Repair consisted of solid piping under a retaining wall, through an area that had to be backfilled to take out a sag in the line, followed by lining approx. 50lf of existing CI piping that would eventually fail given its age. In addition, my wife and I made an unusual request regarding payment. We applied for and were approved to receive a 21-month 0% APR CC with Chase that would allow us to cover the repair interest free. When I explained the situation to the Accounting department, they were kind enough to defer payment until we receive the CC from the bank. All around excellent service during a very trying time.
