The store is on the northeast corner of Jackson and Avenue 50. {If you don't want to have heart palpitations, come in from Calhoun Street going south and turn right on Avenue 50, and right into the lot on the corner of Jackson because the cars from the two two-lane roads hustling at that Stop Sign are enough to raise your blood pressure a lot.} We saw displays of the most beautiful produce inside the door. Plump oranges, zucchinis, broccoli, cucumbers and many other items show off their freshness and aroma. We found cucumbers, zucchini, carrots and the most fragrant strawberries ever. A bottle of Pico Pica hot sauce rounded out the purchase. Their food truck is parked on the southeast corner of their lot. @elowtitos @lgdesertstore We ordered two carne asada mulitas, a burrito, and loaded fries. Everything was delicious. The staff in the store as well as the food truck are so lovely. My husband was using a walker and everyone in the store was super helpful. We look forward to scooting over often now that we know about this wonderful group of people and the magnificent fruits and vegetables.

I just happened to come across this wonderful Mexican meat market. I thought tacos should be easy. The people are friendly and helpful (and patient). I purchased the carne asada and pollo Asato, along with all the ceviches and salsas. We also got a large pan of Spanish rice and beans. Everything was fresh and delicious. Someone even helped load up my car. The best thing (besides the quality and people) is that everything we needed was there: fresh tortillas, vegetables, desserts, etc. It made it easy for us since we're not familiar with that area.

He has the worst attitude and no sense of customer service. He should not be assisting customers with anything. He always has a stink face, never greets anyone, and acts as if you are bothering him. The first time it happened I thought I might of caught him on a bad day so I gave him grace. But I've gone there at least twice a month since moving to the area 4 months ago and he's been like that every time. I've even tried making conversation with him but he is just rude and off putting. My guess is he is probably related to the owners or something, because I don't understand how someone with that lack of customer service is still there.

Went there this afternoon to try out their tacos. I got two: 1 Carne Asada and 1 El Pastor. First off, they were delicious! Double warm corn tortillas loaded with meat and all the typical accoutrements (onions, beans and cilantro), meats were tender and flavorful served up with a savory and spicy green chile salsa on the side. CHEFS . I also sprang for a Shrimp & Octopus Cocktail, medium spice. What a treat! If you are mexican food lover, you must try! Head down Monroe past Airport Blvd. (If travelling South), look for it on your left. Only serve up hot foods till 4 during week, not sure on weekends. I was told by the owner/manager, Jordan, that he is in the process of building a food park right next to their location which will be able to handle about 600 people at a time. Booya! If you go, make sure you post your review here. I'd love to hear what you think Side bar - The plate they serve their food on is very sturdy, not one of those cheap white plates that dump your meal on a whim ... travels very well.

It was off the beaten path in Coachella and the neighborhood was questionable in my opinion. HOWEVER! Although Los Primos shares a building with a Liquor Store the place was amazing. It was organized, sanitized, and specialized. They are specialized in quality authentic Mexican food. Their breakfast burrito was unlike anything I've ever had. First of all it was fresh. I watched the young lady chop the jalapeños, the onions, the cilantro, and the cheese, as well as slice and grade the potatoes, as well as the cheese. Not to mention, crack and whisk the eggs. Last but not least the asada was flavorful and cooked perfectly! This breakfast burrito was unique in its flavor and delicious. Side Note - The packaging was first class! The way it was wrapped in waxed paper and the bag was something you would expect from a high end restaurant. If you're ever in Coachella, go check them out. Second Side Note - Don't be scurrrred to get outta your car when you roll up. Signed - 62 year old white guy.

I used to shop at one in Oakland back in 2008 and the items they have here now are so much more diverse. I got my groceries and as my husband (who is using a wheelchair) were checking out, a woman in her 60s maybe 70 was behind me with a cart. She was about 5'6 1/2, dressed in an older woman style polyester flowered blue short sleeved blouse and light teal snug capri pants or longer pants. I thought it was odd that as the cashier took care of me, the woman never placed her items on the belt. There had been a man of the same age range walking near her but I never heard him speak. The cashier suddenly cried out that the woman sneaked out with the cart of items. I had felt someone behind me but did not think it was more than someone reaching for some nuts or snacks. I looked quickly but the woman was long gone. Outside, I saw the man but he was alone and I did not see the woman in the parking lot. I could probably identify her if they ever wanted help to find her. Nobody in a store should ever chase a perpetrator I know. That is dangerous. If the store reaches out to me I am not far at Sun City. I will send a message on facebook too.
