The store is on the northeast corner of Jackson and Avenue 50. {If you don't want to have heart palpitations, come in from Calhoun Street going south and turn right on Avenue 50, and right into the lot on the corner of Jackson because the cars from the two two-lane roads hustling at that Stop Sign are enough to raise your blood pressure a lot.} We saw displays of the most beautiful produce inside the door. Plump oranges, zucchinis, broccoli, cucumbers and many other items show off their freshness and aroma. We found cucumbers, zucchini, carrots and the most fragrant strawberries ever. A bottle of Pico Pica hot sauce rounded out the purchase. Their food truck is parked on the southeast corner of their lot. @elowtitos @lgdesertstore We ordered two carne asada mulitas, a burrito, and loaded fries. Everything was delicious. The staff in the store as well as the food truck are so lovely. My husband was using a walker and everyone in the store was super helpful. We look forward to scooting over often now that we know about this wonderful group of people and the magnificent fruits and vegetables.

Very disappointing customer service at ALDO in Coachella. The female cashier who initially helped me seemed completely uninterested in finding a solution. Instead of trying to help, asking someone else, or looking into other options, she was very quick to say "no" and came across as rude and dismissive. It felt like she could care less whether my issue was resolved or whether I left satisfied. Thankfully, the manager stepped in, actually listened to the problem, and was able to handle the situation which only proved that something COULD be done. I appreciated the manager's help, but customers shouldn't have to ask for a manager just to receive basic customer service. Employees should be willing to take initiative, problem solve, and at the very least treat customers like they actually want their business. Very disappointing experience. And sadly, based on the attitude I experienced, I wouldn't be surprised if this review is seen and nothing changes. That's exactly the problem. Customer service requires actually caring about the customer experience, taking initiative, and making an effort not just standing behind a register and saying "no."
