From the moment I walked in, Sean (I believe he's the owner's son) provided some of the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain everything without making me feel rushed. He walked me through how their reverse osmosis filtration system works and explained how their alkaline water is actually made--not just marketed as alkaline. He also explained the added minerals, including magnesium and potassium, along with the other beneficial minerals they add back into the water after filtration. The alkaline water is only $7.50 for a 5-gallon jug, which I thought was a great value considering the quality. I purchased multiple jugs, and as a bonus, Sean gave me a complimentary bottle of alkaline water to try. That was a really nice touch. The service didn't stop there. Sean brought a cart out to my vehicle, helped me fill all of my jugs, provided the caps (they even offer two different cap styles depending on your preference), and loaded everything into my car. It's rare to find customer service like that these days. The store itself is clean, organized, and conveniently located just a couple of minutes from Sam's Club and the surrounding shopping centers. They also have a 24-hour purified water vending machine outside for anyone needing water after hours. Bring cash for the outside machine, although they also accept debit and credit cards inside the store--I paid with my debit card without any issues. If you're looking for high-quality purified or alkaline water and genuinely outstanding customer service, I highly recommend Water Plus. They earned a customer for life, and I'll definitely be coming back every week or two. Highly recommend!

If you drink either tap water or, filtered water from the fridge or even bottled water, and then drink this water, you will definitely taste the difference! My family of 4 drinks about 20 gallons of water a week, so we should know! Water is our #1 beverage. Filling our 5 gallon bottles every other week is easy and quick. For less than ¢.50 a gallon, you can't get better tasting water!! If you fill your bottles from those water machines at the stores, they don't compare! When I requested a specific product, she initially told me they did not sell it there. However, I could clearly see the items displayed behind a transparent case. She then changed her response and stated they would not have any available until Monday. I asked if I could open one of the boxes to view the product. She responded that she would open it herself because the items were "ready to use." When she opened it, there was no difference between her opening it or me doing so -- the product was packaged the same way. The interaction felt unnecessarily dismissive and rude. Due to the overall attitude and lack of professionalism, I chose to leave and take my business elsewhere. I hope management addresses customer service concerns so future customers have a better experience.

I stopped coming here and going elsewhere, man the water tasted different and much better like real fresh. I ended up coming here again because those other ones were closed. The difference was noticeable and again I felt sick. Something is wrong with this place no joke. I go to the one next to the dominos now and it's so good, and yes water does have a taste if it's bad.

She was very fast and informative. It was my first time there I haven't gotten water from the location in quite some time. it was good because I didn't have to sign up for anything. All I had to do was buy the bottles and was good to go. Pricing is great I got alkaline water a dollar a gallon. Previously we were getting delivery and it was about 30 bucks a month for four bottles! Then going to get the bottles directly from the store was super inconvenient and I hated the amount of plastic. Even though I could give them to my neighbor to recycle, it just made me feel like I was adding to the problem So I highly suggest this location. They have great service good hours and conveniently located where you can also grab up groceries if you need to each week. I opted for a back up 3 gallon and 15 gallon bottle. Just in case. Honestly such a great investment! Noted: I had an alkaline tester and the tap was at 11 and the alkaline was at a nine. I have done testing on the top water at home and it is also about a nine. I will have to compare taste after I've been drinking this water for a while. However using the Britta at home my eyes started to get red and burn which has happened in the past with certain brands of water. So once I stopped the Britta and went back to bottled water the issues with the eye burning went away. So if there's any issues I will update if I remember I will try to update if there are not any issues. More than likely though I will just update if I have another fantastic experience! Or if there's any issue with the watersince it has the same alkaline level as the home. It did taste better in the store though so I will keep you posted! Update: the water does not taste as good as delivery. I will check a few other places out.
