We had an amazing experience! Jesus was a fantastic server who made sure everything was perfect for our party from start to finish. He checked in on us often and made us feel welcomed throughout the meal. The entire team, including the cooks, did an incredible job. The food was outstanding! I ordered the birria plate, and it was absolutely delicious. The beans were hands down the best I've ever had--full of flavor and perfectly cooked. We also tried the asada tacos, and they were packed with amazing flavor in every bite. Excellent food, outstanding service, and a great atmosphere. First timer. The birria taco, birria quesadilla and the keto tacos were all excellent. They serve dishes with lots of good salsas and other toppings. Service was also excellent. Little pricy, but then again that's everywhere. Only issue is the music is far too loud, makes it hard to hear the server as well as carry on a conversation. read more

We went to the school's Halloween festival where my son attends, and I was super excited to see a taco truck there. It was definitely a popular stop -- and I can see why! The food was delicious, full of flavor, and clearly made with care. The salsa, the consommé (so good!), and the birria itself were all amazing. The only thing that caught me off guard was the size of the tacos. I ordered three quesabirria tacos, and they were about the size of small street tacos. At $4.50 each, I was just expecting them to be a bit bigger. Another small detail -- I ordered kids' meals for my two little ones, which came with two carne asada tacos, beans, and rice. When we sat down to eat, we noticed both plates had double beans and no rice. One of my kids loves Spanish rice and doesn't care much for beans, so that was a little disappointing. It would've been great if someone had just mentioned they were out of rice so we weren't surprised. A quick heads-up goes a long way! Came in Tuesday for Taco Tuesday special. Service are well excellent and they will ask if you are here for to go or dine in. Got a several tacos, two for everything, and the happy hour alert for the Quesabirria. Service gave me 34% off for the Taco Tuesday special. Came down under $12 for 3 Quesabirria tacos, consume, and 32oz Horchata. I was surprised about that and was satisfied with the portions for those tacos. I was hoping the Quesabirria should have been little bigger for the portion for my order. That will be much more filling with my horchata. read more

First time trying this place, kind of confusing when you walk in. It says "wait to be seated" However, some people just grab menus and go sit. We were excited to try the chilis available as we do love spice! We were surprised chips and salsa are not part of the service, but ok we tried the guacamole which was a bit bland for us at $9.95, so we added a couple of chilis. I ordered the Enchilada De Birria Verde which showed to have lettuce, tomato, avocado on top in the menu photo. It looked perfect for me as I like to have some vegetables in addition to the sauce, and meat. My hubby got the Alpastor Plate, as he loves to make his own tacos. We ate breakfast, and no lunch so we were ready to eat! I got my Enchiladas, and they looked good however not like that pic. There was sauce over it, but not a shred of lettuce, avocado or anything like that in the pic shown in the menu. It was 3 rolled Enchiladas with sauce. They were good don't get me wrong, but not as expected. The Alpastor Plate says it comes with 6 tortillas, he got 3. The waitress said the menu was wrong. Well, ok then every menu needs to be hand fixed, or upon ordering people need to be told. The amount of meat provided needs more tortillas, this is a hungry man's plate. Or, if people are sharing they need the ability to do so. Whatever the case may be to just throw down 3, and call it good...not cool. So...impressions. Good flavors for the meat. The rice was tasty, although the beans were ok. The beans need just a little more umph. I wasn't impressed with my Enchiladas coming plain. The waitress even told me that I don't need the condiment plate because my dish already comes with all that. No ma'am it did not. read more

We are new to the neighborhood and my partner snuck here without me once. Almost grounds for divorce but we've worked out a plan. We finally checked this place out together tonight and he's paying me off in tacos, specifically birria de res con consomme BECAUSE THIS PLACE IS BOMB. BEST birria I've had outside of Mexico. I'm not sure if my partner paid off the guy and said treat her extra special given the circumstances but I suspect they've just got great customer service. I really hoping they're open year round because I plan on packing on at least 10 lbs of tacos between now and the cooler season before I start prepping my winter body with that phenomenal birria Ramen. We ate tacos con Asada, quesabirria de res, rice, beans, and a quesadilla. I made fun of myself for ordering a quesadilla because what!? But when I tell you it was the best damn quesadilla, I've ever had--I'm not even being dramatic. And you know your girl got a coke! While the server was friendly, my food was delivered by another associate, three tacos on a metal tray, she then said she would bring the "vegetables", shredded cabbage, chopped onion and cilantro, sliced radish, and lime, when it didn't come, I needed to ask for it to be delivered. Additionally, I ordered Birrieria tacos, and had to ask for the consume, for dipping, definitely needed, as the tacos were very dry, and over cooked/charred. When delivered, the server accidentally spilled it on my clothing and leg, and an additional charge of $4.00!!! No harm, he offered a soft drink as recovery. So many good qualities and mentions of Birrieria Sinaloa... this is our first visit here, because we're just visiting town and we love Mexican food... at first I was surprised because it looked like a fast food place, but after making our order and talking to the owners and family members who run this restaurant, we felt very welcomed and were highly impressed by the good quality of food. We ordered the pizza, it's brand new on the menu made with shredded juicy pork, they give you four toppings... cilantro and onions, and cut up cabbage and limes, and radishes on the side, with a special dipping broth for the pizza, which is delicious. We also ordered the Agua fresco pepino, cucumber, water, which was out of this world delicious I had mine with Tajin, and my husband had his plane and just loved it! It's so so delicious. It's a must.!!!!!
