Back in June, we bought a house with a pool, because we thought that it was such a great idea (clasps hands)! We have children who LOVE to swim and my husband grew up by the beach so they are all great swimmers. In our last home in GA, we survived lockdown during the pandemic with an inflatable pool so of course, this was a major upgrade....until a couple of months after we moved into our new home, the problems began to surface. I don't know how many times we have dropped by Aqua Leisure Pools (ALP) since moving in for pool water testing, salt, chlorine, troubleshooting for the pool pump etc., but the guys there have all been so, so helpful, like a neighbor lending a helping hand. Most of the time, they'll suggest bringing in whatever part and they'll help look at it or test it and then give their recommendations. I mean, they're not the cheapest, but we want to give them our business because they have our trust! We're now in the process of getting a new pool liner (holy crap, why do they cost so much?!) because the last time we had the pool inspected, they found about 100+ holes that had been patched previously. So we're purchasing from ALP, because of the way they have treated us since the beginning. To my surprise, they stay open all year round. I believe they close Sundays. I guess they open for all the hot tub owners and clients that keep their pool open all year long too? The shop is on Battlefield, in the same lot as Carvel ( I feel so bad at times when we're going to ALP and the kids think we're getting ice cream LOL...). What can I say, this was not a purchase we wanted to make, liners are so pricey. When I went in to choose our liner design the staff was extremely helpful and once I chose our design, they had me take it outside to see how I liked it in the sunshine. Scheduling was a concern, the liner takes two weeks to come in but we had to wait another month to have it installed due to staffing issues- an everyday struggle (lately) for businesses. The install was a breeze! Their employees were so nice and did such a terrific job! They explained the process from start to finish and delivered on their promise. We appreciated their attention to detail and their professionalism, in this day and age we truly value people that care about their trade, it gives us a newfound respect. Anyone can sell you a liner but their customer service after the sale was spot on! You will not be disappointed if you go with Aqua Leisure for your new pool liner, trust me! read more

Our original guy Didn't have enough man power and had to cut back on some customers this season. He recommended Aqua leisure. Need your pool opened? Look elsewhere. I WOULD NEVER recommend them to anyone. Bryce and Zack were asked to place the cover in a certain spot. Nope, they just left it sitting out by the pool. They didn't tighten the pieces to the return pump ,went out to water flowing out all over. Cell wasn't reading. Not a word mentioned. I guess I would leave a customers home without letting them know I was finished if I did a half ass job. read more

I asked to have my de filter clean and they sent a service man out to clean the filter and check for leaks. after he was finished he re-installed the filter and left. I started the filtertration to clean my pool but the pressure was climbing within 10 mins and my back-wash was putting out clean water.there was no signs of de power coming out of the line. Contact the store and they where telling to double shock, they said the water was to dirty and was causing the pressure to backup. After server double shocks still have the problem. CallAqua asked them to sent the mechanic out again to check the filter out again and they still have not done that. read more

So, for my sons birthday, we got him a 1,000gal pool. Something to relax in during the summer months. I was a little lost on how to maintain it. It came with filter, but I honestly did not know much other then that. I went to several stores and I was referred to here. Well, I walked in and there were about 5 employees. 1 behind a counter on the left, on and off the phone and 3-4 behind the counter on the right. It looked like they were testing water samples. There were about 5-6 customers in the store and they were all at the counter on the right. I was lost. I looked around, but nothing stood out as making any sense. I didn't know where to stand to ask for help. People saw me, but they didn't say anything to me. It was like they assumed I knew what to do. So I stood there, watching what people were doing hoping I could figure it out. The people on the right were testing samples brought in by the customers. They were then advised on how to correct whatever issues they have with their pool and then go to the guy on the left, with their chemical correctors, and he would ring them up. Well, after I figured that out, I got out the line on the right and turned to the guy on the left...which, by then, there was a man in front of me. He rang him up and then the employee looked right through me to talk to a sales rep. What??? I have been standing in this store now for about 10-15 minutes and you are going to address a sales rep, that just walked in, before a customer? After he told the sales rep who he needed to contact, the employee looked passed me again and went to take care of another customer. This customer kindly pointed out that I was standing there, which prompted the man to address my questions. Now, I normally don't allow myself to be so rudely ignored, but I really needed my questions answered and my daughter was with me...otherwise, I would have left. They are getting three stars because once the gentleman gave customer service, he was good and informative. They test the water samples and guide you on how to maintain a healthy pool. If they had addressed me as soon as I walked in and said, "hello" or helped direct me since I obviously did not have a water sample with me, I would have gladly given them 5 stars. They should never assume I understand how their business works. The store is clean and the employees there are informative. They just really need to work on their customer service. read more

Great location and the inventory here has about everything you'll need to keep your pool set up for the summer. A few things I noticed; I brought my water sample in last year and a few times already this year and each time they told me I needed to shock it even though I've kept chlorine the entire time. This time it was a super shock treatment even though it's clear and just needed alkaline. The young woman was really nice but the rest of the staff was rude and barely even made eye contact. I would recommend this location if you already know what you want. I'm a little skeptical about the water testing. read more

Buyer Beware! Their service charges and fees are exorbitant. Double any quote that they give you. Their customer service is non-existent. I should have read the reviews before I contracted with them to service my pool. Proceed with caution. I gave them one star only because Yelp would not let me post my comment without it. read more

Prices are way too high and customer service needs some work. The older man that worked there is very rude. People come to these places to get assistance and advise, if we were experts we would need you. But you talk at us like were stupid. I left and will never go back. read more
