Called Ryan, he came out a couple hours later and the leach field lid was dry and spotless! He also made a local recommendation for someone who could come inspect and service the system to ensure there aren't any issues. I highly recommend their service and will happily use them again.

Grandfather, father, and son arrived on Saturday morning on a holiday weekend to begin the rescue operation on this old system, explained everything thoroughly, educated me along the way, and spent most of the past week digging, cleaning, upgrading, and getting the system working again . . . all in a spirit of good humor and respect for a widow with zero experience in this realm. In the process, they kept us functioning on a minimal use plan (no laundry) so that we had most of the creature comforts with minimal disruption to our everyday lives. They carefully covered holes in the ground to protect children, pets, and wild creatures from the ongoing work and used cameras and other electronics to assess the problem areas in a system that is now obsolete. They left the work area clean and neat, holes filled, dirt raked, septic system functioning. They promised to come back in a month to check the status of their work. Now to be sure that I do periodic maintenance going forward so there are no more emergency calls!! I sincerely appreciate this family-owned business, their knowledge and work ethic, and their kindness to me.

It's been over 6 weeks and 10 attempts to try and get answers here, and I'm done with this company. - Waited over 2 weeks after the initial visit (paying extra for the camera view of the line). Was told I had a belly in the line and that it was failing. But never got a call with the estimates. - After 4 follow up attempts, I finally got an estimate for replacing my heater with another tank one, which wasn't at all what I asked for. - Another 3 requests for Mark (GM) to call. Had one phone call, was promised a call 2 days later. After 4 days, called and spoke to Mark. He said he'd try to piece together the story and would call back that day. Got a call the next day where I got rough estimates but he said he needed to come out and redo the video. Made an appointment for 8:30am today. - Mark didn't show, and they only contacted the backup number for my account (my ex) instead of the number if confirmed 8 times before to tell me a tech would be out at 1. I called at 11am, they told me they texted and called (none of which I got), and that Mark would call me back in a few minutes. I asked for my fees to be refunded, wasn't given an answer. The office is a hot mess, emails go unanswered, and another plumber came out (for free) and scoped my line and neither of us see any belly - so now it seems like I'm being given false information as well. Changing this review score and couldn't be more disappointed in how a company clearly doesn't respect their customers.
