I contacted Zeke regarding an elderly client of mine needing sink repairs. The home was not in the greatest of shape and Zeke was very kind and professional. Him and his team did the repair in no time and made additional suggestions. They even cleaned up around the area of the repair which was messy prior to them arriving. They had very fair pricing and I did check around. Also, it was very easy to schedule an appointment. I would highly recommend this company! read more

Zeke helped fix my broken tankless water heater system. Great timely communication, thorough inspection and he even came back to check on the system after 3 days and do not charge me for the extra hour. He helped register my product and followed through with the company directly to have my replacement part warranty coverage. Would definitely recommend All Bay Plumbing to my friends and neighbors! Rip off artists. Came out yesterday and gave us an estimate. Came late the next day. Did not bring the item we wanted installed. Had to go get it at Home Depot. Charged us $180 and hour to drive to the store and back. Plumber worked very slowly. Parts are wildly marked up. Bill came to twice the estimate. Rip off artists. Find someone else, unless you like being ripped off. read more

We recently remodeled our master bathroom and our contractor brought in All Bay Plumbing as their subcontractor. We had to relocate existing pipes and add additional plumbing for our shower and 2nd vanity. They were very responsive and knowledgeable when it came to getting the work done. Two different plumbers from the company came in throughout the project and we were impressed by their seamless transition of knowing what had to be done next. Working with All Bay Plumbing was a pleasure. We will definitely keep them in mind for our future projects and plumbing issues. read more

Amazing service from All Bay Plumbing! Zeke is so helpful and nice. This is my second visit from him... think walking toddlers and the mischief they make.... and he was so friendly and helpful. Came by fast and got our clog taken care of in less than an hour. He's amazing. If you are in Newark and need any kind of plumbing service please call Zeke. You won't get better service, I promise. Super friendly over the phone and came very promptly to our house. Got right down to business but did not mind chatting with us and giving us recommendations to take care of our sewage lines....His prices are comparable and very fair, imho, seeing as the work can be very, shall we say messy. Thank you so much Zeke! I will definitely use you again but hopefully not too soon. read more

All Bay Plumbing did an outstanding job on our kitchen remodeling needs. They worked very well with our contractor (Scott Marshall Construction). They are very professional and extremely reliable. What we were really impressed about was prior to our remodeling, our water heater leaked, they came quickly to look at the problem. They were able to place a new water heater for a month until we switched it out to a tankless water heater. They also repiped the sewer to accommodate the new island sink. In the end, We were very happy with our new kitchen. Our only regret was not placing a pot filler. Check out all the pictures I posted. read more

Great company and great service! I had my whole house replumbed. They took the old water heater, water softner and filter outside and we went with a tankless. They also relocated the washer and dryer. We now have a whole lot more space and don't have to worry about carbon monoxcide poisoning for our children. I am as happy as a clam. On a Friday night a few weeks ago, I heard a mysterious hissing sound coming from our ceiling. We called All Bay Plumbing and Zeke advised us to turn off the water to the house. He promptly came over and when we turned the water back on, we could hear the hissing noise anymore! Zeke checked the meter and saw that it was running. I guiltily told him that I had leaky toilets, so he took the time to change all the flappers to get a tight seal. When we rechecked the meter, all the toilets were sealed and there was no sign of water movement. After over five minutes of staring at the meter, we both were satisfied that no water was moving into the house. Now I know we weren't hearing things, and Zeke believed us. With no stains and no spongy drywall, we decided to wait it out. Sunday morning, I saw a brown stain in the ceiling. I immediately called Zeke and he again promptly came over. He quickly cut through the ceiling and repaired the leaking pipes. Zeke was very friendly and professional and his work was clean and efficient! read more

Zeke is at the top of my list of "good" people you can truly count on, which is hard to come by these days. I had a tankless water heater that was only three years old and cost me a fortune in repairs. It stopped working (again) and when I called the company that usually serviced it they decided not to respond to me UGH! So with NO hot water I was on the hunt for another plumber with the expertise and knowledge I was looking for. I found most companies either didn't work with tankless heaters, didn't respond to my calls, or just didn't care. Then came Zeke, who I never met or spoke with before. He spent a very long time on the phone with me trying to troubleshoot the problem, which he did not charge me for. By 7:00pm that evening he was at my house getting my hot water back on. Later that week, we found out the water heater company just went out of business and we would need to replace it. It was after I had Zeke repipe and replace my tankless water heater that I decided to have him fix a much larger problem (I didn't know it was larger at the time). My water in the back of the house was mixing cold and hot incorrectly (think never warm, either burning hot or freezing cold) but we didn't know why or where the problem was coming from. Zeke worked very closely with my contractor and pinpointed the problem then proceeded to fixed it. While he was fixing the problem he was able to determine that the mixing valve in one of the showers was the cause of what was actually burning out the tankless water heater over and over again (think 3 years of repairs for no hot water, UGH!). If it weren't for Zeke's knowledge and skills I would have continued to have ongoing problems with my tankless water heaters breaking and me dumping crap loads of money into them. After this experience I must say I will never call another plumbing company again. Zeke has saved me countless dollars in future repairs and has relieved me of a ton of stress. I will also add his helper, Brody, was very respectful, kind and professional-he fixed my leaking shower :) Needless to say I am more than 100% satisfied and happy with All Bay Plumbing. Thanks guys! read more
