalapenos were I said I ate them this man preceded to hand me 15 dollars 6 dollars less than a paid when I gave him everything back including the drink because I ate 2 jalapenos before biting the burger smh I will never come back here he had an attitude and was very unclean and unprofessional also the jalapenos had a freezer burnt tast stay away unless you like old freezer burnt hair filled food read more

My first experience with Sonic? Mid 1990's. Food was awful. Never returned. Now 2026 I get a coupon for a SMASHBURGER BOGO and free tater tot's, $1.49 Coney Chili Dog and a Jr. Double cheeseburger for $1.99 so we order it all online as directed. Tater tots were like little chunks of ceiling tiles that were thrown in a deep fryer and had no taste... Just nasty. The junior cheeseburger patty snapped when I bit into it like it was a veggie wafer that was freeze dried. The Smashburger was better but below average at best... Until I smell the ocean... It smelled like LA Harbor at low tide...so I sniffed the burger where I had bitten into it. It smelled like fish!!! Everyone I was with through all their food back in the bag after a few bites and said "screw this!" I mean from 1994 until 2025 is 31 years . THIRTY ONE YEARS and the food is STILL AWFUL??? This Sonics is located in the desert. It was about 113 degrees outside, so sitting in the car like you would normally do at this place was not favorable. Therefore, we opted to sit inside (the first I've ever seen). There were three flat screen televisions, booths, and tables with chairs. It was clean, spacious, and the air conditioning was nice. Service: The service I side was fast and nice. They had a new drink with bubble bursts and I was able to try it before I bought it yo see if I liked it. Marcelo is awesome there! He is so friendly and professional and makes it really enjoyable to eat there. The food is almost always great coming out of the kitchen and only once was I unsatisfied. I wasn't quite happy with the food quality as it was not seeming as fresh as I normally get. I let him know and he was so apologetic and willing to make it right. So slow! The drive through is so slow. On average I wait 30 minutes for food/drinks. Most of the parking spots where you can order are out of order so it forces everyone to drive through. Food is okay and the drinks are amazing so 2 stars! read more

I love Sonics, but this one is lacking management or something. 1. Pulled up to drive through and no one answered. I assumed they were closed. As I drove to get out of drive through, there was staff inside; so I asked if they were open. They were open, just nobody answered drive through speaker. I had to circle back around to order. 2. I ordered an M&M blast with extra M&M's. I received item and all the M&M's were on top of ice cream. I asked if the item was blended and they said yes, they just put extra M&M's on top. I got home and the blast was not blended. Very sad. If I wanted a crappy vanilla ice cream and M&M dessert,, I'd go to McDonalds and order a McFlurry! We just stopped by for lunch while at work. Online it says they open at 8am. We were standing by the door trying to open it and there was people inside just looking at us, instead of coming by like "hey we're still closed" or "drive thru is open". Whatever the case maybe, they just ignored us as we stood by the door and knocked. I hope they update their hours online and at the store with correct ones, so no one encounters this and some better customer service. read more

OMG! I thought I was going to write a terrible review that may get the attention of Sonic Management but, lo and behold, the reviews of this place are already so bad that I am guessing management simply does not care. We stopped on a drive back to LA from Arizona hoping to take a quick break and get back on the road. We ordered through the red button, nothing extreme, 2 burger meals, some onion rings, fried pickles and tots. While waiting, we placed another order for some shakes. The shakes came out pretty quicky. 25 min later we got the fried things, but no burgers. I started to ask what's going on at this point and was told that they are doing the best they can. Finally received the burgers 40 minuets after ordering. 40 minuets!! At the time there was 1 customer, already eating in the store and two other cars ahead of us. They were not busy at all. The burgers were barely put together, no melted cheese or anything. I wanted to go into complain but once we received the order, we just got back on the 10. To make this worse, I called Sonic Corporate and was told that the store manager would reach out to me. They never did. This appears to be a company that does not care about customers from the store employees all the way up to corporate management. read more

The worst Sonic that I have ever visited! Told them no mayo on my burger, glad I checked because they got it wrong. The girl finally came back to the window and said she would redo it, and gave me a cold burger with a slice of cheese not melted. Once again this Sonic is a disappointing stop for a quick drink. I understand taking longer to get my order because it is drive-thru and stall pickup. The long line is fine with me as well during these hot night that a nice cold drink will hit the spot once I get it. What really feels like a disappointment is the inability to order from the app. I am a real cheap spender at heart and wanted my 50% off the slushies from ordering ahead. I told the cashier that it wasn't working and was told it's doesn't matter. Full price is fine when the discount is not offered at every other store in the vicinity. It was really hard communicating with the lady at the drive thru...Either she can't concentrate & answer questions or people kept asking her questions because it seemed that she'd hear my question but not answer it until i waited for a while and said "did you hear me?" Or repeated the question again... That's annoying...andddd, she got my order wrong... It's a little hard to know if you can drive to the second drive thru at first...But, after sitting in the one drive thru line, you see the flow of cars alternating getting in the Two Drive-Thru lines as they become available... So, just wait in the single Drive-Thru lane all the way to the left. the middle lane if for cars exiting & entering the drive-in spots. Food: Tried a Frozen Lemonade...Soooo Tart & Sweet... Grossly sweet! Won't be ordering that again. Chicken burger is better at McD's... Fries & tots were nothing to write home about... Did I order the wrong thing or do they just suck?
